I came to this hotel because i expected it would be a child friendly hotel, the facilities i got here are child friendly, like the pool and the playground… but i dont think a child friendly hotel should have an event that stays late at night and put on very loud music and band which you can clearly hear it inside your room. I believe, this kind of situation is also uncomfortable for the family who bring their new born child to the hotel. So it was unpleasant stay for me and my family, i rather choose another hotel next time i visit Sentul.

We stayed on a weekend, booked a deluxe room thru Traveloka. It was not what we expected for a one-mill rupiah per night experience. It was not worth the money we spent. 1. We booked for a queen bed, but it wasn't available when we checked in, so we had to stay in a twin bed room. 2. TV remote control didn't work. Tried to call reception and house keeping but there was never an answer. We tried several times before we finally gave up before midnight. 3. No tissue provided in the room. We had to use the toilet tissue and bought tissue ourselves. Using Gojek/Gomart service is much faster than calling housekeeping. 4. No shampoo. For 1 mill per night, you only get two small bar soap. No liquid hand soap, no liquid body soap, NO SHAMPOO. 5. No hangers in the closet. How are we supposed to hang our clothes? 6. No adaptor provided for the electric kettle (it has three pin plug, not compatible with the power socket). Again, you can't ask for any help from housekeeping or anyone else, coz they were not available. 7. Hallway was gloomy, carpet looked dusty. They have platforms to hang decoration/paintings or whatever along the hallway, but they were left empty. Other points to ponder: 1. It's very easy to reach from IPSC toll exit. 2. There are many options for breakfast: rice and Indonesian lauk-pauk, chicken porridge, bubur kacang ijo, bubur ketan item, soto, egg station, fruits, bread, not many options for fruit juices. 3. It's really close to the circuit. You can hear the noise of motorbike racing. If you're looking for a quiet and serene stay, this place may not be the one. The best experience: The security officer of the lobby at the back was really helpful. We ordered stuff using Gojek, we're supposed to pick it up at the reception, but the security officer delivered the package right to our door. Thank you, Sir.

The location is good. The security is very help full. But the room & breakfast are miserable. Carpet is super dirty. Hall has no air con. Room was dirty. The air in the room is dirty. I ve booked two deluxe room, both are dirty and make me sneeze all the time. Totally not recommend. Please wash all your carpet and get rid all of the dust.

the location is nearby to the sentul circuit, the interior of the room is old, dusty, even the television isn't digital yet so it's not comfortable to watch at all. I also found a table lamp that had no cover on it. Unprofessional receptionist service, I ordered for the room to be cleaned and refil the tissue but it was not conveyed to the cleaning staff. Sorry not recommended

The hotel is a 4 star that have seen better days. It needs a lot of renovation to bring it back to it's former glory. The staff also not yet prepared for large groups since the lock down pretty much killed all events around the area. I just hope things will return and busy again so the hotel can return to it's tip top condition.

Actually not my very favourite hotel. 1. The room is kinda spooky. 2. The light in the hall is obscure. 3. Staff is not so friendly and not very reliable. They made people waiting in line because of poor service (lack of staff maybe but that's sucks). 4. I asked for bill and it took forever. 5. Somebody knocked my door at night for delivery food from the resto eventho I didnt even order it. Tbh it's creepy and I feel disturbed. 6. Long and dark way from the main road, so it's not very convenient if you enjoy night walk.

hotel lorin is an old hotel. the first time you enter, it smells bad. the bed is not good, dirty and there are lots of stains. the worst thing is the bathroom, when taking a shower there will be a pool of water caused by an uneven floor even after taking a shower and it looks like there is a clogged drain. the towels had a very strong bleach smell, and of course old towels. room service only made the bed and changed the towels, without cleaning the room, because the empty mineral water bottles that were left behind were not cleaned even the paper trash that was there was also not cleaned. there is no trash can in the room, the only trash can is in the bathroom. actually the location of the lorin hotel is very strategic because it is very close to the toll road and access is easy even though there are often traffic jams. the breakfast food has an average taste, nothing special, the tea is very strong. the advantage is that this hotel has a very large parking lot.

This supposed to be good hotel in good location with good facilities for family. However, room seems not maintained well. The lock for bathroom door was not functioned, the pillow need to replace with new one. And the rate was not attractive.

not recommended at all, for the price i do not think it was worth it, definitely uncomfortable with the rooms, it was dirty especially in all the corners, bed, and bathroom, the water kettle was dirty too, really seems like the room hasnt been cleaned in months or im afraid years, staff was pretty nice and the breakfast was good, location and view were interesting too, but still not a good experience for the room condition, will not go back

Room was tidy and clean. Have considerable amenities. I.e. soap, tooth brush ans paste amd even comb and room sandal. There are no bath tub but considering the price it is understandable. The service is courtious and friendly. The breakfast is ok. I would rate the food 7.5/10. Location is very close to Sentul circuit. During the day it can be a bit noisy since we can hear the motor or race car engine roaring around. Its not too loud but if you want to find place for sleep or resting, this may mot be a good place for you. But if it ia for business or doing fun around sentul it is a great place.

