I have been seeing Dr. Ortlieb and Dr. Rivera for at least a decade if not more. I always receive excellent care and service. Amy Woods is my dental hygienist and I feel like I am catching up with a good friend. She gives fantastic care and attention. The office staff is professional and courteous. I highly recommend Deerfield Beach Partners in Dentistry to everyone!

It is really hard to know where to begin. If you are looking for a very clean office, super friendly staff and great work on your teeth then Deerfield Beach Partners is the place to go. You walk into a nice clean waiting room and a super friendly front office. All the work I have had done from my Hygienist (Great) to my Dentist (Great) was exceptional. I am always seen within minutes of my appointments. Amazing huh? When you are done the front desk staff makes sure all your billing concern are taken care of. They go above and beyond to make sure my insurance carrier is satisfied with the information they need. My insurance plan can be a pain to deal with but NO they always come thru for me, with a smile!!! If it sounds too good to be true to you and you do not go it will be your loss. A+

I had a back tooth that had been worked on by another company I was in so much pain, A friend called Sage at the cove and the would see me as soon as I could get there. They took x-ray the tooth was inflamed they told me what to do for the pain and wanted to see me in a few days unless the tooth got worse they would see me right away. It has been a week and the took is much better. Sage at the Cove is a wonderful Dental office for any thing you need done. The are my only Dental office from now on. Telephoned Dr. Ortlieb 's office late afternoon. Office Manager, Renee was called to the telephone to speak with me and ask questions regarding my pain. She spoke with Dr. Ortlieb and arranged for me to come in first thing in the morning. Dr. Ortlieb is an excellent dentist. He had x -rays taken immediately and reviewed them carefully. He diagnosed my problem and prescribed a plan to resolve my pain. He is an extremely talented and caring dentist. A wonderful dental practice. A few days ago, as I was brushing my teeth, a crown came out and landed in the sink. Called Rennie Monday. She would reach out to Dr. Ortlieb to schedule time. Spoke later on Monday. Scheduled for Wednesday morning. Due to incredible skill , Dr ORTLIEB was able to build up tooth , insert pins and I left with crown reinserted. I think it amazing how Dr Ortlieb handles difficult situations. Thanks to both Dr. Ortlieb and Rennie.

I made 2 appointments with Sage Dental for new patient X-rays, evaluation, and cleanings. They called on Friday to confirm both appointments. On Monday they called my daughter to have her come in early so that she could get the cleaning and they told her they would try and move things around to get a cleaning for me as well. The morning of the appointment, they had failed to get enough time in their schedule for my cleaning. Not only did they not set aside time for our appointments properly, they also failed to make things right. I ended up canceling both appointments because of incompetent scheduling. It was made clear at the time of scheduling the appointment, what we were coming in for, we had confirmed our appointments on Friday. They must have known something was wrong on Monday when they started changing times and scrambling to fit us in, but I didn’t find this out until Tuesday morning when my daughter was leaving for her appointment, what was going on. I know I got home late from work the night before, but if there was an issue they should have called me too, not just my daughter, to let me know there was a mishap with the scheduling.

Always feel comfortable dentist it's always there to answer my question only been down in Florida for approximately 5 months chose this dentist because of the ratings and they have been absolutely wonderful so most definitely five stars for everybody in the office thank you

Dr O Started a root canal for me to get me out of pain (I’m grateful for his kindness) my tooth is inflamed and it hurts and they gave me a 4 weeks appt. However They did give me amoxicillin but still can’t eat on my left side. They also scheduled me for an appointment it turns out they scheduled me on the wrong day. SMH I’m just not happy how things are and how much pain I’m in.

I think Dr. Ortlieb is an extremely caring and concerned dentist. I feel grateful to have found him here. He is so thorough and does wonderful work. He’s better than my dentist up North so he is my primary and will not be seeing the other one except for an emergency. He has trained a wonderful staff as well. I’m happy for him that Sage has taken some of his responsibility away and hope he continues for many years to come.

