pelayanan sangat buruk ..buruk sekali ... saya pikir pakai nama islam arafah ...pelayanan sangat bersih dan ramah ...ternyata sangat kotor ...lantai kotor ..kamar kotor... pelayanan nya sangat tidak ramah....banyak nyamuk ... pasien yang ga paham akan dijebak dengan tagihan yang mahal ... saya tinggal kan klinik dengan kecewa dengan membayar sesuai apa yang saya dapatkan ... baru setelah saya bilang kecewa kemudiannya pelayanannya merendah ...dan membaik ...pasien disuntik tanpa dijelaskan isi suntikan hanya nama singkatan saja .... ... ini sangat memalukan klinik sejenis mengatas namakan.. nama islam ...dan pegawi yang menyuntik ternyata bukan dokter setelah ditanya ..ngakunya sebagai asisten dokter???

Sakit itu tdk hanya fisik, sakit itu tdk hanya org yg sakit, tp khawatir org skitar yg berlebihan jg suatu sakit. Sakit bisa ujian, cobaan, teguran dan banyak hikmah...jd sembuh datang dari yg Maha kuasa, tdk ada yg ideal dan bisa memenuhi smua keinginan setiap org Minimal ucapan terimakasih atas semuanya itu sdh lbh dari cukup dibandingkan mencerca. Akan lbh baik menyampaikan masukan utk saling berbenah🤝

Actually, I've given up on coming here again, in 2019 I had a 3D ultrasound and the print results didn't even look like 2D, but once I said the ink had run out, I'd just come back again, ma'am, to get the print. Until 2023, now I have the courage to try again, it's already better than before. The clinic is new, try going there to bring a child who wants to have his nails removed because it gives him a fever. OK, it was handled well. At first the nurse helped hold my child because he had to be anesthetized first. Easy handling. Pay the cashier a total of 265 but there is no print of the details. Whichever class the clinic should be in, it should already use price details for handling this kind of medicine. That included 4 kinds of medicine. 3 days later, I was told to control my child and take off the new bandage again. Also control his sister and get steam and get 2 kinds of medicine. Went to the cashier for a total of 290 (still didn't print out the details) just removed and replaced the thumbnail bandage even though it was very expensive. Ok, check it twice because I was still told to go back and finish handling it to the cashier, he said wait a moment, let's count it again😂 it's really taking a long time... so how much I asked 185 ma'am Haaah, I said how much vapor it was then, sis, he said 195, ma'am, because it was already on medicine (he said), why did I ask because there was no printout of the details. So I just kept quiet and thought about it, hoo, just open it and take off the bandage, 185 thousand?🥲 then after I wanted to pay, I didn't want to transfer. The mother with the glasses said, "Oh, I want to transfer it to just 175 thousand, Sis, I'm laughing, hahahahha." Please do your best, this service hasn't changed. Ini bukan standar klinik kesehatan ya, kotor sekali tempatnya, parah

Bayi saya umur 1 bulan dibawa ke klinik ini karna sembelit masa disaranin pakai mikrolax🤦‍♀️ternyata pas tanya2 bidan obat mikrolax tidak seharusnya dikasih ke bayi yg berumur 1 bulan,alhasil saya sudah terlanjur kasih dan tidak ada reaksi apa² sama saja seperti awal alhamdulillahnya ga tambah parah,pelayanan tidak memuaskan seperti ga niat dokternya pas periksa.

pelayanan tdk memuaskan, biaya rawat inap terbilang sangat mahal & tidak sebanding dengan fasilitas maupun pelayanan yang di dapat utk ukuran kelas 1, makanan rumah sakit pun diberikan tdk sesuai jadwal jam makan & makanan yg diberikan jg tdk sesuai standar kesehatan (masih mentah). sekedar masukan saja untuk kedepan lebih baik

I was confused, 4 hours of observation costs the same as staying in a 5 Star Hotel Deluxe Room. I'm sorry...it's not recommended, it's better to go to a big hospital, get services and facilities according to the cost, unless the intention is to give alms or donate to the AMC Clinic

In 2021, my mother was treated there for vertigo & hypertension. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. FOOD GIVEN TO PATIENTS: IN THE MORNING CHICKEN MUSH FROM A PASSING CARTOON SELLER (HYGIENIC HOW 🤔). LUNCH OF VEGETABLE SOUP, MEAT & FRIED TEMPE. VEGETABLE SOUP IS VERY SALTY, BECAUSE THE SIDE DUCTS SERVED COME FROM WARTEG

All the services are really bad, in the patient's room there is a door that connects to the 24-hour arafah next door, so many patients are resting through the mission ma'am, ma'am, there are those who bring dirty clothes, basins of tools and equipment coming in through the patient's room. The condition is that the child is sick and wants to A lot of people sleep tossing and turning, there are people tossing and turning every hour without stopping even though the patient is still small, what if the patient is an adult? The nurses are just having fun, singing loudly and having to realize that they work in a hospital where sick people want to rest, but it's just fun. The nurse is not friendly and instead looks at the patient's family cynically. The sandal road is very noisy. It really makes you uncomfortable, the costs are also quite expensive with the facilities being very, very bad and dirty.

Hopefully the service can be improved. I asked for drinking water for the emergency patient I was delivering but the answer was that there wasn't any and they didn't provide drinking water (there was only cold bottled mineral water to buy). Finally I was forced to buy it from the stall next to the clinic. But it turned out that after the patient entered the inpatient room, warm drinking water was available. The bed sheets and pillowcases were unpleasant and felt dirty. Outside the room many big rats passed by. The doctor is quite helpful but the nurses are lacking. Hopefully in the future the price will match the service provided.
