The Cheesecake Factory sit at the Eastside entry to the Country Club Plaza. After we finish shopping or during lunch before shopping Cheesecake Factory is a favorite stop. A good steak and desert and I’m ready to go. The facility is clean and appropriately lit. It is handicap accessible and parking garage is nearby. The staff was polite and efficient and food came out as expected. Solid 5 star experience.

It is The Cheesecake Factory. They serve a great deal more than just cheesecake too! I hope you get Alexus as your waitress - she was simply outstanding. Just when I was getting ready to think about needing a refill, we all were topped off. Knowledgeable and kind, get her to train every other restaurant's servers on what exceptional service is. The food was good, the cheesecake fattening, and we went home stuffed and with to-go boxes. Keep in mind that plates run around $20-$30 with a drink.

My recent visit to The Cheesecake Factory left me thoroughly impressed and craving for more. The restaurant's inviting ambiance coupled with its expansive menu made for an unforgettable dining experience. Having heard rave reviews about their burgers, I decided to opt for the Smokehouse BBQ Burger, and it turned out to be a decision I'll cherish. The moment the plate arrived, the mouthwatering aroma of the burger filled the air. The juicy patty, topped with smoky barbecue sauce, crispy bacon, melted cheddar cheese, and crispy onion strings, was a symphony of flavors that danced on my taste buds. Each bite was a perfect balance of sweetness, smokiness, and savory goodness. The accompanying seasoned fries added a delightful crunch to the meal. Equally enchanting was the Oreo Cheesecake that my wife ordered. The presentation alone was a feast for the eyes, and the taste was nothing short of heavenly. The velvety cheesecake adorned with layers of Oreo crumbles was a delightful fusion of rich creaminess and the beloved cookie's chocolaty crunch. Each forkful was met with nods of approval and appreciative murmurs from our table. What truly stood out, apart from the delectable food, was the impeccable service. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and ensured that every aspect of my dining experience was top-notch. While The Cheesecake Factory might lean towards the pricier side, the quality and portion sizes more than justify the cost. It's an ideal spot for special occasions, celebrations, or simply when you're in the mood to pamper your taste buds. In conclusion, The Cheesecake Factory not only lives up to its reputation but exceeds it. With an array of mouthwatering dishes, charming ambiance, and outstanding service, it's a culinary destination that guarantees a memorable and delicious escapade. Whether you're a burger enthusiast, a cheesecake lover, or simply looking for an exceptional dining experience, this restaurant truly delivers.

I have been to other locations in Kansas but this one was very pristine! I love that the restaurant is upscale with upstairs and a balcony! Also the entrance has a fountain, garden and benches. Amazing food as usual! I had the herb grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans.perfection!! Ah this will always be my favorite restaurant! Outstanding customer service, I definitely will be back!

It's been a minute or two(maybe 15 yrs?) since visiting the Plaza Cheesecake Factory location, and we were glad we made the jump to revisit. Parking at the top of the garage always gives you a nice view of the Plaza in KC, and during Christmas time, that view can't be beat. Our reserved table was ready right on time, and on this Monday night, the place was full. Samantha served us right away, and her knowledge of the menu was quite apparent. Our drinks and apps appeared like magic and the fried cheese was banging tasty. Our dinners were huge and delicious. The cheesecake I'm afraid had to be boxed up as the dinners and drinks left no room in our bellies. Thank you, Cheesecake Factory, for being just as we remembered, and next time, we will absolutely not wait as long between visits. Great service, atmosphere, and food. Well done indeed!

Our Cheesecake Factory escapade on a leisurely Sunday afternoon surpassed expectations. Securing immediate seating, we were greeted by a server whose friendliness and attentiveness enhanced the overall positive ambiance. The shrimp scampi's delicate yet flavorful pasta and the spicy chicken chipotle pasta's robust and delectable profile were both standout choices. With portions large enough for a delightful encore later, the dining experience was a true win. The complimentary fresh and chewy bread added a nice touch. Saving room for dessert, the traditional and toasted marshmallow s'mores galore cheesecakes continued to exemplify the excellence we've come to expect. While acknowledging the higher price point, the consistently superb cheesecake, accompanied by the ever-fresh whipped cream, reaffirmed Cheesecake Factory as a premium indulgence well worth the cost for an exceptional dining affair.

I have been here several times and it is always great! They menu features a variety of food, including pasta, burgers, fish, and more. They serve complimentary sourdough and brown bread to each table as an appetizer, and between that and the size of the meals, you can easily bring home leftovers for a second meal. True to the name, there are dozens of types of cheesecake available. I recommend the Oreo Dream Extreme cheesecake, it is very rich with chocolate.

The cheesecake factory can sometimes be hit or miss. Tonight it was just OK. I sat at the bar, Michael acted as my server. He was fantastic. The pineapple cherry limeade was awesome! The impossible burger was OK, but the fries were really substandard. I understand the fresh strawberries cheesecake is the signature dessert. I didn’t feel like going fancy, so I decided to get one to go. And it did not disappoint. It was terrific.

I wanted to dislike this chain restaurant because it seemed like I should. But both my wife and I really enjoyed our time and food here. Her large filet mignon was nicely seared, perfectly cooked and velvety in tender texture. My jambalaya hash with rice plus eggs on top — served during brunch until 2 pm on Saturdays and Sundays — was a nice blend of unique flavors. Our cheesecakes were definitely delicious — one fruity and tangy, and.the other chocolatey sweet. Also the free accompanying bread was excellent.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Cheesecake Factory, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The extensive menu offers something for everyone, and the food was not just delicious but also beautifully presented. The standout, of course, is their mouthwatering cheesecakes, and they did not disappoint. The dessert selection is to die for! The ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the service was impeccable. I cannot recommend The Cheesecake Factory enough. It's the perfect spot for a special night out or just a casual meal. I'll be back for sure!

