I spent 1 night in this hotel, I instantly liked this hotel right away. First of all, this hotel is located coupled with Botani Square, the biggest mall in Bogor. They even provide one direct tunnel for hotel's visitor to enter the mall. Another thing, the hotel is very closed to the great park of Bogor, only around 200 m in distance to the entrance gate. Customer can go walk easily to reach the park from the hotel. The staffs were also very kind, polite, and helpful. Probably they are understaffed, but they managed to serve customer professionally. The room I spent, suite room, was very spacious, clean, modern and minimalist. The room is fitted with complete accessories and appliance you will need. So pity I didn't got the chance to try their breakfast menu, however I feel they served various and delicious food here.

Basic room with fridge, shower, bench, tv and safebox. What I like.. location.. with its connecting tunnel to the mall.. Breakfast is enormous.. have special breakfast area for smokers. Good AC running water and bath amenities. What I don't like.. Pricey compare to one in downtown of south Jakarta. Almost 30% more expensive. Bed old.. not comfortable to sleep. My back complain.. Outdated room.. no carpet. Not good insulated from sound from outside. At the morning when showering, somebody knock my door and said cleaning service.. why not later... And.. I have problem with my key.. must update it to the receptionist..

Good place of choice. Very convenient, connected to Mall. Nice weather.. with swimming pool and fitness. The room a bit old, but still look ok. And all things are functioning well. For foreigner, do not forget to bring the universal adaptor with you. (The socket is still the Indo style only). The hotel staffs are good servicing. I love this place.

Room was spacy but that's it. Gym is really small, no bench press, no cable machine and it's only open up to 7 PM. The price is too much for 3 star hotel. The food taste bland and lack of variations. The cutlery used isn't even 18/10.

It is a 3 stars hotel with very restricted access who could stay in the room I stayed with my husband and my 5 yo daughter, ask for additional towel and dental kit. However, when i asked, they said that it's not common and need to check to her/his superior or not. (which is fine for me, but just never experienced from any other hotel) Just make sure that you bring your additional towel yourself. Room is ok, with small tv and kind of decent bathroom. The sewer kinda clogged and the room kinda smelly when i entered first. However, the access is great as it beside the mall. You could grab thing or two fast

Was there on Christmas break. The hotel was kinda packed, yet was comfortable. It was located next to mall, so we could hang out and chill at the mall. It’s also near to Bogor Botanical Garden and Toll access. So far, the service was great, the breakfast was great as well. Thank you.

It was very difficult to find a parking space when I came on a Saturday afternoon due to the location of the hotel in the Mall so it was very crowded with visitors which resulted in a full parking lot. My suggestion is that the hotel manager provides special parking for hotel guests. The hotel service is very good, the location is also strategic and easy to find.

Very good hotel. Friendly staff, good breakfast, neat rooms, good wifi, good swimming pool, central location. Very good experience

in the gym they only have 1 broker treadmil, and 2 broken static bike. forget about gym. they also has swimming Pool but not as Good as in the picture. the Access to the hotel is uncomfortable. The only benefit because they have shopping centre in the hotel.

Nice hospitality. The staffs are polite and helpful. The foods are nice. Near botanica square (have direct access through basement). The pool is nice, not big but comfy to bring children. Thank you for Mba Fadia (staff during afternoon snack in executive lounge), being nice and accomodate with pleasure.

What can I say? Just another hotel to stay a few days. Nothing special, good or bad. 'Pro': it's situated near the Botanical garden of Bogor. Opposit the entrance of the Botanical garden is the entrance to the old town.

Je n'aime pas beaucoup restez a L'hotel Santika. So dissapointed. I was really angry and didn't want to come back. The lift too small, always full. When we use the stairs, the security talk un politely to us. What is the stairs use for?? Especially when we were catching time. Not so friendly staff. No staff helps us to took our lugage at the first time we came . Less towels in the swimming pool area. No hairdryer in the bathroom. Badly behaviour for the security.

