A coworker and I gambled on a night here and we both were pleasantly impressed. The staff were professional and friendly. Felt welcomed as soon as we walked in. Our room was clean and well maintained. Would stay here again based on that alone. As a bonus this location offers a free dinner, free adult beverages and a free breakfast. Now keep your expectations low and tip the servers for more adult in the adult beverage.

Only thing I would change about the Drury's I've stayed in is adding a Shower Fan so it's not so steamy. Other than that, they are amazing. Great service, good amenities, but the Service has always been top notch at every location I've stayed.

This hotel is wonderful. The rooms are modern with all of the features one would expect in this type of hotel. It has all of the amenities that make Drury Inns stand out like the evening happy hours. The staff is fantastic and really have their hospitality game perfected! I’d stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

We had been driving for 7 hours so it was the perfect location. The front desk worker was polite and got us checked in right away. Room was clean. Our only issue was the toilet didn't work and when asked about a solution we were told they were fully booked so nothing could be done. We were able to fill the tank ourselves and get it to flush that way. I would have loved a discount but wasn't offered one. Otherwise had no other issues. Breakfast was good. And would Definitely stay again Just would prefer a working toilet.

I stay at the Drury Inn when I travel to the area on business. As a frequent business traveler (250+ days per year) and food service professional, I don’t usually comment on hotels’ food offerings but the Drury is 5-star in this category, except… …at breakfast on 8/30/23, they had no milk. Not the biggest issue facing the world but concerning. Did the food service staff not confirm yesterday that they had enough milk for today? If not, why? (Training needed) Was the GM notified and did he/she make any effort to buy milk locally? If not, why? (Needs to recommit) As a food guy, if one of my account locations is out of a critical food item, they have the autonomy to buy the product locally so there is no disruption of service. This is a practice that the Drury Inn GM might want to consider.

I wish the Drury leadership in Cape G popped into this location every so often. Parking lot is terrible and lobby really is run down. The most surprising thing, however, are the rates. This hotel is more expensive than downtown Kansas City or St. Louis... which doesn't make sense. Anyways, if you absolutely, positively need to stay in Caruthersville, this is the best of the worst.

Always stay at Drury. Hospitality evening is most often enjoyable. And it was. Breakfast was good as well with a variety of items to choose. And service both evening and morning was pleasant. Give those folks a raise. They were attentive. Much appreciated. Need a Drury Inn in Texarkana?

This was perfect stop for the night. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. My favorite part was the large jacuzzi tub in our room. I look forward to my next stay here.

Best hotel in the area, we stopped on a road trip. Love kickback and hot breakfast. We met the General Manager and she was so nice stopping by our table to say hello and see if we needed anything.

My first visit to a Drury Inn, and they made such a great impression, that they made their chain my go to for trail stays from now on! Clean lobby, super friendly front desk staff, free popcorn! They host a dinner get together every night starting at 5:30pm and going to 7:00. Free food, and free drinks! Dinner on the night we stayed included vegetables, pasta, chicken, baked potatoes, and chili! The drink menu was fairly large and the hostess/bartender was super friendly. What an awesome stay!

We are full time rv’ers who occasionally stay in a hotel so I can soak in a tub. Before we left our last location I searched all along our route south to find a room with a jacuzzi tub but could not find one. We had some issues with the rv which slowed our progress to our campsite that we booked for the last leg of our trip. When night fell we decided to stop at a hotel. Yours was the first off the interstate that we saw and when I say it checked all the boxes, it did! I am a praying woman and firmly believe that God handpicked your hotel for us to have an awesome nights sleep and I got my soak! We will be booking twice annually indefinitely. Once on the way to and when we head back to our home base back. Lilly checked us in and she was truly amazing. The breakfast was well appointed and delicious. Every worker we interacted with was lovely. We will definitely be back!

👍 It's about 3)4 of a mile from the highway. It's a good price for the room 65 bucks most days. It's between a McDonald's and a burger king. Near a gas station. So not for sight seeing or anything. Just your basic room. Nothing fancy no roaches or bed bugs.
