Terrible service, rude cashiers act like they are upset customers are in the store. Has happened twice in the last couple weeks. Food was not good, incorrect order and menu items not even made correctly. The restaurant is very dirty in the dinning area, I am scared to think of the food prep area. Stop paying people just to show up, close the doors before you damage the brand. I will not deal with this place again, and I am in no hurry to find another Carl's Jr.

I stopped to get something to eat on my drive to Idaho. Pulled up to the drive thru and was told it was closed. I was told I could come in, if I wanted to come in I wouldn't pulled up to the drive thru. They didn't even have a sign up saying drive thru was closed. I sit there for about 5 minutes before I was told something. That is bad business.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the order was technically correct. But the fries were cold (at 5:30pm, even the dogs wouldn't eat them), the diet coke had zero flavor (absolutely none, clearly the syrup ran out long ago), the burger was straight up drowning in mustard (which I enjoy, but this was literally dripping constantly even after wiping away excess with three separate napkins), the spicy chicken sandwich had similar treatment with mayo (it was the only flavor tasted).

Ordered our food pulled ahead was then asked to tell them the order again paid then had to pull ahead waited 30 min 4 food never having anybody behind us. Last night drove 4 miles to got dinner at 10 was told they were closed 4 shift change would b at least a half hour wait to order. Ridiculous and to top it off after telling the people no pickle on 1 meal n no tomato on the other n honey mustard n ketchup for dipping both sandwiches had tomato n pickle n no dipping sauce

Ordered a 9 piece jalapeño popper for my very pregnant wife among other things for the kids and myself. Get home and realize some idiot gave us 2 extra small chicken tenders in place of the jalapeño poppers and dumped our fries into the bottom of the bag. When I called in. Trevor told me “it happens” I am pissed.

They say open 24 hours but they close to service from 9pm to and I quote between "10:30-11:00pm to do closing". Yet they still are making food and leaving it sitting. What are all the cold toasted buns for, or the fried food just sitting in baskets? So whomever gets service between "10:30-11:00pm" you are getting hours old cold food. As a business man and efficiency consultant this is neither efficient nor good business. Five staff were just walking around telling people no food until "10:30-11:00pm to do closing". I had backtracked 15 minutes to go to the place that was open. I would not recommend stopping here if you want service or fresh food. Where is Carl Sr. because Jr. Dropped the ball sir. We had an order for a baseball team you missed the paycheck Jr.

The driest burger ever. No California sauce on the California burger. No extra onion or tomato. I Think they made it an hour ago... Good amount of lettuce. Guy running the till was a riot. He gets full stars! Don't take out, eat in so they can fix it. I would have driven back but had someone with me.

Had the breakfast burger and french toast dip. Tasty, but not hot. The inside of the place was rather cool so the meal got cold very quickly. Our server Joe was pleasant, helpful and fast.

My food was great but the atmosphere is horrible. I'm sorry but the amount of flies on this particular visit was over the top. Checked the blowers on the entry was and they are very weak. The flies land on you and your food while eating. The floor moved as you walked, the windows were covered, they were even were on the wall back behind the counter. The manager was very good at listening to my complaint. Thank you for your time on this manner.

They are serving burgers with cold meat that have obviously been cooked much much earlier in the day and putting it together... cold cheese not even close to being melted. this is the kind of lazy ignorant, unprofessional behavior that causes food-borne illness. It's a good thing I keep a butane camping stove and a cast iron skillet with me while I am traveling. I'm not going to waste my time walking back in, I just won't be spending my money here and I will be telling every truck driver with a CB radio and every traveler I run into what they can expect here.

This is gas station food with a Carl’s Jr sign on it. Tenders tasted as if they had been sitting out for a few hours and the fries were not much better. I knew what to expect, so I would have been surprised if it had actually been good.

Attempted to eat here tonight as it's been over a year and thought they must have gotten better. WRONG. This place is gross. The food tastes old, cold, and like the grill is dirty. The fries were ice cold and undercooked. My son went there last night at 7:30 pm and was told they were closed for the next 30 minutes because too many food orders came in and they couldn't keep up. Seriously? I don't know who runs this particular location, but your food and service are TERRIBLE. Your food is WAY overpriced and tastes DISGUSTING. As a local, I encourage everyone not to eat here. They're better off eating snacks from Loves.

The customer service at this Carl's Jr has gone downhill in the last six months. If you order something to go make sure you check your bag they have given me regular fries instead of waffle fries a couple of times.

