    Terakhir kesini sekitar 7 bulan lalu. Pelayanan nya waktu itu sangat bagus dari mulai petugas pendaftaran, dokter, kasir, sampai bagian farmasinya. Saya terbilang cukup sering dulu bawa anak saya kesini bahkan dari sebelum 7 bulan yg lalu. Tapi bbrp minggu yg lalu saya datang ke tempat ini lagi utk bawa anak saya berobat dan membuat sy kapok untuk datang lg. Gak saya temui lagi adanya petugas2 yg ramah melayani. Petugas pendaftaran, farmasi dan kasirnya sama sekali tidak ramah dan kurang jelas dalam menjelaskan obat. Trus anak sy dikasih obat, dokternya bilang akan agak sedikit muntah2 tp setelah itu batuk dan demamnya pasti turun. Ini turun demam dan hilang batuk/dahaknya sebelah mana ya? Yg ada anak saya cuma dibikin muntah2, dan sama sekali tidak menunjukan perubahan apapun juga sementara batuknya dan panasnya makin menjadi2. Alhasil sy kasih lagi obat biasa ke anak saya yg sy kasih sebelum sy bawa berobat kesini. Tolong lebih diperhatikan lagi dari segi operasional dan dokter jaga nya ya. Obat dan dokternya juga skrg mahal, tp kualitas dan pelayanan nya tidak sesuai.

    Udah berobat terus karena sakit ulu hati sampai ke punggung menurut dokter dari pelita sehat itu penyakit lambung. Saya sudah 2 kali minta rujukan tapi katanya gak bisa kalau BELUM MUNTAH DARAH akhirnya udah gak kuat jadi langsung ke IGD setelah melalui pemeriksaan ternya ada batu empedu. Bayangin kalo nunggu di rujuk klinik pelita sehat harus nunggu berapa besar batu empedu di badan saya? Apalagi di bilang harus muntah darah baru bisa di rujuk

    Pelayanan sungguh buruk, saya berobat hari ini tanggal 25/1/23 pukul 14.45, klinik kondisi sepi tidak ada pasien lain dan diminta menunggu, kemudian saya diperiksa oleh dokter perempuan, sudah saya sampaikan kalau tadi pagi saya kondisi lemas sehingga tidak kuat berangkat kantor baru kuat berobat sore, setelah diperiksa saya diminta menunggu lagi lumayan lama padahal kondisi sepi untuk diberikan obat dan diberikan surat yang ternyata surat keterangan berobat bukan surat sakit, saya kembali lagi ke untuk konfirm terkait surat tsb langsung ke dokternya, si dokter menyampaikan untuk menunggu lagi dan akan disiapkan oleh petugas karena akan ada pasien yang akan masuk, lah memang saya yang di hadapannya bukan pasien, saya kemudian kembali menunggu lagi cukup lama, untuk diberikan surat sakit hanya 1 hari di hari ini saja, sementara kondisi saya masih lemas dan disampaikan oleh petugas bahwa kalau besok masih sakit silakan berobat lagi, saran saya bila memang dari hasil assesment si dokter saya tidak sakit sampaikanlah baik baik kepada saya yang ada di hadapannya bahwa memang dari pemeriksaan tidak masuk golongan sakit dan tidak perlu diberikan obat dan surat sakit daripada saya harus menunggu lagi pasti saya akan lebih menerima penjelasan dokter tsb daripada melalui petugas yang tidak tahu apa apa. Saya menghabiskan waktu 1 jam lebih hanya untuk menunggu. Pelayanan sangat tidak rekomen, waktu tunggu lama, tidak ramah dan menyenangkan. Cukup 1 kali ini saja saya datang ke sini. Pantes sepi.

