Located :- Pavagadh hill, Gujarat Beautiful and Peaceful place!!!! It's a part of Champaner-Pavagadh Archaeological Park, which UNESCO designated a World Heritage Site in 2004. Saat Kaman means Seven arches or Seven bows. The complete structure seems quite big since it's part of fort and Saat Kaman is actually a terrace part of that structure. The area beneath has got filled with soil and mud over a period of time. The entry to that area is visible from outside. I had asked local guard about it and he confirmed my logic. Wind is awesome. Sitting next to the balcony is wonderful experience. Since this location is on hilly area, you can enjoy scenic view of Pavagadh from here. Less crowded.

Saat Kaman, located along the Pavagadh Hill Road, is a historical marvel that encapsulates the rich heritage and architectural splendor of the region. Translating to "Seven Arches," Saat Kaman stands as an architectural remnant of the bygone era, symbolizing the cultural legacy of Gujarat. The structure of Saat Kaman comprises seven intricately designed arches, each exuding a timeless charm and intricate craftsmanship. These arches serve as a reminder of the erstwhile grandeur and hold historical significance, captivating visitors with their elegant yet robust design. The scenic drive along Pavagadh Hill Road leading to Saat Kaman offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes, enhancing the overall journey to this historical site. As visitors approach the arches, they're greeted by a serene ambiance that resonates with echoes of the past. The historical importance of Saat Kaman adds depth to the visitor's experience. The arches, believed to have been a part of a grand entrance to a palace or monument, evoke a sense of curiosity and admiration for the architectural prowess of the era. While the site itself does not offer extensive facilities, its historical significance and picturesque surroundings make it an ideal stop for history enthusiasts, photographers, and those seeking a glimpse into Gujarat's rich cultural heritage. Exploring Saat Kaman along the Pavagadh Hill Road is not just a visit to a historical landmark; it's a journey through time, offering a glimpse into the architectural magnificence and historical depth of Gujarat's past. Visitors are encouraged to appreciate and respect the historical value of this site while enjoying the scenic beauty it offers along the way.

A HIDEN GEM The monuments of this 15th CE citadel town were awarded their well deserved recognition among the UNESCO world heritage sites in India. Among some of the aesthetically most pleasing monuments we've seen anywhere in India, these ancient and apparently forgotten gems of the Indo-Islamic architectural style still exude what must have been the robustness of the wealth and the culture of the rulers of yesteryear. The crumbling walls of the citadel, the majestic minarets of the various mosques hidden away among forest paths, a cenotaph within the walls of one of the places of worship, all satisfy the casually curious and the passionate..

Lovely tourist spot. I went there in August 2019 with monsoon at its high. Lovely view from the top. Unfortunately, I don't have great pictures from the trip as my phone cover made it hazy due to the rains.

It's part of Budhiya Gate fortifications and perhaps a military structure. Since it has arches it was probably built during Sultanate period. No entry fee. Good place for photography

Very quite n small place, but i loved. It's a part of Champaner-Pavagadh Archaeological Park, which UNESCO designated a World Heritage Site in 2004. Saat Kaman means seven arches. It was founded by Vanraj Chavda, in the 8th century. He named it after the name of his friend and general Champa.

It's best for photography, just near to well known Pavagadh Kalika Maa Mandir. I always visit this place after Maa Darshan and enjoy the photographic scenes a lot. Can club it with other places like Jambughoda, Hathni Mata waterfall, or places nearby.

Excellent site to visit for Archaeological lovers. This place is about 6.9 kms from Vada talab. It's a just 13 min drive by car. You need to use Halol- Pavagadh road, which is very safe and has a holt points on the way. This is a UNESCO World Heritage site. It was built between 15th- 16th Century from a Local yellow sand stone. A security guard is appointed over here by government. Facilities: Free 4 and 2 wheelers parking available.
