One of my favourite Indonesian Resto in bogor and puncak area. They have a couple of branches in the area. Taste is really good and they have a huge spot. I would recommend getting the nasi liwet, mendoan, all the lamb dishes. It will be a treat for you and your family!

Satays are awesome, excellent peanut sauce! Tongseng kambing is smooth and flavorful, no hint of kambing smell (at all). Tape goreng is unique, can taste fermented flavor of tapioca, almost like alcohol taste..very cool. 👍🏻 Dishes are served fast and efficient, service staff friendly and professional.👏🏻

Nice ambience of sundanese food and situation in bogor city. Traditional food was the best selection such like bandros, try it. For the general sundanese food itself i can say the taste is standard. It have the comfortable seats and big capacity and also fast service with full of smile and warm gesture. Recommended to bring your family or business relative here. Parking area also big for car and motorcycle.

It was the first time for my family and I dining in at RM. Bumi Aki Bogor but it wasn't the first time we tasting Bumi Aki since we usually go to Bumi Nini/Bumi Aki at Puncak. For the vibes itself, it is all the same with others Bumi Aki/Bumi Nini restaurant, so does with the prices. My family and I usually order their nasi liwet for family package, gurame crispy and all but this time we want to try their a la carte. We ordered Sop Daging, Mie Rebus, Ayam Penyet, Waffle with ice cream, orange juices, and the last one was roti bakar. For the plating, they got it 9/10 especially for their Sop Daging and Mie Rebus but please I wish you could get it more chocolate for your 30k-ish roti bakar next time so it could be more worth the money😉 for the staffs, they were all so kind as always and as their other restaurant branches, it was all really comfortable, aesthetic restaurant (for Bogor branch, there are imitation lake so you could feel sundanese villages vibes). For muslims, Bumi Aki always get you right. They always facilitate with fresh and newly laundry pray tools for you who forget to bring it (mukena, sejadah & sarung) so you can feel relieves for eating there. For the playground, I didn't realize it but Bumi Aki/Bumi Nini always facilitate playground for kids to wait. Also, the parking lot at this branch also spacious even they are in the middle of Bogor City.

Nice and serene place to have a meal with my family. Its situated on a considerately quite place in Bogor with enough parking place on lunch time during Ramadhan. The place is clean and comfortable with fast service. We didn't have to wait long to have our meals served. The services is also superb. The ordered food tastes delicious although it's a bit pricy. Payment can be made by cash and debit, credit cards and Qris.

well, I like the nasi liwet,especially their fried chicken, the oxtail soup tastes just like my mother's. and one big plus is that the order came very quick. it also offers small playing ground for kids. however it feels like the place is too cramped, too crowded in the weekend (especially I think it is because one week before ramadhan), cannot relax, too noisy.

This is the third time we came to Bumi Aki. It has the best atmosphere restaurant. It serves sundanese food. In weekend they have live music performance. We ordered The empal was quite juicy and the mendoan is decent but the chicken soup was quite salty and the ice tea we ordered was less sweet than we expected. . Recommended for families who loves gathering and enjoy sundanese local food with good ambience

This used to be my favorite Sundanese go to food in Bogor. Always rave about it to all my friends who visited Bogor. However, I guess Bumi Aki has changed. Came to this place around 8:45 pm on a Sunday, the receptionist seated us. We told the guy who brought us the warm tea that we were going to order right away. And then we waited. For about 10 minutes, no body came to take our orders while we watch the other guests that came after us had their order taken. Still we waited, and still nobody ever came. To be exact we seated next to the play ground.

The service here’s excellent. Pak Dani provides great service, like finding ways for 7 of us to sit together comfortably. The food here is very tasty as well, very convenient, and the toilet is also very clean. Very recommended! 💯

This place was a very comfortable resto at bogor. With a great food and great services although little pricey but worth. Love this place n food a lot.

