I got what I went for, got it at a reasonable price, however, I didn't like the service. The customer service could have been better.

Great for getting all the veg and fruits + other stalls nearby for necessities, grilled chicken/fish, clothes etc. Lots of traffic though. Guards around to encourage sanitising hands and mask wearing.

The fresh fruits are delicious and locally grown. The market atmosphere is a little dodgy and not for the faint hearted. Please also note NOT to park your car (if you have one/a rental) along any of the streets of Saint John’s, as there is a high probability of getting a fine. (Our rental got a fine, for instance, which seemed like a corrupt government scam, because the car was parked perfectly clear of all roads and next to a sidewalk without any visible markings. Yet we got one anyway, saying we obscured the road. Reason being that the pavement was seemingly “freshly done” as well as saying that the “marking were still to be Made”. $150,- US.

The food market inside the building was nice and a few vendors. The Saturday morning street market was crazy. Traffic jam on the street and people crowded the sidewalks and the street squeezing past the cars. Unless you are food shopping for a longer stay you should skip.

Saturday morning grocery produce shops by local vendors. A variety of vegetables and fruits sold here. Meat market near the statue. Clothing, swim/beach ware vendors on the street. Park by the cruise terminal and walk to the market. Local bus terminal right in the front of the market.VC BIRD statue nearby. Duty-free shopping complex has most of the branded(polo, lewis kind of brands) product vendors, diamond merchants etc.
