Not as good as it was in the past. They limit how many people can be in their store so there is usually a long line to get in and be underwhelmed. Hey they offered one cent off on many of their shoes for their sale. The kids shoes look awful. What happened to just making normal looking Nikes. Very underwhelming needless to say.

They sell B-Grade with factory flaws (Orange Box Jordan's "Cosmetic Seconds") $5 more than full retail price. That just really doesn't sound right to me. I only ended up buying the Jordan 4's because I used both my military and birthday discounts on it. There was no discount for it being B-Grade. See attached pictures.

Standard Nike factory store. Employees here are helpful and plentiful. Inventory varies and is hit or miss depending on when you shop. Definitely worth having a look to see if styles and sizes are available.

The Nike outlet stores all seem to suffer from the same problem wherever you go. Staff are young kids that don't really know anything, and the stores have an over abundance of junk shoes no one wanted at their regular stores, so they go here to slowly die. Weirdly enough, this store charges more than regular prices. Their price tags even show the regular price and then their inflated prices. We brought a pair of shoes up to purchase thinking the tag was incorrect. Nope! They confirmed, regular price was $130, but they were selling it for $150. Not sure who would pay more than full price for an "outlet" shoe???

We love coming to the Nike Factory store here in The Traverse mountain outlets right off the freeway. They have incredible deals in everything. Especially shoes, if you look hard enough you might even fine a really, really great deal. The store is very clean and well maintained. Staff members are super friendly and always looking for opportunities to help customers. This is one our favorite storesz

One of the smaller outlet stores I’ve been too. Park City has a bigger store with a few more options. Overall, good selection of clothes. The staff seemed available to help. The fitting room was harder to find compared to other locations.

Store was organized and clean. Many great sales. Sales associates were very welcoming. One sales associate in particular, Dardy, was very helpful and cheerful. She helped me find the perfect gifts for my family members.

I had a horrible experience yesterday, the manager was named Coach Meg she was so unprofessional. She has no type of customer service. I’ve been shopping at Nike for years and never have I experienced something like this. I explained what happened yday and my review was taken down. Easy how they can manipulate their ratings just by deleting reviews. Coach Meg ain’t coaching nobody the right way, can’t have a size 13 in the back wall at 30% off and not the size 12 single pair on the fourth day not at 30% as we were told at the third day if they don’t sell they put them in the back wall that is the only pair left too.

The lady that checked us out was very nice and helpful. The manager was not friendly asked if I could get a discount since I was buying the display shoe and before he answered he looked at me and said NO I wonder if I was Caucasian he would've said yes. 🤔##??? But overall the customer service was great!! Just don't ask for the store manager he's not helpful or friendly he doesn't belongs in customer service

Always thought that outlets were meant to be discounted stores or at least more affordable. If I want to spend full price on Nike I will just order online

Excellent quality products, from shoes to t-shirts. Prices are going slowly up as everything else. Always has some specials where you can find nice clothes for half of the price. The attitude from the people there is incredible, always with a big smile make you feel comfortable. Great experience. 👍

This store seems to typically carry lower quality Nike apparel than what is online and additionally has a very narrow selection. It is rare to find good stuff here. I will not be going back here after an experience with a rude and immature employee. She came up to the employee helping us and loud told him how much she hated the college my wife and I attend. We were both wearing t shirts with the colleges name on it (game day). She looked at us, and realizing her mistake, covered her mouth and said “oh my gosh that is so awkward” and ran away laughing to tell her friend, also working at Nike. I was surprised Nike does not either hire more professional people or does not hold them to a higher standard.

Excellent store - very large for an outlet store! Excellent buys also! Good selection of men’s, women’s, and children’s sizes.

I have always had good experience at this Outlet. Today, I've got 2 shoes for my 2 toddlers at a very affordable price. The staff is always very friendly and prompt.

Usually pretty good shoes for a decent price. My one complaint is lack of inventory for the past two years. It seems like things should be in a better place by now.

Great place for reasonable shoes, able to get a nice pair of Nikes for $30-40 if you time it right with the sales and you're not super picky, great prices on clothes and other shoes as well.

If there was a no star that’s what I would give this store. They honestly don’t have anything good in store. My mom was trying to do a return for my family and they told her she couldn’t do more than 5 items. I am Super upset because they were rude to her and just wanted to make her life harder by making her do it online and they make it so complex online not a fan of this store or Nike in general anymore because of the way they treat there customers who keep them in business.

Highly disappointed in Nike, especially since we love the company. We ordered multiple pairs of shoes and they came horribly packaged with no protection. When we opened the box some shoes were completely out of the shoe boxes. This is a problem bc it snows in UT so packages get wet and the shoes were almost damaged.

Prices were alright. Nike is definitely my favorite brand for quality. However, at this location, because it’s an outlet, had minimal inventory and tries to go as wide as they can, not deep, if that makes sense. 2-4 selections for each style and that’s all it seems. Generally friendly staff. Not wowed but not let down either.

A great values found here including $120 trail running shoes for $28, but the store is usually filled with people. It is sometimes difficult to move around.

Pretty good. Found more and better shoes than the actual shoe stores nearby. The clothes are great. But everything is kinda expensive.
