The office was well kept, the staff was pleasant. The Dentist, Dr. Belle/Bella is someone who creates problems to force you to stay/come back and spend hundreds and thousands of dollars. My tooth was fine, until they felt the need to scrap and dig a hole into my molar, which now makes chewing a bit painful and very comfortable. Did I come in for that? No. She said ohh it looks a cavity is beginning to form, while proceeding to digging a hole into my tooth. I told her it’s beginning to hurt now and I don’t need my tooth dug out; she continued, then said that I now need a filling. I came there for wisdom teeth extraction, not for her to create an issue for me.

This dentist office is a breath of fresh air! If you’re like me who dreads dealing with the dental office I promise you they’ll make you feel at home. A special thank you to Nelly at the front desk who exudes amazing customer service and patience. She went above and beyond to assure all my affairs were in order. Every single staff member greeted me with a smile and warmth, and most importantly judgement free.

First time here and everyone was great! They fit me in right away. Nelly was so nice and help definitely made my experience coming to the dentist more relaxing.

This dentist is a complete scam artist we went in for a regular cleaning, which me and my daughters have kept up with, and they slap on this huge treatment. When we tell them, we cannot afford they reduce the price. We gave them x-rays from the previous dentist yet they retook them. And the whole process without getting any work done took two hours horrible experience

For months I was trying to get my tooth pulled and no dentist wanted to pull it. they wanted to give a root canal. But I know the tooth wouldn't be able to take much. So yesterday I google hoping to find a dentist that would help me take the pain away and I DID. Dr. Dav was so amazing reassured me that he could get the tooth out and the pain would be gone and he did so he caught the tooth out his stuff was absolutely amazing the dental hygienist that helped him help my hand which was awesome to comfort me the front desk staff and I believe she was the front desk manager especially was absolutely phenomenal she helped me to explain everything to me and explain it to me twice if I did it understand it I will definitely be going back here and definitely recommending this place to anybody that needs work done or just a regular cleaning if I could give them 10 Stars I would

This was my first time at Regency and it was a very positive experience. The office location was convenient with plenty of parking. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. My visit was with Dr. Verdecchia. One word “Rockstar”! Dr. V. performed a very arduous procedure and she was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and made light work of a difficult process. I can’t say enough good things about this dentist!

Went 10 minutes late because I got lost and was calling and nobody was picking up. When I arrived manager was talking for 25 minutes without paying attention. They misled me to schedule the appointment by saying that I will get my X-rays and cleaning same day. Other practices told me that from the beginning and didn’t want to have two trips because it was far away for me. They just told me that after I went through all these X-rays. Horrible experience.

Nelly at the front desk is fantastic and has helped me tremendously with my treatment and payment plan. Naved Fatmi is the most fantastic, attention to detail Dentist I have ever had the pleasure of letting work on me. I had a fantastic experience, as always, with the hygienist she was very gentle with me and helped talk me through the whole procedure!! They are very flexible and trust worthy! I will always feel comfortable coming back for work needed done!!

Always such a pleasant visit, with professionalism, expertise, and modern tech. The front office staff instantly greet you with beautiful, smiling faces and fun happy energy - Nelly, Aisha, and Destiny couldn’t be any friendlier. Their friendliness definitely help bring down the anxiety of walking into the dentist office. Then there’s Patrick, yet another happy, beautiful, smiling face to calm your nerves and walk you through all your details. Patrick gets you set up and ready, great conversation and down to earth - and he makes the job so easy, perfect X-rays in no time with no trouble, transferred instantly to the screen in front of you so you can easily see exactly what your flaws are. Then in comes the doctor. Easy on the eyes, easy on the gums and teeth- Dr Fatmi is easily the best dentist I have ever visited, and I’ve visited far too many. Dr Fatmi breaks it all down so you understand what the issues are, he shows you plain as day what the problem is, where the problem is, then breaks down the game plan on how he’s going to fix it or handle it. Dr Fatmi has fixed every single problem with my teeth, crowns, and fillings - and there were alot, most due to the mess ups of other dentists. I wish I met Dr Fatmi long ago, would have saved alot of time, money, and pain. Anything I’ve done in this dentist office has never had to be redone, they get it right and perfect the first time, unlike any other dentists I’ve dreadfully went to. It’s not just Dr Fatmi however, his entire team of dentists are just as professional, laid back, knowledgeable, and perfect. I’ve had visits with Dr Beck who was just as great, doing a perfect job and never needing a redo. I’ve never felt pain at this dentist, I’ve never felt uncomfortable or lost/taken advantage of. Even the hygienists I’ve seen are all wonderful, with light hands and very informative. I highly suggest coming here and never looking back. Worth mentioning- Dr Fatmi being young, handsome, and super friendly himself, you can only imagine what his staff is like. My wife, my brother, a growing number of friends, and I all come here, and it’s for good reason! Do yourself a huge favor and check them out!!
