I'm here for work for a week and wanted to keep training as I've been training martial arts my whole life and had kickboxing fights. A guy opened the locked doors and said it is now PERMANENTLY closed to the public and essentially that you can only come in if you are a representative of ATT as a fighter. Just very strange; I have no issue with some kind of private fight gym but never read or saw anything that eludes to that. Just wanted to get some rolling and sparring in, or even only hit the heavy bag.

American Top Team is the best place to train. My training with MMA coach and jiu jitsu black belt Ryan Quinn was amazing. He is a true professional. He tailored my training to my specific needs. Ryan Quinn had a very structured training program that elevated my attack strategy as well as my defense. He is truly a class act. American Top Team Coconut Creek FL, is the optimal place for those serious aficionados of MMA, Kick Boxing, Jiu Jitsu, or anything in between. Whether you are looking to compete or just want to experience a day with the pros, American Top Team is second to none. I will be returning to this great gym soon, and recommend you do the same. American Top Team is an amazing facility with world renown coaches that will help you become a better martial artist regardless of age. Coach Bruno and Coach Montgomery are outstanding in every aspect of coaching martial arts. This gym is not your basic stand-in-front of punching bag for an hour and call it a day gym, these coaches develop a program that will push not only physically but mentally. I am very lucky and grateful to have access to a facility like American Top Team near me.

This gym is hands down an amazing gym to begin training at, even if you are brand new they will work at your own pace and will help you immensely and throughly. The coaches care about their students and want the students to do their best and grow. I can’t wait for this gym to open back up and to continue training.

I have been attending ATT morning fitness class Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:00 a.m. since the week before Christmas. Steve and Ryan are both awesome coaches (Steve is the am coach, Ryan the PM coach) and although their workouts are different in style and delivery, both deliver in effective and enjoyable workout! Since joining my strength and athleticism have improved greatly. I'm not one to normally join a group fitness class, I actually enjoy working out by myself so I was a bit hesitant with joining but I truly do love the class and I wish it was Monday through Friday, every morning, because I would definitely go and put in the work! Steve is great at motivating the class throughout the workout and making you push when you want to give up. He also teaches us good techniques, helps us to change or modify for injuries and explains each workout as well as answers all of our questions! Definitely recommend this fitness class for the beginner or advanced because no matter how in shape you are you'll still get a great workout in!

I can’t say enough positive things about American Top Team. Not only is it the most prestigious place to train professionally, my young niece has been many times and loves it. She comes every summer and we really enjoy the program. The instructors are great and we find the facility to be top notch. Its been a little over a year ago now that I have been training out of American top team in coconut creek. I previously trained for years at many different gyms in many different places throughout the country. This is by far the most professional environment I have trained in. Great experienced coaches, friendly training partners and Quality facility. I would recommend to all skill levels and ages. Great place to start your martial arts journey.

When I first walked in, I was hit with a dirty stench of sweaty balls and feet. After looking around at the facility you get a sense of ego and machoism from the practioners(not very welcoming). After checking out the facility I asked the guy at the front desk (younger guy with brown curly hair) about the pricing and scheduling and he respond seoth it's a private class and I said ok no nig deal how do we go by signing up or getting more info. His response was like a parrot and wouldnt give any info on how to sign up. They need to train their staff better. He seemed a little unfriendly. This was I guess a pro class and me training over a decade in martial arts I didn't really see the effectiveness in some of the training. They had them doing cart wheels and hand stands and the kickboxing they were just hitting pads( nothing special). All in all, I would go elsewhere to learn a martiaL set that has a better environment that smells better with more friendly people and are helpful with prospects as well as better skill. This place is def way over rated. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else. Response to reply 3/22/23 Yes it was the coconut creek. You said it's not o n to Public but I seen a kids class going on for wrestling. Care to explain that? Those kids are pro wrestlers? Explain. Also even letd say it's only for private instructions you need to train your staff to have better customer service skills and don't come off egotistical and bully mentality.

Just came across this post about Bob, the head instructor of the little champs class at ATT. All I they is that our experience was very different. We had a great experience. My step- children were in Bob's class for several years(until they got older) and they loved it. Bob and the other instructors are very good at what they do. He runs a structured class that teaches respect, confidence, fairness, and friendship and he was always respectful of my husband and I. We highly recommend his class. That's why they are "Top Team".

I've been to a lot of Martial arts gyms around the country and this gym is by far the BEST!! State of the art facility, it's clean and a great staff! All classes are taught by world class athletes and coaches. They also offer spinning and have a full weight and turf area. As a parent I have the option of getting a traditional work out while my children are being taught great life skills! It's #1 in my opinion.

Had to share the wonderful experience I had this weekend!!! My daughter went to the New-breed competition in Coral Springs and had AS ALWAYS been able to spend the Saturday in company with a team of coaches that I cannot describe here in words how professional e devoted they all are!!! They were there amongst another kids who where also competing and sharing the same great experience!!! The kids had a blast and and the coaches deserve once more my total respect and acknowledgment!!! Very well done ATT!!!💪🔝
