Very
disappointed
with
a
specialist
dentist
for
my
father's
dentures.
He's
diabetic,
had
lost
most
of
his
teeth,
gum
loss,
etc
so
we
understand
that
it
won't
work
or
be
100%
perfect.
What
bothered
us
is
how
the
dentist
treated
my
father.
At
first
she's
really
courteous
and
explains
everything
well,
but
after
a
few
visits
everytime
my
mom/dad
tried
to
explain
what's
still
uncomfortable
with
the
dentures,
this
dentist
cuts
off
their
complain
and
explain
stuff
non
stop
not
giving
a
chance
for
my
parents
to
speak
.
It
happened
so
often
that
my
usually
chill
father
exploded
and
got
really
angry.
There
were
also
technical
mishaps
going
on
like
choosing
some
kind
of
silicone/material
to
pad
the
dentures
but
the
materials
gave
off
a
foul
odor
even
after
rigorous
cleaning
after
each
meal.
The
end
results
were
dentures
that
keep
slipping
off
when
my
father
talks.
It's
practically
unusable
now
and
my
father
is
going
to
fix
it
to
a
'tukang
gigi'.
It
took
a
lot
of
time
to
convince
him
to
stop
making
dentures
in
a
tukang
gigi
shop
and
go
to
a
proper
dentist
however
now
we
are
back
to
square
one.
Perhaps
because
it's
a
case
of
diabetic
patients
the
result
is
hit
and
miss,
but
it
would
be
better
if
at
least
the
bedside
manner
is
nicer.
Hopefully
this
is
not
commonplace
practice
in
Audy
Dental
as
a
whole
and
only
because
we're
unfortunate
in
getting
an
unsuitable
dentist.
This
is
our
subjective
opinion
and
we
hope
Audy
will
improve
their
standard
services.
For
now
we'll
just
go
back
to
our
usual
hospital.
Thank
you.