If you have a cracked tooth needing a crown or any other dental problem, I would definitely recommend Dr. Rivera. She is an excellent dentist! She is not only extremely skillful and knowledgeable, but she is also patient and kind. That’s a great combination! In addition, her terrific assistants Jackie and Brittany are very helpful and caring. Thank you Renee and Cecelia for always helping me with appointments and insurance questions. Today I went to Sage Dental. They were very friendly and so professional. Exactly what I was hoping for and needed. They made me feel comfortable from the moment of the check-in of my appointment until even after I left. If you're looking for good Denistry do yourself a favor and go to Sage Dental.

All was fine but I have requested to stop all automatic texts and phone calls to confirm my appointments please. I have already confirmed my appointment when I make them.

I had whitening done on my teeth today, the experience was exceptional, but the best part was, the nurse asked what I did for the weekend, I told her I attended a concert and gave the name of the artist, this lady, found the artist’s album and on her phone and played it while she whitened my teeth. Now that’s EXCEPTIONAL❤️

Sage took over and their billing end stinks. Love Dr Ortlieb . He really does a great job, and I have a lot of chair time. But sage corporate is just that .

I have just switched from another local dentist, had a thorough exam by Dr.Sauers and my teeth cleaned. All good things. Two weeks later while flossing at night, I popped off a crown on my front tooth. I was horrified at my appearance, afraid I’d look like a snagged toothed crone while waiting for an appointment. Dr. Sauers fit me into her schedule first thing in the next morning, cementing my crown back, and saving me from embarrassment. What a relief! Everyone there is so friendly and professional and everything is explained very well. Thanks

Really enjoyed going to the dentist here. They were honest and professional. I was told by another dentist that I needed a root canal..decided to get a second opinion. I didn't tell them what the other dentist said until they finished my exam and told me how healthy my teeth were..I highly recommend this office.

The worst place to go too, they overcharge, on my bill they said I had a cancer test, not thru, I refused that test, I had ex rays done, deep cleaning, and one filling, gave them my coupon, free exam and x-rays, free proclean sonic toothbrush, I never got, they charged me for everything, more people in my bldg, will not go back there, mainly for overcharging.

I'm a first-time patient at this office and was quite impressed with the professional staff. Dr. Ortlieb took his time to explain everything to me in advance and made me feel comfortable during the procedure. I will highly recommend him to my family and friends. My hygienist was remarkable. She took her time doing a very thorough job of root planing and deep cleaning. The staff at the front desk was friendly and efficient. ..and on par with the dentist and hygienist. I have found my forever dental group.

Had my semi annual cleaning with Leslie and check up with dr. Ortlieb. Everyone is very nice and follows the protocol of Covid-19 by using full protective gear. Leslie did a great job. She is very thorough yet very gentle. She is also very pleasant. Dr. Ortlieb as always is very professional and detail oriented. I have been a patient there for over 15 years and highly recommend it to everyone.

One day I had excruciating pain and they immediately assisted and getting me pain medication and set up an appointment the same day. In the days to come I had a root canal and crown done. The staff was beyond the best dental staff I have ever met. They are the most amazing women at the front office. The dental assistants had the best bedside manner that I have ever had. They were funny too. I still talk about the Girl Scout cookie conversation. My two dentist made my experience pleasant with literally no pain. I would truly recommend them to all my friends.

My husband and I recently moved to Florida. We were referred by our good friend and all I can say is what a wonderful experience we had! From the practice being Covid prepared with air purifiers, the cleanliness of the office to the expertise of Dr Rivera and her talented RDA we have found our new practice!!

I was very happy with the care they gave me at Sage Dental… they have a very nice and friendly staff. The doctor who gave me the treatment I needed did wonderfully, I was really happy and I loved the girl who did the cleaning, since on one occasion I visited another place to have a cleaning done and they left me with horrible sensitivity in my teeth. …and this time it was not like that… 100% recommended 😉
