Pool is nice and the food is quite good, but otherwise it is pretty overpriced. Very basic room is 50 quid, but I understand there aren't many other options in Bo. It's a bit out of the way, too. The waiting staff at the restaurant are terrible. Expect to wait on yourself. Power limited. Room staff fail.

It’s a country side hotel. Our colleagues informed us it’s the best in the town of Bo. The restaurant had good meals, big fishes. The breakfast wasn’t great though but cool. The various rooms are named after the African countries. By coincidence or faith, I was assigned to a room named by my country of Nationality.

Clean and well staffed, they offer restaurant services and INTERNET cafe access by the hour, only 1/2 block from the Black and White Bar

The rooms are a decent quality compared to the rest of Sierro Leon but the food is fantastic. The barracuda plate is a must try. Joseph is an excellent water and will make sure you are taken care of. If you need anything or have questions about the menu ask for him.

I love the view of the pool, but the room service is very poor, they always feel big of them selves whenever you asked for another bed sheet. And the light system during the day is very poor.

Service is pathetic.. Too much wait for almost everything... Even for the bills also we supposed to go behind the waiter to get .. Food also not the best. But it's working on Sunday which will make a destination for weekend plan. But don't expect more.

When I arrived at Bo, I was staying in a 3-star hotel. Hopefully they didn’t have a restaurant and the owner’s driver brought me to Dohas hotel to have dinner. The place is great, quite, clean nice swimming pool- bar area. When I find out the price, I moved there the next day. If you want value for money this is the hotel. The food at the restaurant around the swimming pool was excellent, mainly Lebanese (great falafel). Service was great as well and definitely the top option for accommodation in Bo.

Bed bugs, stay away! I checked into the hotel yesterday, and was asked to pay upfront, which I did. In the evening, I found bedbugs on my bed, and raised the issue to the hotel. The hotel was non-empathetic with the situation, and refused to return the money “since it is already booked.” Would highly suggest travelers to avoid this place. Not clean, plus bad attitude of the owner. There are many other hotels in the city, just ask locals where they are. Likely cheaper and better anyways.

This hotel was convenient for an overnight in Bo and was clean and well maintained. Reception staff could work on their customer relations skills. Menu is fairly standard for Sierra Leone. The breakfast was very basic. The Manager was very responsive when the lock on my room door wouldn't work properly and came himself to change it.

It is nice place to stay. They even accept credit card payment. Their services are really nice.

Service was great and it was lovely sitting by the pool. The only thing was the Wi-Fi code left in our room didn’t work and I had to use my internet the whole 3 days there.

Learnt that this was one of the popular hotels in Bo. Rooms are named after the countries in Africa and I was fortunate enough to get a room named after my home country. However there is much to be desired. Rooms are not your normal hotel rooms although spacious. The rooms could use a serious renovations to meet the standard of a hotel room. Conference facilities are a bit below average and wifi service is poor. The smell of cigarette smoking at the reception was not one of a hearty welcome. This notwithstanding the food is great. I enjoyed the hot pepper soup and the fried rice prepared with local rice from Sierra Leone.
