Came back after 4 years of no training. It felt great. Vinnie is such a professional and leads you with his knowledge and skills so you feel comfortable again. He keeps you motivated the whole time, makes you want to improve and just helps you push yourself to the max. Left sweating and very happy. Can’t wait for my next session.

After overcoming my fear and intimidation, I LOVED the kickboxing experience. Coach Vinnie encouraged each person to push themseleves to what they could handle. I did not feel like I was being rushed by more experienced students. It was a great workout and I would recommend ANYONE to take a class, then challange yourself to commit to the program.

Instructor Vinnie is probably the best instructor in Florida hands down. He makes it fun and easy to learn the techniques of martial arts that he teaches and you get a great workout. I remember going to my first class and leaving thinking "man, I really want to keep taking classes, because it was sooo much better than going to the gym".
