I was stay in the hotel during the weekend, it's full, so I recommend you to book it a few days before. I was walk in and ask for the room directly, that's why I only got the room with twin bed. Their room is not too spacious, but clean and have space for shalat. Their bathroom also clean with complete amenities and even though the hotel is full, their hot water on high floor during 7-10 AM has no problem at all. Their staff is polite and have a good responses for additional request, such as towel. When I had breakfast in the morning, I'm quite surprised because their menu is varied from stall (drink, porridge, yellow rice, jamu) and buffet (salad, dessert, egg station, main dishes) is hot and always fill with the right amount. Their staff is also give the best service, the chef going around and check it from time to time - even 15 minutes before the buffet closing. I will definetely stay in this hotel if I revisit Bogor.

This is my first time stay in this hotel for 3 night. I don’t think this hotel deserves 4star rating. due to the following reasons. 1. need to pay deposit for 2nd card key. 2. no fridge in the room 3. no facial towels 4. room is not sound prove, I can hear vehicle noise passing through the road in front of the hotel very clearly.

Great food great snack great locations great meeting room! the service were top noch! the staffs were so helpfull to us yesterday. will come back next time! still haven't try their rooms, but maybe later. keep up the good work ya Update 9 Dec 2022: Was at Kenanga room but the smell!!! The room a bit small for a 4 star hotel. Bathroom quite small. Not much room to move around. And there is only 1 lamp in the bathroom make it a bit dark Room quite small. Air conditioner need to be clean. Set at 17 degree but still not too cold The swimming pool a bit small and the water seems a bit dirty. The chair in the pool also need to be replace. I guess the good thing is the location near the botanical garden and outlet. Also near PMI (hospital)

Absolutely great and nice room, service and location. My plan when I choosed to pick the hotel because near to Kebun Raya which my family want to go(especially our kids). When night is came, we goes to Puncak at the finest weather and time :).

A nice stay in a cozy hotel. I was just unlucky to get the room with some error on the television (LCD backlight panel seems to be need a repair). This hotel also have swimming pool with kids playground which loved by my kid.

Located right in front of the Bogor Botanical Garden eastern entry. Room is quite decently big, clean. AC is cold, and toilet is clean too. Bed linen, mattress, pillows are well to my liking. Wanted to tryout the gym, but pretty small and crowded, ended up strolling outside. Carpark's in basement, there was a staff that helped out with parking, otherwise it's either series/parallel parking, could get a vallet parking too though. Breakfast okay, more of Indonesian menu. Had a live music on Saturday night from 7 pm, not really the best band however. Well recommended place to stay in.

The service/ staffs/ location are totally ok... The room small/ clean... But there is no fridge in the room n WiFi not as strong... On the 3rd floor there's totally no view (just the rooftop)... For a 4 star hotel n price, you could get somewhere better thou ...

The room and the cleanliness is good. We had 2 rooms with connecting doors and balcony, very nice. The location is very good. The service was also good, they even provided Jumat prayer in one of the meeting room. The breakfast is good with many kinds of food.

A hotel near bogor botanical garden. I ordered a room with bathtub. The room was huge and spacious. There was living room with a toilet and the bedroom with another bathroom with bathtub. The room was clean. But the bathtub seems undermaintenanced. Hope they will fix it and improve.

Nice place to have a stay in the heart of the city. You can do jogging around the botanical garden. You can do shopping in Botani Square. Or even you can just enjoy sitting under the old trees in the yard of IPB University.

