So I totally love General Tao’s Chicken. China King actually has the best here in Lee’s Summit… (Im entitled to my own opinion!) Lol…as far as quality, quantity taste & freshness. Always enough for lunch with leftovers. Thanks for making my lunch grand today!

Don’t normally go out of my way to post reviews, but this is the best Chinese food I’ve found in Kansas City so far. Rice is phenomenal, as well as the dumplings, and I’m sure everything else on the menu as well. Delicious.

Used to eat here and liked them. Had them today and the food sucked! Beside the fact that they could not get our order right either. Will not go back!

Hidden Gem!! This looks like a nondescript strip mall tucked in behind an otherwise busy corner location. Don’t let the disposable plates turn you off ... Food is amazing! Portions very generous! Quick service! Best Egg Foo Young ever! Soups are great, chicken wings delicious. We have never been disappointed by anything we have ordered. Dine in or carry out.

I will never understand the ratings of this place. The food is so bland and way overpriced. I'm from LA and I have come to assume at this point that people from Missouri don't have taste buds. This food was so exceptionally mediocre in every possible way.

Very friendly staff. The food was terrific the first two times I picked up food from here. this third time the food was different, The mu-shu chicken was very different . a "Mu-shu" dish with no mushrooms.

Worst chow mein I’ve ever had. No noodles at all, 70% vegetables that have been crammed into a soup container so it is all soggy. Add to the fact that the flavor resembles dirty dishwater I would not recommend this place unless you are really trying to stretch a dollar.

Best crab Rangoon around and the moo shoo chicken is delicious. We moved out of state 3 years ago and were in town for an event. Nothing has changed but the prices. So for over 10 years this place has been owed by the same people and their food and serving sizes have remained consistent. Only downside is they do not deliver.

The food is low quality & they are running a ATM racket. They will randomly claim they cannot accept card (they do) and are cash only. Conveniently they have an ATM (that I am sure they own) in the restaurant where you can pull out cash & they can tack on an extra $5 transaction fee to your order. This is not the review of someone who had 1 poor experience. This is a review based off multiple visits. The final straw was on my last visit for a takeout order they did not ask for my name or give me any info other than it will be ready in 10 minutes. Upon my arrival the lady at the counter told me cash only, I explained I’ve been through this before and I know they can take a card. She proceeded to get aggressive with me and insist she told me on the phone to bring cash (odd request so I think this would have stuck out in the conversation…). Just for principle I drove down the street to my bank rather than allowing myself to be scammed out of $5. I will not be back.

I really do enjoy this place. Ive complained in the past that they only take cash but the great food and kind staff makes me look past it. Some of the best Chinese food in the area imo.

I just went in for a couple egg rolls but their food was served hot and prices were reasonable! I may stop in for a whole meal soon.

Food is delicious, great portion sizes with each meal, and the service is absolutely stellar. We didn't wait a minute longer than the 15 minutes quoted. We will definitely be back!

My husband and baby love Lo Mei but on the last two occasions the lady who delivers the takeaway has been so rude. We hope they improve that service. We all have bad days, but we can't take it out on others.

This place is the best in town. I love the crab Rangoon and their sweet and sour chicken is amazing! My husband loves the Kung pow Chicken. I love the people that work here, they are so considerate. Great spot! Worth checking out!

Ordered cashew chicken. Meat was breaded and fried. It probably had less than 1/8 cup of chicken in whole dish. Egg soup had a weird flavor compared to others. May be cheaper than other locations, but you pay for what you get.

Absolutely terrible Springfield cashew chicken, more like 1/2 cooked chicken wings in a red sauce with no flavor. I'll rate the experience negative 10. I won't go back and encourage others to dine at many of the other fine Chinese resturants in the area.

If you’re trying to decide, Just come! It’s one of the best!!!!! #1 - fire 🔥(very good) fried rice, I believe it’s one of the best I’ve ever had. #2 - They have the original egg foo young sauce!!!! If your an egg foo young lover you know this is important. #3 - They have good crab rangoon! #4 - They value your service, I had a problem with my food today and they asked a few questions and replaced it with no problems. Those are the good things! One thing they could do better is customer service because they hate taking credit cards because the machine messes with their take out orders or something like that. So the lady is going to say “you don’t have no cash?” Each time but over all I’ll accept that as long as the food is good. I got my food to go each time but they have a small sitting section if you want to stay. - I ordered shrimp fried rice (w/ extra shrimp), Shrimp egg foo young and 8 crab rangoons. Which was $30 & it was worth every Penny! Ps: they really gave me lots of shrimp, which I am definitely thankful for (picture attached) **** Trust me this is one of the best Chinese food restaurants around! You can thank me later..

China King is the best Chinese place around. Hands down. They are a hit every time. Staff is great too!

We couldn't tell the difference between the "House special" lo mein and the vegetable lo mein without digging around to find some tiny meat scraps. I recommend China 88 personally.

I'd call it Lees Summits BEST Chinese hole-in-the-wall carry out place. The egg drop soup & Orange Chicken (spicy) were the BEST I had in years. I'll BE BACK!!!😁🙋

This is my favorite place for takeout Chinese. We tried many around our area to settle on the best one in Lee's Summit. Beef with scallops are my top choice with plenty of brown gravy sauce. The mini spring rolls with house Mustard and crab Rangoon are worthwhile appetizers. They always get the order right. It's fun to watch them prep and cook some of the food (when you get the opportunity).

I love eating here. Food is always very hot and good tasting. The family that works here are very kind and focused on business. Meals are big enough too share. And tables are always cleaned off.

Good food. Ease of ordering. . Usually get a free item cause they offer some good items for paying with cash

The food is pretty good but I constantly get my order without the extra sauces I've ordered. If I ask for spicy mustard AND pay for it - I expect to get it!
