My wife ordered 3 drinks. There are so many common names which makes it so confusing. After each drink, they call out the name and set it next to a letter on the counter that corresponds with the first letter of the first name. Someone had taken one of my wife's drinks and I ended up with someone else's. I told the lady the size and the drink w/ almond milk and the size was wrong. I got so irritated that I left there with the wrong size already paid for. They need a better system!

NICK is amazing!! I come here every day and order the same thing. I see Nick almost every morning and Nick’s customer service is amazing, I always get taken care of, always leave with a smile on my face and I am thankful Nick works here because Nick is just overall amazing, every. Never makes my drink correctly. Ordered spiced apple twice at this location for my family, nothing in bottom of the cup. Last time the ice chunks were so big you couldn’t even drink it with a straw.

I've been really weary with the attitude of Starbucks employees in covid. It seems they have majorly improved in some locations tho. One thing that really is annoying is that my coffee has no longer been coming with sleeves. I've left tips anyway despite this annoyance of lack of customer service. It is much appreciated when they at least leave them out to get one. To be chewed out for taking a sleeve by the employee at this location when there were sleeves sitting right by the coffees is pathetic. Asking for sleeves for your coffee is the same as asking for silverware in a restaurant, not because they forgot but deliberately decided to withhold it for a joke. I won't be using anymore tip money at one location.

Only good for mobile orders as the dine in service is awful. Ordered straight brewed coffee at counter. She takes my order and walks away. Order gets put behind all the mobile orders. 15 minutes still no coffee. I hate this location and am trying a different one next time

This Starbucks is just great. I’ve been here when it’s dead slow and I’ve been here when it’s crazy busy, and their dedication to the customer is the same in each situation. I’m thoroughly impressed at their attitude and their execution of each drink. Thank you for consistently making my mornings that much better.

Starbucks has great coffee. However, outside of their high prices, theres only 1 problem.. they'll sometimes hand us an entire cup filled with what looks to be (& taste) as Only cream. This continues to go on even though I've never made an order out for just "creamer". Based on our experience, You may consider that after you've taken the time to select your order, waited your turn in line, & paid, the end result is that there's a chance that you will be disappointed, frustrated, inconvenienced, & driving off with a $5 cup of cream.

I had accidentally ordered the tall thinking it was a large and Trinity at the drive thru helped me out with getting right thing, her customer service was amazing, i truly appreciate people like her who are happy to help regardless of me making a goof in my order. She was quick and super friendly, please give her a raise! She deserves it!

I'm so happy that they open so early! The people were so nice and even though they didn't have the syrup for my favorite drink, it didn't matter because all the frappes are delish! Bless all of you!❤️

This is a daily stop for my fiance and I, we place our order online and by the time we get in its fresh and ready. The staff are amazing, and work together really well and the community knows it. The only downside is that if you do wait in the drive through line you'll be waiting a hot minute because of how popular this location is. A huge shout out to the baristas who know my fiance by our order, learning your frequent customers is a huge task but can be worth it.

This location is always quite quick with service. I am regularly impressed with how they handle the customer balance between front counter and drive through. Haven't had a mistake with any orders yet, always helped with a smile.

I purchased a tall Mocha and a chocolate croissant. I was meeting with someone for business and there was plenty of space even during busy hours. The drink was good and met expectations. The chocolate croissant was warm and unfortunately gone too quickly.

Stop in every day for my white chocolate mocha. Addicted to it, gas a smooth taste. Associates are usually very friendly.

Very slow....depending on the day if my drink is correct. I have had to return several times.

Worst service I have ever had at a Starbucks waited twenty minutes for ice oatmilk venti while I stood and watched the employees text and not really do much anything . Wasn’t even greeted or acknowledged for 4 or five mins . Training is essential And if you’re black or of ethnic origin don’t go in there because they will with out a doubt make sure you are served last doesn’t matter what order you got in line

Absolutely ridiculous! Horrible service. Stop rushing people. I barely had my order out of my mouth and then went to go say the size I wanted. She rushed me through it and made me so nervous I got the wrong size! After being in the line for over 15 min!!!! Do better! Give people a second to get their order right.

Let me just tell you how much I appreciate this particular Starbucks! Holy Moly! There are so many amazing employees here! Fast, efficient, hospitable, and they bring forth absolutely delicious items! Today, Audrey and Trinity helped to provide some FANTASTIC service! Also, I believe Audrey just discovered the key to life.....It's a Venti Hot Caramel Brulee Latte, Add 1 extra espresso shot, and top with Sugar Cookie Foam😄........For those of you who feel me....You're welcome💓🤘😉

I had such a great experience here! The service was fast and the employees were amazing. They took time to make sure that all six of my drinks were correct before I paid. They also went above and beyond on making the cups so cute for the wedding party photos. Special shout out to Lexi and Natalie! Great job everyone thank you so much!

Barista was cool made sure I got my mocha with coconut milk and iced lemon cake too.😋😋😋😋

The staff was wonderful and nice..and they were also very fast. The cake pops were wonderful and fresh. They had a nice selection of cups and a very nice pastry selection 👌 for it being almost closing time. Highly recommend 👌 Can't forget the FREE WI-FI! And very awesome seating selection 👏 👌 😀 l Will definitely 💯 be going back there! Keep up the awesome work and always ALWAYS treat your Customer's the way you want to be treated!

FYI, this location is difficult to access, and parking is bad due to it being shared with the strip mall. Really, I gave only 3 stars because it's 3 weeks until Christmas, and they're out of both Christmas blend coffees at 2pm on a Sunday.

So so...expect little problems on every visit. If I'm really needing Starbucks due to proximity, I try to lower my expectations before each visit......this way, I'm not disappointed as much when Starbucks drop the ball and underwhelms me.

This location always seems to be less busy. That's a plus because you can order and be on your way quickly. Friendly and quality you expect.

I always order ahead here. It gets super busy and parking sucks. It’s a small indoor space so I just get my drinks and go. Always have had great service though!

Rarely disappointed by Starbucks. There is usually quite a long line for drive thru (it sometimes extends out to the main road). However, the line always moves quickly and the the staff is always friendly and very proficient. Perhaps most importantly, our order is always accurate, unlike many fast food resturants.

I've been going to this location since 2014. I like their atmosphere and quality staff. The other day I watched the shift lead dealing with a problem customer and she was professional and composed. The staff are top notch.

I wish I could say this issues with this store are due to CV however they are not. This store has ALWAYS had a horrible response time with their drive-thru. It should NEVER take 20+ minutes to get through. For the last 10 years it has always been like this. I love starbucks and I love their drinks but OH MY WORD they need to figure out how to run a drive-thru 🙃

Starbucks is always good! The staff is always super nice and obviously their coffee is amazing. Wish they had a bigger parking lot because the line gets pretty long and it's right off of 7hwy so it's hard to get in and blocks the rest of the parking lot plus there's very few parking spaces. Was difficult to get in and out when I did uber eats because you have to park and go in to pick up an order