Very friendly services and for those who like to exercise for a morning walk, this place is perfect, because it is right around the Bogor Botanical Gardens area

The room is great, very clean, great WiFi, food is standard. But the promotion is the worst. I bought the peek a boo staycation package in superior room, in promotion banner they said the price include free ice cream, akasia voucher or kids tent set up, free breakfast by presenting KIA card. But the fact is I only get the akasia voucher worth Rp 30.000, which can be used to buy ice cream (that means no free ice cream), kids tent are limited, but they offer me 350.000 to rent the tent, of course that's a big no. And no free breakfast for kids although we show the KIA card. You have to pay extra Rp.70.000/kid for breakfast. But every kids gets a toy and the coloring competition quite absurd coz the prize is not relevant for kids Peek a boo staycation promotion was a big of lie, never buy this package again

Access: Very close, just walk to Gate 2 Bogor Botanical Gardens, McDonald's, Domino Pizza and several cafes as well as to Botani Square Mall. Cleanliness: Very good, we didn't find a dirty spot Comfort: Local AC works well, cold/warm water works fine as well as the toilet. Beds are comfortable. The room I stayed in is in the corner, the sound of the emergency door is often heard. Refrigerator and water heater function properly. Internet & TV: Internet is quite fast (I forgot to do a speed test). For television, not many channels are available, it doesn't matter because we didn't really take advantage of it. Swimming pool and fitness: We didn't visit them Breakfasts: Only took breakfast one time. The food menu is quite diverse, there are 6 choices besides rice (chicken porridge, lontong sayur Padang, etc). For rice, there are 4 kinds of side dishes. For drinks, there is water, infusion water, fruit juice, coffee and herbal medicine. For coffee, I don't recommend it. Staff: Quite helpful and friendly. Parking: We didn't bring any vehicle.

I stayed at their SUITE ROOM and it was excellent ❤️ spacious, complete facilities, they also got swimming pool for the kiddos & even kids playground (indoor) and fitness center ♥️♥️♥️ The location of the hotel is perfect too (next to KEBUN RAYA BOGOR, factory outlet and some shopping malls) Gonna come back here again for sure 🫶

One out of two lifts not working. Long hours waiting for the lift. I chose to use staircase at the end. There is one bathroom light, very dim.

The restaurant has limited food to serve but each of them are amazing !! The best good I have tasted in this restaurant is the Tenderloin Steak because it has an exelent taste. The service is also very kind and polite.

We organized a two days meeting in this Hotel. A fullboard residential meeting set. The room space is fit enough. However there was an experience where the staff claimed already clean the room , but actually not yet. Even the trash not picked up yet. Despites of that, the customer services officer is excellent, she handled the problem nicely and made the customer satisfied. The food are ok. The clean and neat are ok. But the indoor swimming pool in 2nd floor is not comfortable, because the pool is near to coffee shop, and people there will watch everyone who swim. The meeting room is ok. But they need to evaluate the coordination system. Because, when our meeting already set up for next day, somehow, the next day staff rearranged the sound system and it caused trouble for delay of the meeting. Because the meeting was hybrid (online and offline).

Rooms too classic for modern time. The internet and cell signal is awful (maybe because the building wall too thick, but please add some access points for the WiFi). Parking is short Location is perfect for you to explore Bogor, exactly in front the infamous Kebun Raya

Their staff definitely deserves to get 5 stars. Really kind, fast response and fast action to any inquiry or complaint I addressed. However, I am disappointed with the room and facility. Not as worth as the cost I paid 1. I choose the one bed option in application. When I arrived, they said the room type is full so they prepared the twin bed (combined it). They said it is already in T&C (which I can't find written in App). 2. The bed itself isn't comfort. It has no pillow top as common standard hotel. They only put 2 pillows (i have to ask operator to add more pillows) 3. The towel is clean, but looks old. You can see the torn edges. For the 4 start hotel, I think its not acceptable 4. At the first night, found the shower water is dirty (brownish). We report it and their maintenance team fixed it immediately ( well this issue supposed to be didn't occur) 5. During first night, I have to deal with bad odour (like pee smell) from the bathroom. Thet fix it on the next morning. 6. The gym facility is horrible. The lifting equipment is broken, only 2 pairs dumbbell (1 and 2 kg), 1 treadmill, 1 static cycle. Lack of air circulation ( no exhaust fan), and insufficient AC. 7. The furniture in second floor cafe is really need to renew. 8. The pool depth is only 1.2 m. Friendly for kids, but not for adult. Overall, I'm not happy staying here. You can find way much better hotel for 1mio per night in another place.
