Every year Prodia has regular promo for every services they offer. I usually use this advantage for annual MCU. Superb!

The laboratory is a good place for blood testing, ranging from simple blood testing to complex blood testing The price is a little bit high compared to 24 hours clinic which is understandable because it is a premium laboratory It is recommended to book the tests on prodia application, because occasionally there will be a promotion and you can view your tests result without having the need to go back to take the physical result

One of biggest chained Clinic Laboratorium in Indonesia. They have several branch in Bogor city. This place is the biggest n representative one. Price is above others, but result is satisfsctory

Expensive and slow service

When it comes to medical check-up it will be Prodia. Just name it.

I came here for annual medical check up as a additional facility from my office and insurance. Though the service was quite Ok as far as i came here 3 times in these 3 years. Customer service was warm and very welcome in answering the question and also polite. Several checks i should get in but only 3 hours long. These showed that they had arranged well to reduce waiting and waste time. The services from the officer of medical chech up also were also quite welcome and genuine. Giving us as a patient a respectfully and calm.

Attended on Friday morning after did the registration thru “U by Prodia”, no queue and good service.

Professional and very helpful with application! Every staff are very helpful and cheerful… Even though very full, their system works well to get the group moving to get the service!

Friendly, clean and fragrant toilets

Came here on Saturday, there weren't too many visitors and there were also a few staff, but the queue was aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa long. It's true that you can't know what the staff is doing, but it gives the impression that they are ineffective. There are a lot of staff, but only 1 person is managing the queue 🫣 The others are sitting, but the table markers are CLOSED, or they are taking too long to serve long-winded visitors, resulting in other visitors waiting too long. The blood collection process is fast👍🏼
