This has been the best treatment experience that I’ve had. Compared to other places, you have a lot more freedom to adjust to regular daily living and apply what you learn in real life situations. Almost all of the counselors and techs are in recovery so they can really relate and they truly care. This is what you make of it- there’s a few kinks & bumps along the way- but that’s anywhere. The clients and staff are awesome. Full disclosure: you have to detox at one place first (it’s nice and you’re veryy well taken care)... and THEN you’re able to go to the second place which has the lake and pool. If you’re looking at these reviews for yourself or for a loved one, just make the phone call. It’s worth your life.

I began my recovery journey at Dignity Healing. I had the opportunity to continue to the step down program at Crystal Lakes Healing, and I am so glad I took that opportunity! The community here, and the staff here are so tight knit and supportive, and I have appreciated my time here more than anything. The staff gives unending support at any time you need and have helped me through some of my darkest times. Same with the community here, they take you in immediately and make you feel welcome right of the bat, and without them I wouldn’t have made it!! This place has given me so many opportunities and so much help to achieve my goals I would recommend it to anyone going through treatment! The facilities are also very beautiful and have an amazing view of the lake!! Love love love this place!

Crystal lake was an unbelievable experience. An experience I never thought I’d get a chance to have. I am very great full for this place and the time I spent there. The staff are very professional making it welcoming, comfortable and fun! Who knew it could be fun? Going into this I didn’t know what to expect but am glad I made the choice to get help there. This place helped me in many ways and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to better their mind and life. A big plus too is it is near the beach which I was able to go to and relax and meditate. Crystal lake is a great place for recovery!

To know that programs like Crystal Lake Healing is to know that you can really take your life back. The group facilitators, Scott, Jessie, Brett, and director Mary are best in class. My case manager Jess was hands down best in the industry and ensured I had everything needed to be on the right track during and for my aftercare. My primary therapist Brittany played a huge part in how I view my life and the tools needed to be the best version of myself. To say I am forever indebted to these people is an understatement. I highly recommend this healing journey to anyone looking to grow into the best version of yourself.

I was skeptical at first but the facilitators and therapists truly care about their clients and aim to help. Brent does an excellent job as head facilitator, setting up groups to help us understand ourselves and our addictions. Scott's experience in recovery and facilitation brings a breath of fresh air to groups with humor mixed with realism. Jessie strives to teach us emotional balance. The trauma and emdr therapy I received helped to restore my self confidence, self worth, and self love. I highly recommend this rehabilitation center. I have been to several but this was by far the most instrumental experience to shape my life!!

I have nothing but good things to say about this program. My case manager Mia is amazing. She goes above and beyond to help. She really takes the time to address any concerns I may have. Also my therapist Mary is great. My sessions with her are extremely helpful in my recovery, I'm thankful to have her as part of my recovery. I'm 103 days sober today, and it's all due to Crystal Lake Healing.

I have been to several rehabs throughout my life and Crystal Lake was by far the best place. The staff is amazing and really do care about the clients. I had more support from staff then I could ever imagine. They focus on the root of addiction not just the addiction itself. Jessica was my case manager, and she was awesome! Not only did she help me out with my FMLA and other resources. But when I lost my job while I was in rehab, so helped me apply for unemployment. She showed empathy and concern. She helped me create realistic plans and goals for when I got out of rehab. Kristen, my therapist was amazing! We really clicked. She helped me with tools and learning to process, she always gave me that push I needed in groups to open more. And that is exactly what I needed. She never let us feel like we were alone. Brent is also very amazing and intuitive. He was my trauma therapist. There are so many things I learned about myself working with him. It could be intense at times, but I don’t regret it. He gave me the opportunity to see inside myself and acknowledge my trauma. He was always one step ahead of me…lol He was able to teach me things without me realizing he was. Manny was one of our group facilitators. He is very charismatic and caring. His groups were always very informative and educational. He always took the time to help clients understand the material. Or answer any questions we might have. He was always open to gearing material towards any issue we might be dealing with at that time. All the staff was awesome, they all had unique abilities that helped me through my journey. I owe them all. I would not be 5 months sober today if it wasn’t for them.

I had a great experience at Crystal lake healing. I stayed for about 10 weeks which was long enough to get me back on my feet. I had a great case worker Mia who got me into the James club which is a sober living house. I’m currently at the James club coming up on 5 months sober thanks to Crystal lake healing.
