The resort is near the Taman Safari and other good tourist attractions and restaurants in Puncak area. We had a pleasant visit here. The staffs were friendly and attentive. It was nice to walk around the resort in the morning and the view was amazing. Really recommended to spend our stay here with our couple, kids and even big family.

This hotel is a 4 star hotel. It has a fairly large area. The facilities in the hotel are also quite complete. There is a restaurant, outdoor children's play ground, children's play room, garden area, badminton and mini futsal play area, mini zoo, swimming pool and others. For children's swimming pools, the water is warm water. At this hotel there are also facilities for children to ride horses, flying fox and archery. The hotel lobby is very beautiful with openings looking out to the mountain views. There is a small pool and a stage area above it for sitting and taking photos which is very iconic. The room I stayed in was clean although not very spacious. It has a connecting door with my parents' room next door. The room also has a balcony, there is an electric kettle, coffee, tea and iron. The view from the room is very beautiful, directly facing the mountains. The breakfast menu is also complete and varied. There are even herbal medicines and Arabic food. The taste of the food is also delicious.

We are on a short trip to Taman Safari and looking for a place to spend a night, long story short we booked this place and were pleasantly surprised by how good the place was and how beautiful the scenery was. Their service is also top-notch. Shout out to the two baristas, also Okta and Yena were very helpful with their service. Definitely will return here again someday.

Een very fine room with balcony and a nice view. The airco works good, the bathroom is excellent. The breakfast is very elaborated and also nice for western people. The dinner was also of a high standard. Only: why does the restaurant puts the volume of the music so loudly? That loud music is more for a disco!

Rooms looks a bit old with recycled water bottle. I prefer during this pandemic unopened bottled of water. Service is not so good, staff in restaurant r not very friendly. They dont response when we ask and they do not help us as well. Lack of smile as well but some food are outstanding Location is perfect, facilities are okay.

For the price I got (1.1 mil) and their claim being 4-star hotel, this is definitely one of the worst establishment I have been into. The walls are so thin that I can clearly hear the couple next door screaming for two hours straight. The furniture are practically crumbling. There are stains on the bedsheets. The air conditioner barely works. With the particular price I stated, we received the lowest type of room (superior without breakfast). The hotel spiked up the price because there’s a wedding in a nearby resort. They even offered a 30% higher price than what I got for those who directly booked through them (I booked online through a traveling agent app). On top of that, our complaints were ignored completely, not even a single apology or any other attempt to alleviate our discomfort. All in all, avoid this place at any cost. Edit: ANOTHER REDFLAG: they replied this review quite fast and instructed me to contact them directly to give them the chance to turn our experience around??? We already DID. We complained directly to the front office and we E-MAILED them before writing this public review and no reply whatsoever until now, even after they posted the public reply. Seriously, stop your charade.

When I arrived, I asked the officer where to park the car. He directed me to go back outside and turn right. I followed his advice and found the parking lot. But after that I got out of the car, it was difficult to find my way to the lobby because there were no clear directions. In the Lobby, the duty manager named Oki S, was very helpful. When I arrived in the room, I came to the hotel around 10 p.m. I saw no tissue available at all, luckily my wife carried it in a bag. I got a room with a view to the outside that was not good, probably because I booked online. In the morning I walked around to see the hotel facilities. Some of the points that I saw, I didn't see any clear route of emergencies or fires. I didn't see any clear directions to go to certain places. But overall I enjoyed staying at the hotel.

I went there 2 times and I quite love it cause the place is very peaceful.good for holiday and spend time wth family or friend. Also have a nice cafe (lake) Also the staff is very friendly!! Recommend it.. I will come back again when I'm on holiday to Indonesia (bogor)

We were a big group of 150 rooms, both in Botanica and Pesona. The committee booked in advance, weeks before. On the D-day, we were only checked-in the rooms at 4.30 pm, instead of 2 pm. The AC was broken and we waited for 1 hour to get a new room. There was a long queue to get breakfast the following morning. The hotels were definitely not ready to cater big events. The worst experience!!!

Stay in Pesona Alam Villa's for 2nights, the villa is very nice and tidy, great amenities & excellent service. There's a private space area with the swimming pool view for guests. Generous breakfast with various choice of delicious foods, and great hospitality from the staff.

A pleasant stay for short getaway with beautiful view from our room. Only one thing to get noticed, the airco wasn't cold enough. Also thanks to miss Syiffa, a friendly staff at the restaurant who served us thoroughly during breakfast. We came with a big group of family and no doubt we made a lot of mess but she kept being professional and served us patiently. Thumbs up!

It was a rather peaceful and nice experience. The hotel located deep inside a complex. We spent 2 nights in a villa, the rooms, equipments, and amenities were impeccable. The facilities provided are enough and can be enjoyed by families (elderly and children). The only thing that was lack of is we have to wait for >30 mins for check in. Other than that, the service was okay.

Basically the location is near Taman Safari, unfortunately on the weekend the traffic is unpredictable, but you can go through alternative roads (near vimala hills). The pool is not too big, but the facilities are quite complete. Nice weather with the fresh air. Good place to go with family.

Overall for the view it's very cool and fresh, my room very clean. All the staff hotel was amazing, special thanks for Mas Randianto (housekeeping), nice and so friendly. For the food very delicious and many kinds menu at the Resto. Very recommended ❤ thank you Pesona Alam.

