Everything about this quite gem is perfect. A 5 minute walk into town with it selection of restaurants. Beautiful warm ocean with miles of soft sandy beach. Nice fishing pier with plenty to catch. Spacious apartments ( just 13 ) nicely refined and a manager who cannot do enough for you. Whats not to like !

The resort is in a great location. They have a nice pool deck with a spa. They are right on the beach. The rooms are dreadful. No ceiling fans, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, a very uncomfortable bed. The kitchen is tiny. We did not have a working ice maker. We were told to expect one on Tuesday, it never arrived. In order to get into the silverware drawer, you had to open the fridge. I will not be going back to this resort. Deerfield Beach is a nice place to visit though with a great beach and some nice restaurants.

I reccomend Berkshire and would come back. Great location. Great service. Friendly staff and guests. The pool area is nice. We appreciate that the bathroom has a tub for our toddler. The manager did her best to let us stay at the property a little after check-out. The rooms need updating. The shower/tub water was difficult to deal with. The AC is uneven throughout the suite and forced us to have our toddler sleep with us. The kitchen is not fully stocked, but the manager may have additional items to share.

I love Berkshire Beach Club. Pam and Lisa are the managers and they are wonderful. The place is spotless, up to date, great pool and jacuzzi. Beach front access, close to great restaurants and entertainment! Also, the quests are great and we always have a fantastic time! Thank you for making our vacation so memorable. Laura & Ron Lingwai

Absolutely amazing in many ways. Pam is so totally awesome. You don’t need to rent a car, and with prices these days that’s key. Locale can not be beat. On ocean - we are absolutely in love with Berkshire Beach Club.

We stay here each Labor Day week. The facilities are wonderful and the staff is great. Beach is 100 paces from property. We will continue to make Berkshire a part of our Summer tradition as long as we can.

Perfect in every way. Nice comfy place to spend the week. Beach is on site and pool is cool thanks to afternoon shade. Warm and welcoming staff. Super clean. So many restaurants within walking distance that we didn’t have time to try them all. With only 13 units you don’t have to worry about crowds. We will be back.

We adore this little resort. My husband and I traded through RCI into here last month. The rooms were the cleanest we have ever had and lovely decor. Pam and Lisa the resort managers are so accommodating and friendly. They make you feel like family, the whole staff. This place is a little piece of heaven, right in town next door to all of the restaurants and shopping. You never have to use your car. We will be returning every year.

Location location location! ! Every unit has an ocean view! 75 steps to the Atlantic Ocean! Walking distance to the fishing pier. The units are very clean and decorated nicely and we'll maintained. Bed is very comfy. Kitchen is fully equipped and should you lack something. .. Pam the property manager or any one of her staff are eager to make your stay terrific! There are only 13 units and all but one are 1 bedroom. You can get to know your fellow vacationers or be left alone.

Thirteen unit timeshare with some weekly available units. One is a two bedroom unit. This building is right on the beach ⛱️ . Units have a king bedroom, living/dining room, full kitchen with dishwasher and one bathroom. Pool, hot tub, tables with umbrellas, plenty of lounge chairs, washer and dryer also on the premises. Boardwalk, fishing pier and restaurants a few minutes walk. Wonderful staff.
