Really liked our stay here. Perfect shelter when the icy wind is blowing outside. Staff was friendly, pastries and coffee were delicious and the interior was comfy. There is also a small shop which sells local products.

Berbusmel is a nice place to kill some hours while waiting for the ferry in Bodø. There's friendly staff and plenty of comfy seating, as well as lots of outlets for charging devices and WiFi so you can get some work done. The cappuccino was perfect, and the pastries were very good, especially the cinnamon pudding bread! Around 11am they serve a lunch item, we had the red curry soup, which was okay. I have to minus 1 star because I feel it was overpriced at 150 NOK for what we got (a simple soup with just a few pieces of food in it and a simple bread roll). But the sandwiches and avocado toast were also pricey at around 90-100 NOK. I think this is the norm for trendy cafes in Norway, regardless the place is certainly popular with the locals and filled up with workers on their lunch break. All in all I would come back, but just for the pastries and coffee :)
