A place to go to the gym that is kids friendly, you can bring children to the gym - there's a play corner - it's a safe environment too (there's no fuss over WO enthusiasm) - it's important for me. The trainers are great, always give a menu that suits the trainee's condition. The gym concept is Functional Training so no need for big/many tools, but impactful 👍🏻

The place is very family friendly, comfortable for practicing and being taught the correct movements. The coach is very informative and detailed, so we can practice independently at home too, because we are informed about the function of the movements we are doing, and taught how to move safely.

The gym opened my mind to the fact that being healthy and having a good body has nothing to do with 'SCALES'... if you increase it can be because your muscles are increasing... it's not just your body fat that is increasing... as long as you exercise consistently and eat mindfully 👆. .And, my body is more fit and I feel like something is missing if I don't exercise since joining Fit.nest... 😉