    Klinik gigi benar2 payah. Cuma bisa daftar kamis mulai 7 pagi yg langsung habis kuotanya. Ada yg sudah datang kamis 3x tetep aja habis. Kuota cm 15 org aja. Hari selain kamis utk tindakan (kamis cm periksa saja). Kayanya mending kalo kaya gini hilangkan aja klinik giginya dibanding nyusahin org yg udah datang pagi dari jauh2. Jawaban klise: makasih masukannya dan mhn maaf atas bla bla... SARAN jawaban: iya kami akan menutup saja klinik giginya krn kurang mampu menyediakan perawatannya

    I'm a patient who doesn't pay using BPJS but the service takes a very long time, the process takes 2 hours until I get the medicine. there are 5 registration counters, there are 2 nurse stations but only 1 is operating, there are 3 public rooms but only 1 is operating, as a result patients are piling up

    The service is very worrying, from starting to register for treatment until getting the medicine it takes more than 2 hours, even though the conditions are not too busy with patients, the number calls are not in sequence. If someone is seriously ill, it could even get worse, there is only 1 officer at the registration & medicine collection point, when the health sector is not alert and agile.

    Karna abis operasi dan kontrol k2 yg harus minta surat buat kontrol. Pdhl baru jam 11.15 bilang jam 13.00 karna pasien msh bnyk dan ketika bilang gpp sy tunggu. Ttp gak bisa harus jam 13.00.bnr2 emosi bngt. Selera minta surat aja susah bngt dan bagian pendaftarannya gak bngt... Tolong di perbaiki

    pelayanan beda kaya dulu. kurang memuaskan, brobat tgl 7 kemarin, brobat itu karna memang kita sakit dan meminta surat sakit di kasih hanya 1 hari dan itu pun terhitung dari jam stengah 4 sore, Padahal udah saya jelaskan kalau di kasih hari ini doang saya hari ini pun itungan nya kerja, ini saya izin buat brobat, dan esok hari nya saya pun masih belum bisa kerja karna kondisi nya belum membaik, alhasil brobat lagi, dan yg pasti bukan ke sini lagi,

    Ini emang kalau pakai bpjs pelayanannya harus buruk ya disni? Selaluuuuuuu sampe saya kalau disuruh berobat dsini skrg2 udh gamau, tapi mamah saya yg masih suka berobat dsini bahkan baru tadi banget pagi dapet pelayanan dokternya gaenak orang bener2 lg sakit diperiksa sama dokternya cepet2 ngomongnya buru2 bgt lagi. Mamah saya minta rujukan udh 2x gadikasih malah disuruh ke puskesmas sama dokternya!!! Pelayanan dipendaftarannya jg kadang ga ramah pada jutek. Kami pakai bpjs jg dibayar setiap bulan. Semoga pelayanan karyawan dan dokternya lebih baik lg

    Register via the application without queuing because it is integrated. The queue registration process, nurse station, examination room, and medication collection are neat and orderly. Laboratory facilities are available. Good doctor service & listens to every complaint. Provide recommendations for referral hospital facilities if further action is required.

    The family went to Dr. Santi for treatment, the 6 year old child was given 4 tablets of antibiotics, anti-inflammatories, coughs, crazy vitamins which he couldn't swallow. Other doctors always give medicines such as syrups and concoctions. When I complained, I even laughed and what's worse, the nurse named Feti actually glared at me, saying why don't you ask the doctor for a concoction, if you can't replace it like this, it's the system, just divide the medicine in 2 or grind it yourself. You don't think it's a problem to give a 6 year old child medication to drink! It's hard to persuade him, even if he's traumatized. What else 4 different tablets 3x a day! After all, our family of 4 people were sick and all had to go to work & school. You think it's easy to prepare breakfast in the morning, just give your husband medicine for TB, it's taking so long before I have two children and I myself am also sick. There is no empathy at all for patients, you guys! Even glaring at me, laughing at me! Hopefully one day you will feel what I feel now! GTH!!!!

    The service hasn't changed since before, what's more, the pharmacy is slow. I took the number to the dentist in the morning "at 7 o'clock there is no quota, 3 times in a row", the doctor is okay, only the service is very annoying
