Klinik kesehatan Afiah mmg keren, tempat nya bersih rapih, pelayanannya ramah, semua Nakes & Dokter² sangat baik & murah senyum...cuma securitynya yg msh muda kmrn parkir ga ngasih krn keburu² mobil diblkg sdh ngasih lampu dim, lgsg berubah cemberut & bsk nya dtg security cuek ga mau markirin atau nyapa...mungkin wajib kali ngasih uang parkir yaa...pokoknya klo utk tempat, suasana & pelayanan benar² mantapp & top deh 👍🫰

My family's mainstay is a quality clinic. The doctors here are qualified, qualified, have high professionalism, basically they are good, they're not ordinary, it's like the doctors here were doctors with high GPAs when they were studying, hahaha... for that reason I chose the Afiah clinic for my family's primary health facility. Favorite doctor Dr. Nova, dr. Vemy, Dr. Dina Umar, Dr. Susanti. I might suggest having a male doctor... so it's not awkward when checking sensitive areas for male patients.

My husband just wanted to check his teeth here. At 11.31 I got a queue number, but I was asked to come again at 13.00. Yes, I've stopped by the coffee shop near the clinic. I came again at 13.30, but I was told to come again at 15.30. When I arrived again, there was a sign at the service entrance which was closed from 14.00 until the end. What? So when you left you immediately put up the sign? Luckily, the man's husband was really cool, he could work remotely, so there wasn't a fight there. But to be honest, I was annoyed. How is the service? If you really can't serve it because there's an event, just say so. Don't make the patient go back and forth like that.

Petugas kasirnya dan obat banyak ngobrol dan ngemil... pemeriksaan dokter umumnya lama, sama banyak ngobrol bla bla sama pasien..persingkat saja....

Daftar via online tp sampe klinik daftar lg sesuai no kedatangan, sebaiknya daftar online hilangkan saja karena ga ada guna, no urut online akan berubah jg saat datang

Tindik telinga yg kiri sama kanan beda..yg kiri deket yg kanan jauh, udah gitu yang satu di tusuk ampe 2x karna antingnya ga keluar, sampe ga tega liatnya.

Kita sekeluarga sampai pindah faskes ke klinik afiah. Suka sama pelayanan dokternya yg komunikatif, klinik nya bersih nyaman, ada free air mineral utk pasien, hand sanitizer di hampir semua sudut, pelayanan yg termasuk cepat, free parkir, dan yg kita suka adl klinik nya buka dr pagi sampai malam.
