Traveled
to
Bodø
on
business
and
I
arrived
at
the
hotel
at
21.00.
The
hotel
had
overbooked
and
I
was
one
of
the
guests
standing
without
a
room
at
the
hotel.
Scandic
Havet
must
have
known
about
the
issue
a
decent
amount
of
time
prior
to
my
arrival
and
yet
they
didn't
bother
contacting
me
before
standing
in
the
lobby.
The
service
level
at
the
hotel
was
laughable
at
best.
I
have
traveled
on
business
for
some
years
and
this
is
the
worst
customer
experience
I
have
had
so
far.
My
booking
was
moved
to
Scandic
Bodø,
a
hotel
with
a
significantly
lower
standard.
The
service
at
Scandic
Bodø
was
however
superb
and
they
did
their
best
to
resolve
the
situation
Scandic
Havet
had
put
me
in,
and
even
provided
an
upgrade
to
my
room
to
a
junior
suite.
I
will
avoid
Scandic
Havet
at
all
cost
in
the
future
and
will
recommend
Quality
Hotel
Ramsalt
when
traveling
to
Bodø.