We visited last night for dinner. Our server was Ian B. He is by far the best server we have ever had. Extremely nice, truly cared and made our experience enjoyable. I have been wanting this particular dish for a month and he said they were unable to make it to do the high volume in the kitchen. I explained to him that I was there a month ago and it was a 3 hour wait, so I went somewhere else, so last night we came back for dinner. He understood that it was important to me and made it happen. Not a lot of servers go the extra mile and he was awesome!! Really enjoyed the dinner and views and having Ian as our server was definitely the highlight of our night. Thank you!!

Quick seating for a Saturday afternoon. You get unlimited bread and butter. Bread was fresh and warm. Had the Smokehouse BBQ burger with a side of fries and a salad. I didn't realize a side salad was $7.99. Definitely higher than expected. That burger was cooked perfectly at medium well done. Seasoned just right. Took home a pineapple upside down cheesecake and it was rich. Enjoyed it for 3 nights. Got a bananas one for my Dad and he loved it.

My first time here in a long time did not know this place had brunch. Food was delicious and staff were awesome, looking forward to brunch again another day. Thank you for a job well done

For the price I seriously thought this place would be better. I got the Korean Fried Chicken dish and it was cold by the time I finally got my food! The chicken was pretty dry and hard, I didn't even eat all of it or pack it to go cause I was pretty disappointed. My husband got the stuffed cheddar burger and the meat didn't even come close to covering the bun so he had half of the bun left over after he ate his burger!

The Cheesecake Factory was tasty! I tried a new dish, Shrimp Scampi! The shrimp were huge and well seasoned! The desserts were great as well. We had a Caramel Apple Slice of Cheesecake as well as a slice of Lemon Raspberry! The Raspberry sauce almost made the flavor overbearing. However, the overall slice of Cheesecake was flavorful!

I went for lunch on a busy Saturday. The wait wasn't that bad. When it was time to seat, we were being seated extremely close to another family, and since it was only 2 of us, we asked if we could sit in a different area, so we could have some more private time. The server quickly obliged and was so accommodating! The food was great, like always and the fried avocado rolls are a must have!! I got a salad from the skinnylicious menu, and it was huge!

The place is iconic yes, but I'm sorry the food is just not that good to me. It's a place for cheesecake and a drink. Loooved the vibe though. We will be back!

The place is usually pretty clean and it is not too hard to find a table. It took a while to have someone get our drink and food orders, but once she arrived she was very friendly. The coke was nice and bubbly and was not watered down like I see in many other establishments. The mini taquitos were delicious but man were they tiny. It looked like a lot of food because they were piled with lettuce, tomatoes, and a green cream sauce. Once you dig through all that there were just 4 little chicken taquitos that were about 3 inches long. My husband liked his buffalo chicken sandwich and the fries were pretty tasty. They reminded me of a McDonald's fry. My tacos were just okay. There was not a lot of spice or kick to them. My rice and beans were kind of cold so that was disappointing. My biggest complaint is that the restrooms are upstairs and the elevator is very slow. If you are a person who is unable to use stairs then you will be annoyed at the procedure to have to get up to the second floor.

This was not a good night for dinner. I dont know who was cooking this order but, it was not right. I ordered the fish and chips with fries. I have had it before and this time it didnt even look like their normal quality preparation. The fish was burnt and had some kind of salt seasoning sprinkled on it. The fries were very cold. The coleslaw was very bitter and has a strong smell. Yes- purple cabbage is not the same as traditional cabbage.. I pray that the carrot cake will satisfy tonight. The gumbo didnt have much juice to it either. Very disappointed tonight...$50 not well spent.

Haven't been in a long time and went for lunch. Our waitress was very good and couldn't have asked for a better waitress. I ordered the spicy chicken Louisiana pasta and it was cooked perfection however it wasn't spicy so to speak. With a complimentary bread and an appetizer order before my main dish I didn't have room for cheesecake. Would definitely go again and recommend it if in the Kansas City area.

Had a great dinner and of course Cheesecake for dessert. We celebrated our daughters 20th birthday and it was perfect. Only waited 20 minutes for a table on a Sunday at dinner time. Dinner was great, food was great. The salad was HUGE and well worth the money. Our service was excellent.

Food was good. No good parking for a 87 year old. Long wait even though we saw the same empty tables for hours. Many empty outside and it was a nice day. They must have been short staffed. Had to keep asking for things to be refilled. Food wasn't right and had to be sent back. Recharged for food that was sent back. Charged 3 times for one item. Ordered desserts to go and we didn't get what we ordered. Guess they weren't prepared for Mothers day. Drink was good but no prices listed. $4.50 for a cherry limeade

Went to Cheesecake Factory for my nephew 18th birthday. Our party of 20 people was seated timely. Wait time for the foods was a little long but since they were super pack is understandable. The ahi tuna and corn was yummy. steak Diane with Salmon was right on the money but my wife steak Diane with chicken was a little dry. My brother love the orange chicken (go figure Chinese at Cheesecake lol). Nachos dips was ok but could use a little more salsa. The cake was delicious like always. Overall a good experience and good time with family. If u plan to dine here be sure to come early to get your seat. Can’t be extremely busy on the weekend.
