This was our first time in and what a delicious dinner! The staff is very polite our service was excellent. We will definitely be back!

We always have great service here. Margarita pitchers are the way to go. The mole is slightly on the sweet side but still good. Carnitas are great. Really haven't had anything we didn't like. A little bit of outdoor seating on the side.

This is a solid establishment. It’s not extraordinary but is everything you expect from a Mexican restaurant. The staff are on top of it and the place is clean. We were seated immediately as 12 on a Tuesday. The lunch specials are a very good price, especially for the portion size. The chips and salsa are good, wish the salsa had a little bit more flavor. You also have to pay $1.50 for an extra basket/salsa. We were in and out in less than an hour with a bill of $22 for two entrees. Not bad. Not giving 5 stars because everything was good but not exceptional. Still worth a try if you’re in the area and looking for cheap, fast, good food.

We really enjoyed this place! First off, the salsa is delicious and the chips came out hot. I ordered a raspberry margarita that had the right amount of punch and flavor. The queso is delicious too! We ordered crab enchiladas and barria tacos. I am not one to venture outside of my norm but the enchiladas were full of flavor and I was very happy with my choice. We already can’t wait to go back!

Our family (5 of us) ate here on December 23rd for dinner. It wasn't terribly busy. Delicious food and reasonable prices. Enrique (our server) was on top of everything! Parking was right in front! I noticed when I called earlier that day the phone number was blocked and also tried to see what wait time was on their website which means Google calls them but they were blocked too so unless this gets fixed, nobody can get through by phone. That's sad because this is a super great restaurant!

As an avid traveler I've eaten at a lot of Mexican restaurants, this one is definitely the top5. Good is amazing Staff is super nice, the booths are comfortable. All around a very nice place.

Casa Mexico is a tasty place to grab lunch or dinner in Independence. We enjoyed our lunch: beef taco salad and Pollo fundido (grilled chicken over a bed of rice with queso on top). We also ordered a side of chips and salsa. The taco salad had very fresh ingredients mixed in the crispy taco bowl/shell. The pick up time was incredibly quick and the food was ready to grab and go when we got there. Although we got the food to go, the service was friendly when we ordered and paid. There was plenty of seating and the restaurant looking very clean!

My family has been coming here for years. Last night will be our last. I ordered cheese enchiladas, 5 hours later I’m in the ER with extreme food poisoning. CHEESE ENCHILADAS?! I called and told them what happened and they said we can come back in and get our food for free, NEVER again will I go back to this disgusting restaurant.

Good food and great service. Reason for 3 stars is food was not made as requested. However they got very good staff always smiling. We had salsa but did not impressed my taste buds same with my Tilapia fish dish. Clean and lively environment. Once again thumbs up to the staff

One of our favorite Mexican spots in town. The food and service are consistently good. Get the Mexican pizza appetizer - it's so satisfying. Prices are reasonable, too!

We have always liked this place, but something has changed for sure. First of all, they didn't have two of the beers they had on the menu. Second of all, the enchiladas I ordered weren't good at all. Then to top it off the booth I was in had a sharp object sticking out and poked a hole in my shorts. They only took $5 off my bill which paid for the beer I really didn't want. Get Miller Lite!

We had a great experience at Casa Mexico tonight. We were sat quickly and the server was super friendly and attentive. The food was hot, delicious and fresh. They also have great dinner meal prices. Most meals are around $10. We left full and satisfied. We will be returning in the near future!

Straight-forward Mexican food with a deep menu. Here you'll find the classics alongside some riffs on established themes. It's a simple restaurant with few (if any) frills that focuses on great service. Give it a go!

I had tacos. Taco Tuesday you get 3 tacos for under $5, the chips were very fresh and salsa was good. Tacos were pretty salty. I will go back and try a different dish, the prices are very reasonable. It's worth a second try, hopefully not salty. The server was fine.

It had been a while since we ate here at Casa Mexico. I love that the staff is bilingual so I can use my Spanish, even tho it's not that good. I had the Camaron a la Diablo, spicy! and delicious. Friendly atmosphere with good Mexican food. Go try it out!

I’ve eaten here many times over the years (under a different name at one point? The restaurant’s name, not mine! 🤣), & I’ve always enjoyed it. We are here again today, & the crab enchiladas are very good, as are the cheese dip, skinny margs, & salsa! The servers are super friendly & seem to really care. We recently moved nearby, so we’ll now be here more often!

The staff was great and the food came out quick. I found the salsa and beans very thin. I ordered a side tostada (2.99), jalapenos (.75) and sour cream (1.50). As you csn see they are very generous with the condiments for the price.

It's always a delight to eat and drink here. The staff is attentive and friendly, the food is delicious, and the drinks are top-notch(especially the margaritas). All their prices are perfectly aligned!

I came in around 5:45 on a monday the hostess acted put out that I was there. Took forever for a Server to come take my order food came out fast. Not 1 check back finally asked for my ticket hostess brought it server never came back to take care of it luckily I had cash. This restaurant is better then this I feel it was this way because I was a single person dining.

Ordered off of menufy and arrived on time for pickup. The food was not ready and took an additional 50 minutes to prepare. When it was finally ready I took it and upon opening found it was packaged on paper plates with tin foil. See attached images. And the food was all over the bag. As well the order had incorrect and missing items. Would not recommend this location for delivery or take out.