It was slight raining and early evening when i arrived, so ambience was cooling and romantic. The interiors was also quite classic, just looking at it u would know they'd serve good foods. Food was great, as expected. It was fresh n all. Taste is good too. However, one of the order didnt arrived, it doesnt matter. And no pets allowed, our dog has to be put in the car during our meal.

Leaving Jakarta to Bogor only for having lunch in Bumi Aki, one of best sundanese rest. in Indonesia. The food is very good and the service from Andri is excellent. I will be back again with my whole family and friends.

Kemarin makan disini sumpah sih enak bnget pelayanan nya walaupun lagi rame bnget tetapi semua pelayannya ramah bnget , dilayani langsung gak tau sama manager nya gak tau apa tapi seragamnya beda dari waiter di mulai dari ngerapihin meja yg mau kami tempati Sampai pesan makanan semua dia yg layanin Sumpah sih ramah bnget itu , pkpnya gak nyesel datang kesini restaurant Sunda di Bogor yg recommended bngett hehe oh iya paling enak duduknya di lesehan, terimakasih bumi aki 😍

a family friendly dining place with a good variety of sundanese menu. there is live music and although crowded, you can still enjoy the place. the service is great, food is generally tasty. 5 stars. forgot to take the food pics but here is one single photo when I dined in

I ordered the Nasi Timbel Ayam package (the contents in one package are one portion of rice wrap with banana leaf, fried chicken thighs (the fried chicken is delicious, slightly sweet type), Tempe mendoan, fried tofu, one serving of sayur asem, jambal salted fish, lalapan, fried chili sauce, shrimp crackers); I order sambal without terasi, sambal kencur for spicy lovers will definitely find it suitable & it tastes good, I like it; For dessert, I ordered a portion of cheese-grilled banana, it was delicious, the burnt banana was ripe (usually other restaurants, the banana is still raw); My father and I were given good and friendly service by Mas Yusri; since arriving already escorted to find a table to eat; knowledge of the menu is also good; When the bill was paid, I was still sitting relaxed, and Mas Yusri also offered to refill the tea; Thank you Mas Yusri👍🏻 One of the most important, I didn't have to wait long for my order to arrive, they served swiftly and quickly; All of the menu I ordered last night, so far so good; Good luck!

This eating place, which is located in Bogor, has a fairly large parking area, equipped with huts and a children's games corner. The food is typical Sundanese with quite a lot of variations, it tastes quite good. The bathroom facilities are very clean and the sink is also quite plentiful with fragrant soap. Service is quite fast and responsive. The cleanliness of the surrounding area is very good. Recommended for eating with family or office events.

Really nice atmosphere and the food is very tastefull. Sop buntut bakar was great. The buntut melted on the tong and the boullion was from really good quality.

I went here while its raining heavily, the place was good, nice and cozy. I did went to this resto few times in the past, always satisfied. The food was great, price is not too expensive. The staff were polite and helpful especially Mas Rizal, keep going and keep doing it well. Will sure to come back again in the future. Thanks

Good place to enjoy traditional food esp. West Java culinary. I would suggest coming on weekdays coz the place is a bit crowded on the weekends, and somehow too hot. They also play a live music. We love the music cz the band is great, but probably too loud, I can't barely talk with my family. They have mini playground for kids, which is very helpful, and offers free condiments while we wait our table. Their hospitality and cleanliness are TOP.

When in Bogor area and craving some Sundanese food, I decided to give RM Bumi Aki Bogor a try. I ordered bunch of dishes which are Gurame Goreng (available in 3 sizes with different prices Small / Medium / Large, notes for Munchkiners, you guys can request the level of crispiness for fried Gourami fish, another notes is for sensitive person like me, I can still smell the smell of mud from the fish since Gourami is living in mud fresh water), Empal Gepuk (my all the time favorite menu from Sundanese restaurant), Ayam Goreng (standard Indonesian fried chicken served with sambal, this sambal is to die for 👍🏻), Sate Ayam (chicken satay), Tempe Mendoan (Fried Tempe), Tumis Kangkung (sautéed kale), and Nasi Liwet with extra Sambel Cobek. All of my orders is pretty nice and i'm absolutely gonna recommend RM Bumi Aki Bogor for you guys to try when visiting Bogor area. For this visit to RM Bumi Aki Bogor, i'm gonna rate them 4 out of 5. Good Sundanese food in a big place. Large parking spaces as well. Recommended food : the fish dishes, fried chicken, genjer, and oncom.

