They gave me 7.00 for 4 trash bags full of clothes. They was only warn a few times in great condition and a few still had tags on them. They only took 2 items and then I could not get the clothes back because they mixed them with the donation pile. Yes they did ask if I wanted to donate them at the beginning but if I would have known that they was only going to take two items I would have taken the others back.

The store has some great quality but when it comes to selling your clothes there it is a disappointment. They didn’t accept anything in a big basket that had good, new, never worn clothes including a brand new pair of vans. When you look at the clothes around you some dirty others torn you don’t understand why your clothes aren’t good enough. Otherwise for buying I would recommend it just a little pricy for a thrift store.

The employees here are all very unprofessional and rude. I understand they have to be judging clothes, but they were being so loud and rude about other people’s clothes. As a customer, I was uncomfortable listening to them be mean. Just mean girls.

What an awesome store!! The prices are incredible and I found tons of treasures. The store is really clean and organized. Everything is color coded like a rainbow which makes my heart so so happy. I found a few great rompers and shirts this time. Exactly what I was looking for. I can’t wait to come sell some day. The staff is friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend.

Great store. I like being sustainable and wearing used clothes. Not only that but the clothes here are super affordable and you can find some great things here. That being said, there isn't a lot of selection for men. Women have TONS of options. If you've never been, stop by and take a look. You can trade in your clothes for store credit and let others wear the clothes you originally loved and wore every week. Pretty cool when you think about it. Your clothes get to have another life after you instead of sitting in your closet for years

The people here are really nice. But I find it very strange that the clothes my daughters and I came in with (2 buckets full), they only took 3 items even though almost all our clothes are in great condition. The clothes we looked at while waiting are super worn and not very stylish but most ours were turned down. What exactly are they looking for? Really lame.

Really friendly and welcoming staff! I don't feel super judged for how I look or what I try on when I go there, which is really important for me when I'm shopping. They're super responsive, respectful, and helpful. My favorite staff member is Brooklynn! She's the best.

I love this place! They always have so many gems for a great affordable price. I love coming here! They also trade your clothes for money or credits and do it in a timely matter. Such a great experience.

Always enjoy shopping here, it meets my fashion desire and inspires me for new ideas. While on a budget! I always grew up shopping at thrift stores but let me tell you, uptown Cheapskate is the place for great style and great condition cloths without breaking the bank! You can sell your cloths to them, earn store credit and buy new cloths all while you’re there super cool! really helps save money especially when they have big sales! In my opinion it’s like a rotating closet store for fresh new styles!

Love shopping here, it’s my favorite one in Utah! The girls are always so sweet & helpful. I always find way more than I need to take home but with these deals, I can’t say no!

It’s always such a great time coming in to Uptown in South Jordan! The product and brands here are AMAZING and find new items all the time. I love that I can clean out my closet and sell last years styles to trade out for new ones in store. ♻️ The staff are fantastic and friendly too!! I love this location in Utah.

I’ve sold clothes at other locations without any issues I tried to sell here today and they wouldn’t even look at what I had because it wasn’t in a “proper container” apparently it can’t be in a trash bag or just folded nicely and brought in by itself… very brand loyal to Free People and Anthropologie so that’s what I had for them… their lose. Me along with every other guest who came in at the same time as me were all turned away at the door without even having our things looked at because we brought them in trash bags. Is this a real room or were the girls today just lazy? I took my things to another location immediately where I had no issues. They informed me I was the second person to come in this morning complaining about the way they had been treated at the South Jordan location.

I love this store!! They ALWAYS have such cute things for me AND my children. And the people that work there are always so helpful and fun. Thanks for clothing my family!! =]

I love going to uptown! The staff is always upbeat and happy. The store is clean and it’s nice to be able to sell my clothes I never wear and get extra cash or find new and fun items to add to me wardrobe.

Love, love, love to shop here! You can’t beat the sale. Today I was able to use my store credit for a bunch of cute things!! The staff is very friendly and it looks like a great place to work!

This store has really gone downhill over the last year. The selection isn’t great. The sales are disorganized and chaotic. I just tried to go to the fill a bag sale and they changed how they do it, making it more chaotic and not worth the wait. I doubt I’ll be shopping there anymore.

A lot of their clothes aren’t in style as they claim, unless you’re 12. They have a ton of Walmart and target brand clothes, which are sometimes really not that far off of the prices you find them at those stores. Occasionally I’ll find a good piece of clothing, but I’ve been more and more disappointed the more I go there.

Rude employees! I went to sell clothes there and they were sitting around talking about dates instead of sorting through the clothes. They have shein on the racks and didn’t take the new bohme hoka shoes, and Ralph Lauren clothes I brought in. got an extremely low amount of cash and it hasn’t been like that before. Don’t bother going in, messy store, rude employees, no good merchandise and not good to sell there.

Worst experience and worst store. Do not go. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I drove 30 min to this location. I brought a bag of nice clothes and shoes (madewell, free people, Vince, Jeffrey Campbell). But they wouldn’t take a look at the clothes because they were in a trash bag. Every other location lets you bring clothes in a trash bag. I asked to borrow one of their bins - nope wouldn’t let me. I asked if they had an extra box - nope. I explained to the sales person that I had driven 30 min to get there. She didn’t care. To all of my asks she just kept repeating the same phrase “it must come in your OWN box or bin but not a trash bag. So rude and no care or willingness to help.

I have both donated and shopped at uptown and I have loved all the experiences with them. Super relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff, good quality shoes and clothes. I’ve fallen in love with everything I’ve got from there and I definitely will be back.

I love this store!!! They have all the best in style clothes at a price I can afford. The employees are so sweet and I always leave the store happy. I would love to see a larger location. I think it would do amazing

I always find stuff I like here. And today, Black Friday, I got an extra discount! The only thing I don’t love about this store is that the aisles are very narrow, so it’s sometimes difficult to navigate around if there are a lot of people there.

Do not bring your items to this location. I brought in items on a Saturday. They were super busy so I left them to pick up later. When they finished my “buy” I was unable to make it to pick up the same day because it was so late. I called in and was told that my basket I had brought my items in with would still be there Monday when I came to pick up my $. It was not there. Not to mention the last 3 times I have brought items in the amount they have given me is like 1/3-1/2 of what I used to get. What all those lower “buys” have in common is PHOENIX BRADSHAW did the buy. Do not let Phoenix Bradshaw go through your items. I will never go back here. There are other places to take your gently used name brand clothing for resell.

I love shopping here! they have the best workout clothes, especially lulu for a really good price. This is one of my favorite store and a majority of my clothes are from this store.
