The buses are very nice, but they will not let you buy tickets in advance or use your credit card at this location. (You can do both in the Santo Domingo office.). Also has a small waiting room (8 seats) and the website does not work well.

Nice bus stop/ticket seller. The staff was nice, i dont speak spanish so i used my phone to google translate, she was very helpful and was ok with useing the phone to talk. It seems the tickets you can only buy before you bus, and it will be closed between buses. Its a good professional bus company that runs on time ( and not island time)

They never answer the phone. When you go everyone is very chilling and nobody at the window. The best job in the world, charging without doing anything.
