I literally cannot emphasize how stellar this home is to rent. The BnB hosts are on top of it, the housekeeping staff is on top of it, the views are immaculate. There are a thousand bedrooms, so many lounging places. It's a five minute walk from a great little beach. It's a 15 minute walk to a bunch of restaurants in Nelson's Dockyard.

A fabulous position overlooking Falmouth Marina, yet in close proximity to the bars and restaurants of English Harbour just down the hill. Bluff House itself is undergoing a significant upgrade across the board (from an already sumptuous level) and is a perfect holiday house for a large family or group of friends. With the 'Garden House' and the newly converted 'Pink House' also within the grounds, this adds even more flexibility, each aforementioned house comes also with built-in amazing views and each their own pool! I have no hesitation in recommending Bluff House (and its subsidiary accommodations) without hesitation as a first class place to stay.

Incredible holiday in an incredible house. Bluff house would make the perfect base for anyone’s holiday on Antigua. All the best beaches, restaurants and bars of English harbour are a short walk away, or you could lounge by the pool and take in the views…

We stayed in Bluff House in May and fell in love with it! The house is so wonderful, with draw-dropping panoramic views, beautiful interior design and the most comfortable beds! It’s also a great location, close to lots of restaurants and a few minutes from Pigeon Point Beach. It was perfect in every way and we would highly recommend staying at Bluff House to anyone planning an unforgettable holiday to Antigua.

The most wonderful holiday destination - could not recommend enough! Panoramic views of the ocean, endless space and the most beautiful house. It’s only a walk away from the rustic shops and restaurants, and you can spend hours watching the boats go by with a drink on the veranda. We celebrated a birthday here and had the most wonderful time - plenty of hosting space and dinner in front of a magnificent view! Would go back in a heartbeat - thank you for the most fabulous stay X

The Bluff House is the most amazing place. The views (plural because you have views to many points on the compass) are stunning and ever changing. The house is well appointed with all of the desired provisions, if anything is needed the host team is very responsive, professional, kind and fun. The short little walk down to Pigeon Beach is no burden compared to the beauty and serenity of the beach. We are grateful for the opportunity to stay in this wonderful home for our family reunion, with 15 people.

We stayed at Bluff House in January 2023 and can’t recommend it enough! We booked it very last minute (we had to as my partner was doing the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge!) and Izzy & Simon were so helpful and accommodating even with only one week notice! The house is even more stunning in real life than the photos, and the view is jaw dropping too. We spent many mornings watching the super yachts come and go in Falmouth Bay, and evenings watching the sunset by the pool. The bedrooms are spacious (an understatement!) and comfortable, the kitchen felt just like home and was well stocked with thoughtful extras like spices, tea bags, sugar, etc! The location is fantastic - both Falmouth and English Harbour are a short walk away, there are some lovely local shops and restaurants just down the hill and you also have easy access to Pigeon Point Beach and the Goat Trail. Despite how close the house is to Falmouth it’s lovely and quiet, and very private - you wouldn’t know it was there unless you’re looking for it! The property managers Clare and Nathan were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, and the housekeeping team were fab too. We loved our stay here, made so easy by Izzy & James and the team and would definitely recommend experiencing all Bluff House has to offer!

A truly beautiful place which can only be described as the best place to stay in the Caribbean! Bluff House is perfectly located between English Harbour for great dinners and drinks, and Pigeon Point Beach is just a 5 minute walk away for lovely walks and peaceful morning swims! The house itself boasts a vibrant and welcoming interior accompanied by a spacious outside area which is great for hosting. This property is also complemented but a further two houses (The Pink House and Garden House) which makes the whole area a great place for either renting with large groups, or separate for smaller groups

Wow, wow, wow! Do not hesitate to book this outstanding privately owned villa. The owners clearly know what the guests require and the attention to detail and quality of all the furnishings are the best. Had the most glorious 10 days staying at Bluff House and the proximity to beaches, restaurants and bars cannot be beaten. But if you simply want to chill by the pool and enjoy the panoramic views then this is the villa you should book. Happy memories of Bluff House!

Incredible location, a short walk away from Pigeon Point Beach - one of the most idyllic beaches I've ever visited (great for families!). Also a very short walk away from some fabulous restaurants in Falmouth Harbour. I really enjoyed my time here - gorgeous furnishings and incredible views of the yachts in the harbour made it difficult for me to want to leave and explore the rest of the island! I hope to return, thank you!
