The main reason for my 2 star review is that the restaurant is forcing customers to give tips and if you don’t like i did, they look at you with disgust like you have committed a crime. The food wasn’t the best either. I tried the chicken pho and although the soup was good, it was lacking greens and the chicken it self is very overcooked and hard to chew. Thankfully they do provide greens on the side in a salad bar style. Drinks were not good either, they use a soda machine and the coke in it tastes like diet coke for some reason. Bad experience overall and I don’t recommend this place.

Do not get food here. Even though food taste good-customer service sucks. They ALWAYS get my call in order wrong. I do not live close and they want me to drive all the way back to them to see they got it wrong. Gas prices are too HIGH. AND THEN THE OWNER HUNG UP ON ME. I literally ordered my food with NO ONIONS and reiterated it over and over because it’s always included. And you can clearly see there are onions in my food. I told her I would text her the picture so she can refund me and she hangs up. So rude.

Amazing, can't say enough good things. Service was great, food was top tier. Found a new hot spot!!

OMG! This place rocks! 🤘🏻When I tell you, lite lunch with a powerful punch you couldn’t possibly go wrong at PHO LA LA. I’m so pleased with the 3 chicken bulgogi tacos & my strawberry boba drink! Just the right size for lunch. Also, the 2 ladies there were just as awesome! You would be totally happy coming here.

Small place and easy to miss. I have been here a few times. Everyone is nice and the food is always good and hot.

This is a very small wall in the hole kind of place. Most of the noodles and broth flavors are on point but the portion is less than other similar pho establishments. The kitchen or prep area is right in the middle of the room. You get your own drinks and condiments. Service is fairly quick. Most of the dishes on the menu are good, the BBQ pork was a bit dry because it is on the lean side. It would be much better if it was pork belly. I would recommend trying the variety of noodles type dishes.

Went here for the first time and am so disappointed it took me so long. The spring rolls were fresh and tasted great(peanut sauce and chili sauce both great), Sweet potatoes and shrimp we very well cooked and the shrimp were very big and well cooked, the Pho broth was awesome and the "serve yourself" add in station is great at preventing unneeded waste compared to other places. Our server was super nice and as we were leaving we chatted with one of the ladies cooking and she was so sweet! Will absolutely be going back and have recommended to others already

My wife and I both had the large Pho combo meat. Chicken, pork, ribeye and meatballs. Deeeeeeeeeeelicious !!! my wife has eaten Pho around the world and said this was some of the best. I’ve eaten quite a bit myself and thought it was very good !!!! We also had the spring rolls that came out hot and yummy. Highly recommend 😍

I'll never return to this place. The napkins were dirty where we sat, we didn't notice until after receiving our food and reaching for one. The spring rolls/sauce needed seasoning. The broth was good but everything was mediocre. Condiments and drinks are self service but the gratuity is automatic. We barely saw the waitress (if she can be called that) who was very quiet with her hello. She was quick and loud to tell me I could give a bigger tip before signing on the bottom line. Don't waste your time here. There are plenty of other pho places and better service too.

Stopped in today on a cold dreary day for a hot bowl of Pho and I'm glad I did. I'm travelling in town and was fortunate enough to be in this area at lunch time. The Pho and sesame balls were great. Will defiantly stop here again when in the area.

Delicious! The toppings bar is a nice addition. I'll be a new regular :) SUKIYAKI spicy and egg rolls!

Used to eat here all the time when I lived in town, visited again after being out of state for two years. Glad to see business is doing well, the food is still delicious, and the service is still great. Also love that the portions are really big, my husband got the regular size bowl of pho and was unable to finish it.

A medium/small restaurant serving delicious food! Enjoyed the Chicken Pho and Pork Bahn Mi sandwich. Nice service. Comfortable seating. Medium parking lot shared with other businesses.

Definitely our new favorite pho! But there was plenty other items on the menu that peaked our interest. First time that is surely not our last! If I could give 12/10, I would! Full flavor, comfy environment, and super sweet and helpful staff.

This neighborhood Gem is quickly becoming my new Favorite. I've been in several times for dinner and the food is always delecious and the staff is warm and welcoming.

Warning!! HIGHLY ADDICTIVE!! This place is one of my absolute favorites!! Tiny perfect jem. Like eating in your grandma's kitchen ( if your gma is Vietnamese) Friendly staff, great prices and the food is beyond amazing.

Excellent food! Small strip mall restaurant that isn't fancy at all. Self-service for drinks and Pho extras. My wife and I had Pho and Chicken Teriyaki with Rice.

As stated in prior reviews. Salty would be correct. The pho soup definitely could use a little less salt. Came for lunch with my son from Omaha. Coming from South Padre Island, we aint got much in the Vietnamese restaurants down on the border. This restaurant is kinda small but has big flavor. The beef pho had plenty of noodles and meat. The fried spring rolls were tasty if not a bit small. It's seat yourself and Self-serve soda. It's a bit cramped if you were ♿️ bound, it might be a very tight fit. If your looking for a fast noodle lunch? This might fit the bill. Prices are kinda steep and the 18% gratuity addition is kinda high depending on your service. Not a fan of that.. Plotted. Scouts Out.

Love, love, love this place. ❤️ It's amazing to have authentic Pho soup in Lee's Summit. This place is totally authentic food and delicious. It's arguably the best Pho in KC. I have dined at 7 other Restaurants that serve Pho in KC. The atmosphere is nothing fancy. But the service is exceptional. I highly recommend the Pho, the Soba "green tea noodles" , Beef on the Box, and the appetizer sampler.

Absolutely love Pho La La. The staff are very friendly and they make such amazing food. My favorite is the chicken Ramen. If you have time to check this place out, I highly recommend you do so!

I’ve had many a pho-cked up pho and this one was not! Cute little place, REALLY good service and dang good pho. I watched the management recognize customers that came in, remember orders of regulars, and engage with other guests to create regulars. The food was good, the service was great!