I REALLY HATE to leave a bad review. 1. The Air-Con not function properly. We complained several times and finally The techicians promised to fix the air con come after much complaining. 2. The room was damp, and unpainted. No tissue? Extra charge for a blanket? WTH?

The room is rusty, dark and small, desperately need refurbishment. Meeting room is standard but surely need more lighting. The hotel has quite descent foods, they taste flavorful despite limited option available. And since the hotel is located just next to Sentul circuit, don't expect a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

Book 2 rooms, very small, have requested poll view and granted, but got roof instead. Maintenance staff get in without prior notice with shoes on 😤

We enjoy the warm and hospitality of the staff. We enjoy various, great and delicious of brunch as well. The hotel provide some outdoor sport facilities and lush-green open yard.

Table was stained, there was a lot of ants on the table and also some around bed, shower knob broken and fell everytime we turned, bed sheet, pillow and towel quite smelly. The service was good, but I think hotel management need to monitoring the rooms cleaness.

Booking for lorin room but when we check in we got room at the syariah hotel. The toilet door knob was broke and the toilet cannot flush.

We stayed for 2 nights during Eid holidays, no complaints about their facilities, especially the pools that more like a Waterpark. The breakfast was nice, we had nasi goreng, mie goreng, omelet, and fruits. The two things that I didn't like were the smell of the bathroom (smells like sewage) and the hot water from the shower didn't last long.

I got here and got a non - smokig room but still I smell smoke. Though everything else is good. Facility, view, restaurant food, location, etc. It's litterally beside a race stadium🏟🏟

Strategic place, nearby motor circuit. Kids friendly, since lots of arena for kids such as kiddie pool, small indoor playground and outdoor playground. Breakfast quite complete and they arrange the time schedule for it. Luckily we’ve got free upgrade to deluxe room. Some of the rooms smells smoke and the toilet smelly. Hopefully the hotel management improve their cleanliness.

The room is nothing special, small and kind of dirty, the tv is also small, limited parking lot, breakfast so so, but the pool & playground is fun for the kid, that's the only plus for this hotel.

Friendly staff, dirty facilities. We had 2 nights meeting with different stakeholders, it was a below average experience, especially the room. Haunted Room (1/5). I had my bad luck, as I checked my colleague and they didn't experience the same thing as mine. My room at the 4th floor was horrible. The bathroom's door frame had chunks of wood missing, it was dirty, the sink had dust mixed with cobwebs all over, clogged toilet, broken shower (hot water's not working), ants at the sofa and tea area, makes you wonder if the staff ever clean the room but changing towel and bed sheet. TV unclear, I guess this is typical of analog tvs in West Java's hotel. The worst part is what I call the haunted shower. Pressure change in the plumbing had created a phenomenon in which the shower would turned on and off, on and off, every certain time. So you would hear trickles of water going on and off when you are sleeping at specific time. I'm not a superstitious person, but my room is could be the source of potential urban legend surrounding Lor In Hotel. I had 2 nights stay, but I decide to stay just 1 night because of this. Noise-leaks meeting room (2/5). all the equipments work well, however the ground floor meeting room was damp, stuffy, and smells of dust. they really need to clean this hotel, given the covid cleanliness and such. The 10th floor meeting roof is only separated with thin panels, so we can clearly hear noises from the other rooms. This is problemmatic especially if the other room is doing an employee gathering party. Abundant outdoor facilities (3/5). there's abundant of space in the outdoor to enjoy employee gathering activities, like large field, 2 swimming pools, children's wading pool, spa and gym. They are seemingly misplaced however, and not aesthetically integrated. There's potential to make it greater. The wedding installation to promote the use of the hotel is not very taken care, it's placed just like that, with no care whatsoever. My impression is that the owner of the hotel doesn't really care of the brand management of the hotel. Friendly Staff (5/5). Staffs are really friendly and very catering. Inconsistent Food (2/5). tough overcooked beef, ncie rice porridge, chewy potato fries, great cakes and fruit punch, it was too inconsistent. Unique Location (3/5). The uniqueness of this hotel is being located close to go-cart circuit and motorcycle circuit, so close you can hear the engine roaming around. Apart of this, there not much you can do as it is basically far from everywhere except the city of Bogor. There's not much to explore within walking distance really.

The room is quite spacious and the view is attractive, overlooking the circuit on request, thank you to the receptionist Marco. children are satisfied to enjoy the swimming pool facilities here. next time we will come back again

A big hotel just opposite the racing track. So, expect the sound of speeding machines when the sun is up. Room is clean enough although the pillow is a bit old. A hint of cigarette smell in our bathroom but not bad enough.

Very good and nice hotel. Just beside the centre of Sentul. I did booking this hotel as a surprise for the birthday of my wife. After instal of our room,I did bavk to the reception. I ask if it was possible to get fresh flowers in our room the next morning. Next day after enjoy our breakfast was the surprise there. The room was in the mean time decorated with fresh flowers etc. Later we did enjoy a perfect massage. After our diner,we did get a nice and tastfull cake from the hotel. My wife (and me) did realy enjoying our stay in this hotel. If we come back to Sentul for overnight,we know what hotel we booking