The safety protocol runs well. The staffs are nice and helpful. The check in out service are quick well. But the are some brown spots in our sheet n blanket.

Meeting room is good. The Wifi is stable fpr zoom calls. The food is good. It's not bland like some hotel foods. The room is okay

Santika hotels are always an option everywhere we go as we already know the quality of the rooms and services and it never failed us. The staff are very friendly, asking us was our stay pleasant or not, about the facilities and the food, even the house keeping staffs always greet and took the time to chat with my children. So yes, santika deserve the five stars. Keep up the excellent work.

The hotel was strategically located. You can go easily anywhere within the city from this hotel. The hotel is attached to Botani Square Mall, so it is easy for us to find food and any other needs. The rooms were good, I like the way they gave 4 bottled water instead of 2 for one day. The bathroom was muslim friendly, it has its own tap for doing ablution. However, I still can hear babies screaming from outside, since there were many families doing staycation there. The food was okay. The health protocol was good. When I was there, the hotel was crowded with families doing stacation (well, it is the long holidays for Idul Fitri).

Since i'm here for work, so there's not much i can share here except for the meeting area. Love the setting, the internet is also stable and fast. For the meeting room on 2nd floor, the pool is just outside, so for those smokers, you don't have to walk far for a view puffs.

it's been 2 nights --during LEBARAN a.k.a Eid Al-Fitr, my family and I stayed at Hotel Santika Bogor. During my 15 years of hotel stay experience, I have never seen THE GREAT SERVICE of the restaurant crew even though the guests were crowded "starving" at breakfast, like the Hotel Santika Bogor. What a great sight I saw! bravo Santika Bogor!

The hotel is in a perfect place, it is in strategic location and in the heart of Bogor shopping centre. The room is spacious, there is sofa and cooler inside the room as well. They have many rooms in each floor, up to 10th floor. Perfect choice to booking rooms for special occasions.

It's a nice place, and very convenient for people who are either traveling from place to place, or just trying to have a staycation. For reviews, it's listed below: - Rooms, getting the deluxe which costed (for the time I stayed and date) it valued for 600 thousand rupiah, which isn't that bad for what I got and it's facilities. The room for deluxe is quite medium in terms of space, and the suite is nice too. Depending on what room you get, I highly recommend the deluxe over the suite, unless you have the money for it. The suite is spacious, able to fit in at least 3-4 people to sleep, while the deluxe at best is able to hold 3 people. The room for suite is a bit unclean for the time I stayed, but I didn't really mind it. Back to the deluxe, for it's price, it ain't that bad. Deluxe 4/5 (8/10) and for thr suite 4/5 (7.5/10) - Food, it isn't that great. For the time I stayed there, the food was very mid, flavorless to say the least. At best, I give the food a 3/5 star or 6/10 as it is still a buffet and I can eat to whatever extent I want. - Location, this is where this hotel shines. Located next to Botani mall, and very close to the bus terminal, it is a nice location to stay in for the night if not more. If ever hungry, just head to Botani for food and cinema, for traveling, just head out to the bus terminal pr grab a taxi to go to whatever location you want. 5/5 (9/10). To sum it up: - it's a nice place. Very new and the service is good. The pros are it's room value and location, but the cons are it's facilities and food. Facilities being the pool being disgusting and no other facilities that I found in the hotel that fascinates me. Other than that, I'll give this hotel a 3.5 star.

Me and family have a pleasant stay at this santika hotel. You felt welcome from the first experience with the front office staff (receptionist) , the lady explained everything completely detail, and she also offer us whether we would like to get a souvenir from the santika voucher gift at their apps (myvalue). The room is clean and neat, aircon was good, the pool also refreshing.. Breakfast time was excellent with their many delicious menu.. Even in the peak time such weekend, they provide extra area to dine in for so many guest which come at same time.. They located in very strategic central area of Bogor city, near the exit toll , and beside this hotel connected directly with mall Botani Square. Parking for car was a little problem which they provide the same parking lot area with the mall guest.
