suddenly

process
check-in
running
well,
but
guess
what?
Next
morning
i
want
to
order
ROOM
SERVICE
bcs
we
booked
RO
only.
I
call
to
dial
number
3,
then
SHE
SAID
“untuk
breakfast
bisa
di
lantai
M
tidak
bisa
diantar”
i
thought
i
want
to
order
Room
service
then
i
asked
again
“apa
saya
dapat
breakfast?
Dari
kamar
xxxx
”
The
staff
answer
“iya
dapat
untuk
2
pax
dsri
kamar
xxxx
ibu
bisa
turun
langsung”
okey
i’m
going
to
restaurant.
The
guy
at
the
front
allow
us
to
inside,
but
the
staff
SELMA
said
“
dari
nomer
berapa”
we
answer
then,
SHE
SAID
our
room
not
incl
breakfast?
like
how
come????
We
know
our
room
is
RO
but
we
confirm
this
morning
by
call,
she
said
“YES
it’s
include”
So
who’s
wrong
:)
She
said
“maaf
kirain
kamar
xxxx”
????
She’s
not
solve
the
problem,
she
confusing
herself
by
her
answer!
it’s
not
polite
i
guess
it’s
her
fault,
why
she
confirm
2
times
our
room
Is
inc
bf.
Finally
we
decided
to
pay
this
breakfast.
Around
9.25
i
want
omlette,
but
the
staff
didn’t
provide
US
she
said
“the
ingredients
are
Out”
:)
please.
We
didn’t
prob
with
the
price,
but
we
paid!
Okey!
i
just
eat
nasi
goreng
but
only
half,
eat
some
fruits
then
im
going
out.
I
just
spend
my
breakfast
only
15
minutes
bcs
it’s
not
worth
it
at
all!
It’s
really
not
recommended,
Lack
of
communication
between
the
staff.
Really
i
am
very
disappointed
as
a
guest.
