The hotel is clean enough and cozy. What can be improved is the facility I think, like laundry or tools rent. It's puncak, people get wet here, so the laundry and hair dryer are must.

I Was born and brought up in Indonesia (10 years). But I'm originally from India. Whenever we go visit Puncak for vacation we only pick this hotel because its my family's favourite. Especially my dad, he loves this hotel soo much. I remember so much memories as a kid in this hotel. Loved the swimming pool. When I go back to Indonesia I will definitely stay here. Cheers!

Room was okay but the ceiling paint is peeling off a bit, one of the lamp there was broken but I don't really mind since there is another light bulb, the toilet was dirty, there's only 2 small trash bin one in the bathroom and one beside the closet, the cup that was given to us is dirty, but the room was cold but I slept feeling cozy, the room feels very comfortable, there's swimming pool too. The swimming pool is very chilly in the morning, there is slide too. So overall I'd recommend the hotel if the things above didn't bothering

Old hotel, swimpool clean, good location

It's a good place to bring family coz it's have a playground and kid's swimming pool. But the Hotels needs more attention and it would be great to have renovation. I gave 4 star coz sometimes the internet not connected properly and hot water not working. The room dirty, I move the sofa than I saw alot of rubbish.

Not really good for a hotel. The place looked old, the refrigerator leaked, no ac remote. The staff respond towards your complain was slow. The wifi was like gprs connection. No signal in your room. The worst thing of this place was the breakfast. I suggest you to not taking the breakfast package. On the other side, I like the quiet vibes, the not too cold environment, and the family friendly place. But, The price also quiet expensive compared with the facilities they give to us. Hence, I suggest you to stay in here if you want to have family time, but if you want to look for the entertainment, get the hell out from here.

Comfortable, fun, and good place to relax from our daily routine. Extremely good location because it's surrounded with a lot of mini marts, such as Alfamart and Indomaret, and also Gas Station. Food is not quite okay, though.

The roow was pretty nice, the bathroom with bath tub included seem old but quite clean. Its just 15minutes away to taman safari. You can find a merchandise and food market in front of the hotel. Restaurants and mini market are easy to find.

The officers are friendly, the facilities are quite good children's playground is also ok

The Television is not working, no signal, no channels, they just gave 1 glass and two mini minerals water for 3 guests, no tissue, no coffee no tea, really bad experience

I Think Best prices hotel on puncak have a pool, lot of parking space, room is spacious but unfortunately the hotel is old need improvement and sadly on this pandemic this hotel open only weekend.

The staff are good, room are average. No pool lighting hence cannot swimming at night. Try to aks and push the staff to get hill view room. Overall average services.
