Lovely boutique hotel strategically located near Kebun Raya Bogor and some landmarks in Bogor. Kebun Raya is one of our favorite so it’s good to stay around this area. The room that I got is quite spacious, with sofa and some working space, as well as tea and coffee station plus free water bottles. TV, safe deposit box and in-house phone are also available. The bed is comfy and amenities at the toilet is quite complete, with extra towels. My only issue is with the water. Somehow the water in my bathroom is a bit muddy and I have to let it run for a minute or so before it gets clear. The staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is free with your room. Breakfast has varieties of food and beverages . Pool is small but nice

I booked a Deluxe Room Only Double Bed (without breakfast) for two night (04-06 Sep 2020) via Travel*ka and spent about 960k (±480k a night). The location of this property is close to Bogor Botanical Garden (Kebun Raya Bogor). Check in process went well. The WIFI speed was good. They provided two (2) key cards, one for power key and the other one as room key. The room was quite spacious and equipped with a double bed, a television, a desk, toiletries, towels, and a prayer mat/rug. You can see the street view from this room. They also provided refilled bottle for mineral water instead of mineral water in plastic bottle (reduced the usage of plastic bottles). Room was clean. However, the different condition was observed in bathroom, i.e.: - In the next day, when I refilled my mineral water bottle, I must go to the front office as my card cannot used for opening my room. - Yellow stain was observed in the lower surface of the wall next to the shower and in the inner surface of the toilet. - Dispenser of the body soap was out of order (They replaced with the new one in next day). - Water was trapped on the floor underneath the sink as the wall supporting the basin blocked the water flow to the drainage. Even though I tried to wipe the water by my foot to the drainage direction, the water is always flow back to its former position. As this is a 4-star hotel (marked by Travel*ka), I expected not to find those observations, especially in the bathroom. I did not feel comfortable while using the bathroom. Hopefully, the other guests did not experience what I did. I believe that there are accommodations in this area offering better services with lower cost.

Old design with newish facilities. Central location is a plus. But read on. The cleaning staff wear all black, which is not bad, but just now at 8am they (around 12 cleaning staff) sit around on the floor near the elevators. After cleaning rooms, in the afternoon they smoke and sit around in the stairs area. But they can clearly be seen chatting & smoking on the stairs when we are waiting for the elevators! And yesterday they threw away my personal special-purpose toothbrush! When I asked the Front Office to tell the cleaning staff not to throw away my personal toothbrush, a simple "Sorry" was all I got. Today I will keep ALL my personal belongings locked inside my bag in the room. Even my hairbrush. Food is okay and there is a nice view of the nearby mountain. There is no hair dryer in the rooms. TV Channels are limited, but you can watch FOX TV instead of the usual BBC or CNN. Would not recommend staying here.

The restroom was clwan, but looked rather old as there was yellowish color from the water on the toilet bowl. But the food was great with many options. The coffee was average, though. Too many sweet than savoury snacks. Overall, I think it was a good experience. Can't say anything about the rooms, though.
