A perfect place to have a company meeting/gathering, the hotel location perfect in Sentul area, easy access from exit tol, they have a huge outbound area in the backyard, perfect to have a team building activities here. The hotel room space just perfect, not too spacious, but perfect size, really love the fresh colors of the hotel ornaments, orange colors feels fresh and cheerful. The sales marketing, Mba Ririn was great, the banquet man, Mr. Ari was great too, the food was great, really love the fresh juice served every morning, definitely come back for family leisure.

The hotel is very nice.. Love the room.. And the service.. Many people stayed at here too.. Near the exit from toll road.. Problem is just the sidewalk in front of hotel.. Need maintenance from government..

Reasonable rate, good location, near exit toll, many sport activities to spend weekend family, i like the swimming pool, close by to aeon and ikea.

The staffs especially the housekeeper were so friendly. Although there were a few items in the room that looked untidy such as peeling vinyl, scuffed doors, overall the room was spacious and comfortable. Wide variety of breakfast menu was a plus. They also provides both big indoor and outdoor playground, atv, bicycle for free, and electric motorcycle for rent idr 75.000 for a day.

This hotel is near the exit tol of Sentul Selatan. One of compact and kids friendly hotel in Sentul. Your family can do many activities here. The room is quite spacious and comfort for parents with two kids.

I had sudden check in on last minute after went on hiking at Mt. Gede/ Pangrango. Service was great, thanks to the receptionist Mr. Raihan. Rooms are very standard, but it was very tidy and clean. Large and clean swimmimg pool. I had pleasant breakfast. Location is very strategic. Thank you, Harris Hotel

The hotel environment is so friendly and peaceful. It's whole staff is so helpful and corporative. I especially thanks one of them name Augustinus. He do our room cleaning everyday. He do superb job.

Decent hotel with comfortable rooms. There's plenty of space, a small cafe and buffet meals. The meals can become monotonous if you stay longer, but it was okay.

My go-to hotel whenever I go for concert in Sentul. The place is very strategic to SICC, its even near from toll exit. Staff service is amazing especially Dania who helped us during check ins. Totally recommended!!

Like as ussual all standard harris hotel, overall the room is clean, cold and fresh, the service staff is great they always friendly and helpfull, for embiance and place the have a space for outdoor activity, so you dont have to so worry for your outing activity... So keep the good work...

Great view, easy access, warm greetings, professional services. But, a view ornaments / item in the room might routinely checked, the furniture, walls, bathroom, bed, chair etc. Nevertheless, it's a great place to stay.

Closest hotel to toll road from sentul selatan gate, food is ok, room is quite clean even it looks modest. They have various facilities such as swimming pool, fitness center, meeting room. Still a good hotel in sentul selatan area

Really enjoyed having team meeting here during Ramadhan amidst the pandemic of COVID-19. Meeting room is excellent, completed with a big box of stationery. Food taste nice. Room is clean. Morning view in the sunny day is stunning from 8th floor. Children will love the play ground.

Clean rooms and bathroom. Cozy for the price. The city's climate was quite cold, so it was great that the hotel has many outdoor facilities and activities. There are swimming pool, kids pool, bicycle rent, ATV vehicle rent, etc. Also, my favourite was their essential oil burner in the room. :D Smells like orange verbena, cute.

A child-friendly hotel with quite complete facilities, from outdoor and indoor rides. Recommended for those who bring family. Even though it's quite far from the center of the crowd, malls and etc., but with a variety of existing facilities, you can feel satisfied.

The hotel is clean and super sunny. The room is comfortable and the other hotel facilities are awesome. The restaurant is the best with its tasty and fresh food, and lots of food variations. And they amazingly keep on reloading it quickly! Thanks to Mentari, Nurul, Fahri and also The Manager excellent services, our breakfast time is awesome! Totally recommended hotel! Before I was stay at Harris Sentul, I don't anything about this Hotel, I was stay there with my little family for 1 night, we arrived in the afternoon, the security was very nice, the front desk staff & F&B staff has shown thier high level of hospitality attitude, the room was very clean & tidy, swimming was awesome, my kids love it not only that, they have lots of facility that you need to spend your lovely day there, they have soccer field, shooting range, ATV adventure, ping pong table, Badminton field, indoor playground, fishing area, hobbit house, and also you can take your kids to have experience fidding the rabbits. Breakfast was very nice with lots of food served, I am sure if you stay there you don't need to go out from the hotel, EVERYTHING WAS THERE, all you need to do is just to enjoy your quality time with your family there.... Last but not least, many thanks to Mr. Yogie & the FB teams for your hospitality. Harris Hotel Sentul was the best option if you want to have best experiences spending your time with your lovely family, definitely I will go back again... See you soon....

The hotel need refurbishment in some part of the area. Room is okay, not too big thou, but need to be better in maintenance and cleanliness. Breakfast and lunch buffet need improvement in taste and also the variety of the food. Price to stay should be more competitive.

I had a pleasant stay. The service, comfort, food, amenities and facilities are all great. Very worth the price. Would recommend this hotel to any family out there for a short escape. There are plenty of activities: cycling, football, indoor&outdoor playgrounds, animal feeding 🥰

The rooms actually have nothing special, and are a little bit overpriced, breakfast also mediocre for a 4 stars hotel, but kids facilities are quite fun, they have rabbits, a soccer field, ATV, a small indoor and outdoor playground. Located near AEON Mall Sentul City is a plus for me.