Stopped in this Carls Jr. for lunch on the go and to fuel up. It took forever to get my order, I got lost in the system somehow 🤷‍♀️ but a young woman that I assume was the manager was very apologetic and I found a couple free cookies in my bag when I got to the truck. I totally understand that this type of thing can happen when the place is very busy. I was a bit frustrated by the long wait, but she really seemed sincere in her apology and the cookies were a nice touch.

Waited 34 minutes for my order. Other people whi can in after me were served 1st. I noticed the crew was not going on order . The cook looked like he was stoned and was constantly confused. Several people walked out as they were truck drivers on a set clock so the couldn't wait around. The other customers were getting angry too.. I asked the supervisor how he planned to make this up , he said there was nothing he could do. AVOID THIS LOCATION !!

Don't waste your time. Got here a few minutes before 10pm. Says open till 11pm. They are closed. Told me they close early to clean for a few hours. When my co-driver asked about it they told her it's the new POS system and that they always close early when they feel like it. Thanks for being there for us, truckers. We appreciate making your deliveries to get no services back.

I normally really like Carl’s Jr.. But I didn’t even get a chance to order. I was waiting in line for a few minutes. But when it came time for me to go up to the cashier. That’s when the cashier decided to start serving orders instead of cashing. When there was already people doing that. So I stayed in front of the cashier for quite a few minutes. After a while, I finally decided to leave. This place needs a lot of work.

My order was made incorrectly with cheese and mayo. Tall slender manager, Steve maybe was his name, fixed it replaced my fries and onion rings also. That's good customer service. He was also friendly while dealing with me. I was unhappy to get slowed down and have to come back in. He made me feel better.

Poor customer service, poor customer order taking, always forgetting food that was ordered. I don’t know why this is always happening, wether if it is lack of motivation from the workers there or lack of training or if they are stoned while on the clock. Very disappointing to get food there especially when working out of state. Another disappointment, cold and hard fries when I specifically asked for everything to be made fresh and was told okay and to get cold hard fries. Waste of money.

This place is pretty consistent quality wise and typically have a good staff. Cleanliness is also pretty good for clean tables and floors etc.. occasionally these may change slightly and they do tend to run out of dressing for their salads on a regular basis. Overall I like coming here and know I will be back.

Fryer was down, which was a bummer. But the burger was awesome and might have been the best fast food burger I’ve had. Service was great and super fast.

So.. Where to start... I live in Boardman down the road. This Carls Jr. Lets me down everytime. The fries are always cold and stale. I would also highly suggest looking at your order as soon as they hand it to you. I have had things missing or not made as I asked for them everytime i have gone here. I usually go because i dont have a lot of time or money to be messing with anything else and they are quick. But if you have time and a couple extra bucks save yourself the hassle and go to C&D on main street in Boardman. Hands down my favorite burger place!

I have never gotten a correct order from this place. Management is terrible and so are the workers. They don’t give receipts, they mess up every single order and reorders, and all around terrible. Day shift and swing shift make the worst food here so if you want better Carl’s, I suggest going after 11:30pm.

Ordered a burger from there just now and took three bites and that's all I could do to eat it. Through the rest of it away. Why is it that every Carl's Jr and Hardee's hamburger patties taste like they've been in the fridge for a week before they cook them??? I don't know how many times I've eaten at those two restaurants across the country and their burgers taste foul! This one is no exception! And why does Love's always put in a Carl's Jr or a Hardee's? Why can't it be something else? Your hamburger tasted horrible!! It's definitely not fresh Burger and McDonald's is a hundred times better!

The only thing special about the California Classic burger is that it comes with grilled onions. I guess it was too much trouble to make what was ordered as instead I just received a plain burger with lettuce and tomato only. It wasn't busy, there was plenty of staff...just laziness I suppose.

One of the female drive through attendants working on the night shift flat out said they were closing for 20 min to clean and recommend i wait inside. I'd rather wait in my car and listen to music and scroll. So, I came back to try 20 min later. But I got no response at the drive through and now a sign is up stating they are cleaning. I go to the front door and it was locked but i can clearly one male employee taking break. I go back to my car and patiently waited another 20 min and still no one responds. I go back to the front, guy on break gone. I can see clear through the entire kitchen, ino one cleaning, no one anywhere. Now I'm driving 30 min away to get something to eat and I'm thinking of how I could nearly be home had they been forthcoming at the beginning instead of recommending I wait only to not reopen. Crazy disrespectful to flat out lie to me and on top of that waste my time. People waiting on me at home. Some people's kids...smh
