We went out for our friends birthday! We love the free burger on your birthday idea! It was pretty crowded our name had gotten skipped over so we did have to wait another 20 minutes on top of our 45 minute wait already. We sat down finally our waitress was speedy and very pleasant. She refilled our drinks and took our order very timely. I also order alcohol and it was very good. I even ordered a 2nd. We ordered just about everything from fried pickles to onion rings. Guacamole burger, scorpion burger, a wrap and 2 other sandwiches and a salmon sandwich. All came out very fast and together at one time! So happy we went here.

This was my first time eating here. I had always heard it's yum until my now fiance. He has always said all his experiences here were terrible. Well after a year he finally took me to try it. I have to say yum indeed. First of all I love fries. They are one of my favorites and these fries did not disappoint. They were perfect. And that dipping sauce...nectar of the Gods. My burger was really good too but I brought most of it home because those perfect golden fries filled my tummy to the tippy top. I must convince my sweet sweet man to bring me again. My only Red Robin complaint is it was SO loud in there. 2nd time going...what is bottomless fries? They only brought us one basket even after we asked for more.

Overall average food experience. Fries were not offered when we sat down. When we asked for them maybe 10 in the basket and they were undercooked.We ordered appetizers. The brussel sprouts and fried pickles were good. I ordered the veggie burger with extra pickles. Same thing with my chips - maybe 8 on the plate. The pickles didn’t come out with the food. When I asked again for the pickles our server said she “spaced”. When I was 3/4 of the way finished, she came back and said they were out of pickles. Really - I should have been told that up front. Drink refills were slow. The final straw we were told someone messed with the point if sales on the table and we paid for the table next to us and vice versa. They said don’t worry they were the same price. I have a hard time believing this. No manager came over, nothing. We weren’t able to see our bill just had to take the servers word it was the same price. Totally unacceptable. Won’t be back.

A very nice dining experience. We wanted a burger.. Quickly. We got it at Red Robin. Our server Clair (I believe) was sing excellent and very engaging. In our short meal she stopped by at least four times to see if we needed anything. Absolutely astounding seeing as how she was so busy. We had a good, jovial conversation And were very well taking care of. Thank you!!

Tables and floors dirty. But food was really nice. I loved the new Truffle fries, Bleu Burger and Typhoon Burger. Mozzarella sticks were fried to perfection. Waitress was nice and efficient. Kept our strawberry lemonade with fresh strawberries full. It was so delicious. Kept our fries replenished. I enjoyed the donuts except was not dipped in the cinnamon and sugar enough. My Mom loved her lemonade cake. Was very busy. Loved that campfire sauce.

Went to dinner, and the food was great as usual. I've never been disappointed, but our waitress never came back to check on us and never brought refills on drinks or fries. Come to find out she had left because she had another job to go to. She never should have been given a new table to wait on if she was leaving work soon.

Hostess with dark hair isn't very polite or happy. Asked twice if my online order was ready because my pick up time was 713 and it was 735. She went back to ask and then came out and didn't say anything. So I asked 2 other people and they never came back. As I was telling them to cancel it and refund my money they told me it was being bagged up. They forgot my ranch and honey mustard. Also with a restaurant having free refills on fries you would think my Togo food would have more than 10 fries and half of them were WET. One sandwich was cold.We came specifically for the fries. Poor customer service and NOT IMPRESSED by the food.Totally dissatisfied and disappointed.

In the 20 years I've been a customer of Red Robin I have never seen such bad service nor food. The manager that night was sloppy and clueless. What happened to this place? Have they changed their standards? I can get a bad night here and there, new waitresses and waiters, but the whole crew looked this way. The bottomless fries were bottomed out. The waitress said only 1 per table. The drinks were refilled after asking a few times. My food was aweful and cold. My daughters was old nuggets and soggy chips. And my guest never got his shake til we finally asked for it after our meal. Wow just wow!

Really awful over all. I’m really sad it’s one of the first times I’ve been in a Red Robin since I myself was employed at one. And ours had so much love. No love here at all. Campfire sauce was sour. Fries were covered in grease and soggy. The employee culture seems totally messed up. Treat people better and nicer. Put a little love into what you do. And care about the people around you :( you can tell it’s not employee issues it’s management. So this message is to them. Everyone works really hard for their money. And it’s disappointing when you regret spending yours. If you wouldn’t eat it. Don’t serve it. And if you wouldn’t like the actions you are doing to someone else don’t do it to them.

My daughter took me here for my birthday lunch. It was my first time eating here. I ordered a chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. I love sweet potato fries and Red Robin has bottomless fries. The sandwich was delicious, but I couldn't stop eating the fries. They were perfect. Then our server brought me a chocolate sundae for my birthday. Service was great, food was delicious, I will most definitely be going back.

I stopped in to have dinner with my family (4 of us total) and for a Saturday at 7 something we didn't even have to wait to be seated even though they were packed!! Once seated our waitress came and took our drink order. We ordered our app and dinner and our waitress brought out our app and some bottomless fries for us all to eat I also requested the campfire mayo to use with the fries as it's absolutely delicious 😋 and after about 10-15 minutes from having our app and 2 bottomless fries brought to our table we all got our burgers and all were cooked as ordered!! I will definitely be going back and highly recommend stopping by!!

I ordered a salmon burger and my husband ordered a burger that had a fried egg on top (he thinks it's called a Royal Burger). Grandson got the Corn Doggies. Everything was great! Loved the endless fries! I had a couple refills of the sweet potato fries! DELICIOUS!

I shared pics of my banzai burger but it doesn't really do it justice. Lol! The pineapple compliments this delicious burger beautifully. We also like to go here for the milkshakes!

