Had insurance and they refused to pay my claim asking for pictures of a motorcycle now that was stolen and never recovered Still ain't seen nothing over a year When my ford truck air bags blew they took for every to look at it and decided it was a total loss then I lost everything over my down payment my years worth of payment and I didn't even get a new truck all I got was another bill they would not stand on my side and go against ford even though the ford body shop told as we had to have switch hood quarters finders and bumper paint to a perfect match then put it all together to cover up a wreck that had airbags deploy. Make you go hmm

I had insurance with them for 2 years. Our rates have double in that time. We did buy a newer car in 2022. The car that they charge the most on was a older 2012. I have no tickets and accident free. I got insurance from state farm, half of what I would have payed at farmers. Still wait on refund for canceling my policy.
