I
have
been
attending
ATT
morning
fitness
class
Monday,
Wednesday
and
Friday
at
9:00
a.m.
since
the
week
before
Christmas.
Steve
and
Ryan
are
both
awesome
coaches
(Steve
is
the
am
coach,
Ryan
the
PM
coach)
and
although
their
workouts
are
different
in
style
and
delivery,
both
deliver
in
effective
and
enjoyable
workout!
Since
joining
my
strength
and
athleticism
have
improved
greatly.
I'm
not
one
to
normally
join
a
group
fitness
class,
I
actually
enjoy
working
out
by
myself
so
I
was
a
bit
hesitant
with
joining
but
I
truly
do
love
the
class
and
I
wish
it
was
Monday
through
Friday,
every
morning,
because
I
would
definitely
go
and
put
in
the
work!
Steve
is
great
at
motivating
the
class
throughout
the
workout
and
making
you
push
when
you
want
to
give
up.
He
also
teaches
us
good
techniques,
helps
us
to
change
or
modify
for
injuries
and
explains
each
workout
as
well
as
answers
all
of
our
questions!
Definitely
recommend
this
fitness
class
for
the
beginner
or
advanced
because
no
matter
how
in
shape
you
are
you'll
still
get
a
great
workout
in!