With an up grade design and interior of the resto, bumi aki make a really nice and convenient family restaurant at the center of Bogor city. With most of the dining area were semi outdoor, they separated the area for smoking and non smoking. Although maybe for notes, the children playground should not be placed near the smoking area to be safe. Anyway, most of the menus are sundanese cuisine. I have tried their sop ayam kampung (45.6k), fried baby mas fish (37.8k), chicken tongseng (46.1k), and colenak (25k). All of them were nice both taste and portion. I personally loved the colenak, by far for me is the best colenak I've ever had.

Beautiful and cozy place to dine .. great hospitality from the staff. I tasted gado2, gurame bakar, coffe avocado, tapai goreng . Very nice. Definitely will come for futher visit. Waitress Anindia is very helpful, friendly with her beautiful smile

So i and my friend go to bumi aki padjadjaran on 2nd of Eid. We go to there during a lunch time, the place was very cozy, you will listen of sundanese song here (like you are on sundanese wedding). You will get hot tea that can refill for welcoming drink, then we order the calamary, ayam penyet, fried tofu, "tauge polos", "nasi liwet". The food was so so, but nasi liwet i think it was nice. We should try nasi liwet complete, because my friend said that nasi liwet complete was the best choice if you visit bumi aki, but because i go there only woth my friend so we can't order it. But the place was very cozy.

Too crowded.. I cant taste the food that well. Because when i came. For lunch it was too hot (no air con) and too crowded.. I did not enjoy my dine there. Its quite pricey but i guess i came at the wrong time.. Perhaps if it was rainy or in a cool evening the place would feel cozier than it did. I can't even get a proper picture.. Too crowded..

My family and I had a good dining experience of Sundanese foods at Bumi Aki. The restaurant’s waiter, Jamal is really attentive and demonstrates a good customer service. We had a pleasant dinner with his excellent service. Gurame Makcombrang is really delicious, should try it when you are in Bogor! This restaurant deserves recommendation for great quality and delicious foods, and customer service. Will come again next time whenever I’m in Bogor again.

Many choices food and drink with nice taste. But for me its so so lah, since iam a spicy lover. the place is quite big but lilbit tricky when we want to go out (lunch time, so don’t come here at lunch time if you are not into crowded reastaurant) because there are so many parking cars.

The restaurant is clean. The crew are friendly. The mushola is clean. Parking slots are nice. Also, I'm happy to enjoy live music during my lunch. Protection and Prevention of covid19 are well applied. Excellent 👍👍 The thing restaurant should improve is the taste of dish from so-so to delicious even only for simple dishes. Hopes can find the taste improvement in the next visit.

The variety of foods are delicious. Tempe mendoan, satay ayam and lambs, nasi tugtug oncom, nasi liwet are also delicious. They apply very good covid19 protocols.

A nice combo of traditional and modern athmosphere, where there are several choices for where to sit and eat. The menus are on expensive side, but the service makes it up. Food is a bit more Javanese rather than Sundanese, though. There are some sweet taste rather than salty and spicy.

Love the food and ambience. Before the entrance there is a difuser to sanitize us. Inside, social distancing is applied. I chose to sit at the back. Felt so comfortable and 'saver'. The food is all yummy. The chicken satay is really yummy. To my surprise, the red rice is also soft and tastes like the white one. Love it

Nice place, not too big so we can avoid over crowding the place. food is good, also they are open at 7.00 so this could an option for breakfast. prices are medium high, but services and cleanliness makes it worth the price.
