A bit of an older hotel, but has a non chain charm. The place was clean, but the carpets were a bit old (I hate carpets in hotel rooms). Breakfast buffet was average, but the staff was friendly.

I thought the hotel was modern light and airy. It was comfortable good value with attentive staff. For such a fine hotel the towels were very scratchy and the mimi bar empty. Any thing you required needed room service which for water during the night was inconvenient. The breakfasts were comprehensive although there was much less choice on the Monday morning. One small quibble was the lack of extra cutlery. Each place setting had a knife and fork but an additional supply of knives would have been welcome.

Nice clean and in the City center

I stayed in this hotel for a week in October 2012 and I have to admit that its a very nice hotel to stay in although an upgrade in furniture will be excellent idea in order to preserve the name and the overall business. The service is excellent, attention to detail is provided always.

Stayed here when Blumenau got flooded in sept 2011. Was stuck in the hotel for 2 days but have to say the hotel staff did a fantastic job of keeping the services as normal.

Nice place and acomodations. Classic decoration. Pretty good breakfast!

Totally changed my view. NOT recommended, the peesonnel is absoletly horrble and with no respect for the guests. And they lie. The only advantage is the location.