Had about an hour wait to be seated. They were very busy. It was around dinner time on a weekend so that's kinda to be expected. The wait staff were definitely trying their best but with as busy as this location was, they should definitely have more staff. Our onions rings were good, but we had to send every appetizer plate back because they were all dirty Our meals was slow to come out and not the quality I expect from a red robin. The bacon on my burger was barely cooked. My garlic fries smelled like garlic but tasted like the regular fries. It wasn't bad food, just not as good as expected, especially for the price.

Went a few weeks back for Mother’s Day, it was super busy, but even with the long-quoted wait time, it really didn’t seem to feel that bad. The staff were wonderful, and it was great seeing the manager, whom I’m assuming was the general manager, actually out on the floor assisting everyone and helping where needed. I do not remember our server’s name, which I wish I did because she was really sweet and friendly. It seems like she has been serving for a long time, and knew what she was doing. We look forward to our next visit as it’s one of my husband’s favorite restaurants.

Placed a to go order and checked it when I got back to my hotel. It wasn't how I ordered it and went back to get it fixed. The staff was easy to get along with, and they showed me the order didn't go through how I ordered it. So they gladly fixed my order, and I had a delicious strawberry lemonade while I waited.

Restaurant itself is like walking into a refrigerator, I was so cold my nose was dripping by the time we left. My burger came out perfect, but my friends was wrong. Asked for well, got medium, asked for no tomatoes (allergy) had tomatoes, asked for new bun took forever, asked for dessert and she brought out to go drinks and the check. Ordered the dessert and the lemon cake was frozen solid, could barely get a fork into the slice served. We had plans to go elsewhere after dinner but as it took all night to get the order and actually eat, we ended up just having dinner and going home. What has happened to great service and pride in the food?

We have usually had pretty good experiences here but service has definitely declined. Tonight we set in the bar area and was rudely served over cooked burgers. Our server came back to check on us 20 minutes later so I left even hungrier than when I came in. Thank God for the fries to snack on for an hour

They’re bottomless fries should stay exactly what the name says, bottomless. (They are not very good). Although they’re menu selection has a lot of appealing features. There establishment offers a warm dining out experience and are reasonable for the average family to afford. However, their alcohol is super expensive. If you’re not there for happy hour, I suggest go somewhere else. The burgers are good with some are bland with too much seasoning, and I found their chicken to be lacking a little bit of a natural taste from my liking. Other than that I think red robins had something great going on and I encourage people to stop by and check them out if you haven’t done so already.

Food and service was great. Only thing is it they didn’t have a host at the stand so for like five minutes or so we kinda felt ignored. A host is important, I hope this isn’t the new direction of restaurants. Hosts are important to make sure guests don’t feel ignored when walking into the restaurant.

My boyfriend and I went there a few days ago. Was the first time I had ever gone there. The Royal Red Robin Burger was what I ordered. It was really good! The fries were not that great. They were cold and looked like someone had taken them and just, for the lack of better words, crumpled them up and put them back in the trays. I was hoping for something better for "bottomless fries". Even the fries that came out with my burger weren't the greatest. 🤷‍♀️

I had the Bleu Burger, medium done. It was delicious. My husband had the Scorpion Burger medium done, and he said the jalopenos that were in his were not spicy, but overall, he liked the burger. They were a lot of burger too, so we only ate half of them. It's definitely worth the price with the refill of fries that also come with the dish.

I always love Red Robin, but this visit was especially awesome. We came in for lunch on a Saturday. The restaurant was clean and there were other people there eating, but it wasn't loud or crowded and we didn't have to wait to sit down. Our server was amazing! She was so sweet and friendly, she also brought us fries and sauce before our meal (which was extra helpful since we had a toddler) and she brought out refills on our drinks without us needing to ask. The flow of the meal was perfect, which seemed like a standard for the restaurant and not just because of our great server. It was very relaxed and efficient. The food came out exactly as ordered, and it was delicious! We got the Gourmet Cheeseburger and a Monster Burger. The Gourmet Cheeseburger is my go-to for a classic choice that never gets old, but really, any burger there is great.

Loved it, but it was so loud we couldn't talk. The music should be turned down. The food was good. I hadn't been to this one in years. The server was sweet and constantly checked on us which was great.

Took the family out Friday night and had a great meal. The food was excellent, and the staff was super friendly. Everything was fresh and served quickly even when they were busy. The manager Chris came over and asked how everything was and assisted the server with some of the kids drinks. He was helpful, and has a really well run restaurant. We will be back!

Waiter was extremely nice, very hip and the food was very good. I had the Avocado grilled chicken salad and the sunset lemonade and it was very refreshing. Also, the Poppin lemonade was definitely popping. Lol

Great food but especially great service. We were greeted and seated within 2 minutes. Our waitress Charisma served us with excellence. The refills for our bottomless floats and fries was waiting for us instead of the other way around. She checked on our table every 3-5 minutes as well as other tables around us. We left very satisfied and in return she was greatly rewarded for her excellent service.

I had a great time tonight! My server Claire made sure I was taken care of. Entree recommendations were on point! Don't listen to the negative reviews, some people don't know how to have FUN!

Very unexpected experience. We have came to this location numerous times over the years and never left a bad review for the shoddy service. We ordered a drink at the bar as our server was new and not able to answer what drinks they had available after my requested drink was not available. Upon receiving my margarita it had majority all salt split off rim. Ordered a new drink and they cut me off. Seriously… spoke to manager And was shocked they treated us that way. Very strange experience.

All of the staff are incredibly kind and professional. The host and hostess set the tone by being inviting and our waitress was awesome! The food was okay, I've had better fish and chips but I probably should have ordered a burger. Not bad, just not great.
