Nice building and friendly service, but rooms are satisfactorily cleaned and supplies like soaps and toilet papers are out or empty. Also in breafast many foods/drinks are out. We ordered a family room in well advance, but they placed us in the room for disabled, which was quite bad for our family. There was only necessarily cleaned places and for example there was chocolad or poo dirt on the chair. Toilet chair was very high even for tall man. Good views in the roof bar/restaurant.

Nice location, the rooms were nice and clean. They were well equiped and modern. Breakfast is good, but the avalaible free coffe was disgusting. We used their event facilities too, which were small but well equiped, the event organizer and catering staff were kind and helpful. Event menu and food was also very good. But the reception staff were outrageously careless and rude. We had an issue at the check in, and they didn't care to help us or find a solution wich fits us.

Good size suite, I'm not sure all rooms are as spacious. Good restaurant and comfortable beds. Good location just by the waterfront.

Traveled to Bodø on business and I arrived at the hotel at 21.00. The hotel had overbooked and I was one of the guests standing without a room at the hotel. Scandic Havet must have known about the issue a decent amount of time prior to my arrival and yet they didn't bother contacting me before standing in the lobby. The service level at the hotel was laughable at best. I have traveled on business for some years and this is the worst customer experience I have had so far. My booking was moved to Scandic Bodø, a hotel with a significantly lower standard. The service at Scandic Bodø was however superb and they did their best to resolve the situation Scandic Havet had put me in, and even provided an upgrade to my room to a junior suite. I will avoid Scandic Havet at all cost in the future and will recommend Quality Hotel Ramsalt when traveling to Bodø.

Great hotel. Comfortable rooms with great views (see pictures taken from the room). Right in the city center so it's very easy to get around with public transportation. Very nice and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast - very rice with a lot of option to chose from - including gluten free and lactose free options. Moderately priced (but in Norway that's considered cheap 😀).

Arguably the best hotel in Bodø. The room was as expected, but the view from my windows was truly unique. The breakfast buffet made me wish my meeting was scheduled for later in the day. The restaurant on the top floor is also worth a visit. The food is good, and the view from the roof is a must see when in Bodø.

The hotel has a very good location and the rooms have quite a nice view. The design of the hotel room is okay, but not convincing for the price. However, we needed to leave the room early in the morning and the friendly stuff from the reception recommended to take a breakfast box for take away. The result can be seen in the foto - it was really not eatable. The breakfast in general is very delicious and has a rich selection. But, do your guests a favor and don’t offer breakfast boxes as they will only end up in the waste.
