    Christian and Jason are two of the most unprofessional people I have ever seen in my life. I will never step foot in this restaurant ever again. I have never seen so much arrogance and know it all attitude in my life. Never eating here again.

    I went in for my birthday I was struggling with the app and the team member that helped me was awesome to make sure that I got a free sub for my birthday I let him kind of pick for me I forget exactly what it was it was kind of a custom roast beef that he liked and it was absolutely delicious fully recommend. edit: quick note for those with low budget, I don't have any real income, and Firehouse is definitely a place I return to when I can afford to eat out, from past experiences. Was high on my birthday list to start. Wish I could go much more often.

    The food was terrific. The service was pretty solid. The store seemed a bit messy but all around it was a great sub and that's what matters. I had a spicy Cajun turkey and it was great.

    Ordered online 20 minutes before I got here came at my time and they just started it. First they told me they did not have my order after showing my phone and the receipt he “found it” the crew kept giving dirty looks to everyone and not being professional at all. Will not be back at this location.

    I got the sub with brisket and bbq sauce. I can't remember the actual name of it. I added onions and a side of bbq sauce. My sub was really good. They had a trainee that didn't notice the onion and side of sauce on my order so I had to go back and ask for it but I figure we all have to learn. All in all it was an enjoyable experience and I had a great lunch.

    Great experience haven't been to firehouse in about a year or so and walked in and met Bradley and Tammy greeted at the front counter while trying to decide an order Bradley recommended changing some things up on the sandwich on a whim I decided why not try something new and give it a shot turned out to be a great decision Tammy made the sandwich while me and Bradley held a great conversation discussing things in life was a great experience sandwich was amazing and even when I finished they asked me how the sandwich tasted overall great experience and great staff thank yall so much!! Will be back for sure!!

    I ordered 2 sub platters and a cookie patter for a family gathering. They had my order ready and made everything as ordered. Everyone loved the sandwiches as they actually had plenty of meat in them vs. other places I have ordered from. The chocolate chip cookies were wonderful as well, very soft! We will definitely be getting platters from them again!

    Spent $58 on 3 subs, chips and drinks (!!). Took forever to get them, then one was burnt. That’s fine, they remade it. Get the 3rd one and I like their pepper sauce. None on the counter. I asked for some and was actually told “it’s in the back, you’ll have to wait until I’m not busy”. Meanwhile the other 2 in my group are 1/2 done. I ate the whole thing and never did get any. Way too expensive for mediocre subs and bad service.

    Love the smokehouse brisket cheddar sub! All the subs here are very tasty. Now that Subway has raised their prices, this place is no longer the expensive option. Probably best to order ahead on their app as waiting during the lunch rush is going to eat a lot of your time. Good drink choices and they feature Coke products. Excellent assortment of chips as well. Subway has them beat on cookies, though. While the Firehouse cookies are good, Subway's are better.

    Quality, staff, customer service, and speed were all great and efficient. I will use this Firehouse subs location again. The location is convenient and great spot.

    The sandwiches are very good, sometimes they are wrong but just ask and they will remake it. Staff isn’t super friendly or efficient. I only come back because they are better than Subway.

    First time visit and I will be back. The sub was fantastic, staff is awesome and engaging. No rush in placing my order, gave me plenty of time to decide. Worth every penny spent!

    Good food bad execution on sandwich making. Why would some one put this together like they did. Not to smart. Workers need more hands on training from the owner. There are only kids working here and the owner was sitting in the corner reading the paper. Not paying attention to the workers arguing with me over how to make it. They still failed. Can't even listen to the customer. What ever happened to customer is always right.

    This location is terrible. They are always so rude when my family comes here. The attitude of the employees here is that of inconvenience when we walk in the door. I am currently sitting here waiting with my family to order food. I would leave if this wasn't already our plan to eat here and my rewards weren't already activated. When I walked in, I was immediately told, without any other sort of greeting or acknowledgement that it would be 15-20 minutes before anyone would even take my order (also heard that in the past). I can't believe that I actually miss the enthusiastic "Welcome to Firehouse" chant that used to be the standard here. The employees are never trained at the computer, even today. When they ask their supervisor/manager for help they aren't treated kindly either. The crazy thing is that this location is never staffed by the same people, yet my experience is the same each time. This tells me that there is an issue with the franchise management.

    Very nice experience for my first time here. The menu seemed so vast that i simply went for a custom sandwich. Though my order was made incorrectly the staff took their time to fix it. They even took the time to retake my order to ensure it was right.

    I usually love the food here but tonight my husband and I both said our sandwich was not as it usually is. I noticed the entire staff was different. Maybe under new management but it wasn’t good. Not sure I’ll go back.

    These were probably the best subs I've ever had! Absolutely amazing! The only thing keeping me from 5 stars was the staff. They weren't rude, but I couldn't hear them. I had to ask 4-5 times to understand that he was asking if I wanted my pickles.
