Had an awesome time here last year! The host is super helpful and sweet. The decor is really contemporary and comfortable. Privacy at the resort is top notch. Located smack in the middle of the Island shirt trip to rum point and 7 mile.The ocean at the resort is nice but full of foliage so it’s a lot darker than the crystal clear water at 7 mile beach.

Mrs Jackie was awesome and helped us with any questions we had during our 2 week stay. If we needed anything the housecleaner was on site quite a bit. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen was completely stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook. BBQ is also on site. The view from our patio was awesome! I recommend checking out these villas if you decide to come to the islands! The only downside is you can't really chill in the ocean here but I knew that before I booked from the other reviews. There is also a rooster that will wake you up everyday at sunrise, didn't bother us as we never slept past 6.

Sea Palm Villas is everything the pictures describe and so much more! We cannot say enough about this place and the hostess, Jacqueline and staff. They went out of their way to make our stay perfect! The view is incredible, beach is private, the apartments clean and spacious, kitchen well stocked, lots of towels and beach chairs provided, as well as an insulated cooler and snorkel gear. Perfect for couples needing to get away from it all. This place is centrally located on south beach of the island. Both west and east ends are accessible by car within 15-30min drive. Our hostess gave us suggestions of places to go and see and things to do that were budget friendly. We were given the grand treatment at the car rental agency she suggested as well as several restaurants and our villa. We had the time of our lives in January 2017 and are already planning our next trip there! We highly recommend this place!!!

We had an absolutely fabulous time. The unobstructed view and sandy beach was amazing. The pool was a great place to relax when you didn’t want to get salty. The location was perfect, you can get anywhere on the island in a short amount of time. Jacqueline was an amazing resource and very knowledgeable about the island. I would recommend this place to anyone and will stay here again.

So glad we decided to stay away from the buzz of Seven Mile. The suggestions we got upon arrival were spot on. From recommendations on where to eat and snorkel spots, we had a super relaxing and chill time the length of our stay. The view from our balcony, the pool stools, and the beach are perfect. The snorkeling out front was great. Tons of fish and even a saw a sting ray. Head to Spotts Beach just down the road to see wild sea turtles. Feels like your own little slice of paradise. Can't wait until we can go again. No doubt we will return to Sea Palm Villas.

My wife and I stayed here over six months ago and still talk about what a great location this was. If your in need of a quite retreat, kitchen, private beach, and great views this is the place!

The villa/ condo looks exactly like the pictures on the website. My stay at Sea Palm Villas was very peaceful and calm. You will hear traffic in the morning due to this being right off a busy street. I will definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Cayman Islands. 🇰🇾

Can’t say enough great things about this place. First off our host Julie was so helpful and sweet about everything. If we had any questions or problems she was quick to help us. The rooms are spotless and spacious, with a great view to the beach. The pool and outside areas are taken well care of. It’s a bit out of town so you should definitely rent a car to get around. Had such a great stay here, would recommend to everyone!!

We've stayed here 2 years in a row. Even in the same room! We love it here. We've ventured to Seven Mile Beach and stayed once. It was ok, but nothing beats Bodden Town and the south side. It's relaxing and more of the layed back island life. Convenient to the local corner store, Post office and the best store on the island, Beach Bubbles!! Love Sea Palm Villa's!! Will definitely be back there at our first opportunity! 💕😊

Came here for our honeymoon but definitely not what we were expecting. Upon our arrival there was dried up pee on the toilet seat. The ocean is definitely unswimable and there was trash and dog poop all over the beach. Not to mention there were roosters waking us up at 6 am every morning. The place was nicely furnished and it was nice to cook in the kitchen but we definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. We also lost power one day and I kept trying to get in contact with the owner and she wouldn’t respond to me. Finally two hours later it came back on thankfully.
