Really nice place to stay, next to the city downtown.

Hotel away from it all. In my room the shower did not work

Beautiful place with a bucolic view to the mountain

An average experience thoroughly. A calm river and stunning mountains landscape on its backyard. Seemingly clean and organized. Good breakfast. However, the staff wasn't the most welcoming and they looked very apprehensive when we started loading our car without checking out first. Our room lacked a hair dryer and our very wet towels didn't get changed when the room was serviced. The small outside pool isn't heated and we had to share it with a lot of dead bugs. Dogs seem welcome, which for me is a disappointment. And that leads to my main complaint: noise. Guests do make a lot of noise during the night, with people talking loudly, dogs barking and children screaming in public areas. There's no signs telling otherwise and the staff didn't seem bothered by that. Needless to say, my two nights there weren't very smooth. Ear plugs highly recommended if you still are in for this rough ride.

The hotel was close to everywhere I needed to go. It had breakfast included, and the food was delicious. Their employees are very polite and proactive.
