I brought my wife's engagement ring to David Stern for an appraisal. The customer service was excellent.I made an appointment online and was immediately greeted by David. David Stern himself actually took the time to appraise my ring. The appraisal was very professional and quick. I immediately received an extremely professional email appraisal form to send to my insurance company and then about one week later received the formal paperwork in the mail. The final formal appraisal was printed on thick photograph paper and is very nice. I highly recommend David Stern if you are looking for any type of jewelry appraisal.