Great facilities and friendly staff. View from the hotel is incredible. 3 stars because small selection of breakfast hot beverages and they would charge if you choose different tea/coffee brand than offered. Laundry charges were too excessive.

Umm...under maintenance room, no prior verbal confirmation on the needs of rapid antigen (despite other 5 star hotel only needs vaccine card). Come for wfh but mood already ruined seeing the under maintenance room...though so far great service, but other review suggest me not to go to their minizoo bcs their animals are treated inhumanely (horse tied up without break cant even sit). No info book in room ?? Broken lamp, broken ceiling on terrace. Broken floor .

Best place for family staycation. Been here 2 nights and not disappointed, but i think you might have to more ready if guest want to check in. Because when we got there, our Aqua is empty, tv don't want to turn on. But overall staff is very helpful and nice, facility good. Thank you, absolutely we'll go back again here

Pesona alam resort located at cisarua, so close to taman safari. And as a guest, we got voucher discount 10% to enter taman safari. This resort is beside the botanical sanctuary hotel. The view from hotel is very good, some restaurants inside the location.

Great hotel near taman safari indonesia. The room is clean and spacious. The dinner buffet was awesome! Unlimited goat meat was epic, there is even wagyu meat. Same experience for breakfast, i have no complaints. Facilities are complete, there is a gym, swimming pool, and recreational room.

The resort is located in a forest where beautiful plants and trees surrounds it in a mountainous area. The service is very good. I'm happy with the villa that I stayed at. It is clean, good smelling, and well furnished. The restaurant is good as well. They offer many cuisines. You can do many activities in this resort besides relaxation and recreation . The staff is so friendly and cooperative. I really like it .

Family-friendly hotel and the area is wide, and even it requires using different lift to navigate through the guest room to other facilities. A simple yet crucial appliance, i.e. iron is available. But unfortunately, the freezer is not cool enough. It also would be better if there were more than 1 trash can and also an ash tray.

Spent 4 days 3 nights for family vacation. The villa and its surrounding landscape are well maintained. The staffs really responsive and ensured we felt comfortable during our stay. The foods at hotel are quiet expensive, so we order online from the nearby hawkers for tea time snacks. And worth mentioning that you are allowed to cook at the villa. I recommend the place and will return here in the next vacation.

Nice hotel just 3 hrs from busy Jakarta suitable for a quiet getaway. Hotel is kids friendly with kids room, Swimming pool, playground and TRAMPOLINE! They also hv an adjacent large ballroom and meeting room suitable for company retreats too

I requested a king size bed but they gave me 2 twin size bed and pull them together as one. When I asked them they said it based on their availability. TBH never happened to me in other hotels esp 4 stars. The bed sheets also has stain although not smelly. However, I was too tired to complain. Drinking water was given in glass bottle and not in plastic bottle with certain brand as we usually get from hotels. At one point it is good to reduce plastic waste but the quantity is less comparing to the normal water given by other 4 star hotels that I have ever been to. I also asked for upgrading room ( of course pay for it) but they said no more room available. Seems that this hotel is very popular and in high demand. The air is quite comfy, not too cold and not hot during the day. It also has nice view in the morning and at night from the lobby area. We paid for BBQ night package and the taste of the food was nice as well as for the breakfast. I can say the taste was quite bold in seasonings. We can also walking around the area surrounded by pine trees which was nice for me. The pool are too small for adult and not heated. The heated pool water only for kids and it also too small. The shape of the pool is not square. However if you have kids, they have playgrounds and still in good condition.

If your main destination is taman safari, then this is the best place to spend the night after. Near and have a great view. I go with my family and lot of kids friendly activities. The breakfast is great, all the food are delish and fresh. Their coffee ? I like it. Looks like its from bengawan solo coffee of i'm not mistaken. Spacious parking at the back and there great restaurant nearby just in walking distance.

Excellent place for staycation, the view and weather are really nice. Meeting room is comfortable. The service is really great, one of the staffs named Mr. Randianto was really helpful if my roommate and I need help or additional things

Our must stop hotel when visiting Taman Safari. Quite crowded, so need extra effort to get swift services from the hotel during peak season, but the garden is very well maintained, and we can really enjoy "Pesona Alam" here. Will be better if the menu in the room service is improved and provide breakfast service to the villas.

The best villa.. Pinus tree.. fresh the air.. the mountain view so amazing.. barbeque on the side swimming pool.. buggy car.. Lunch at the lake house.. all it's perfect for refresh n recharge my day 🦊🌻🌷🦋

The Villa is cozy. Not too sophisticated, yet nice.

A very nice, clean hotel. Full buffet breakfast was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful surroundings with landscaped gardens, horse riding, ATV rides, archery. The Lake Haus restaurant was a very relaxing venue. Will definitely be back.

Nice place, very good breakfast. Healthy atmosphere. But the rate is high when I go there due to in peak season period. However, overall it's good place for stay cation with your family.

All the staff, gardener, security is so nice and polite. Room is clean, place is wonderful, mountain view with a chirping birds at the morning, what a perfect resort for relaxation. Really quiet and far away from traffic sound. Ohya, there's a restaurants and coffee spot at this area.

I have to give it a 2 star because i experienced a major security issues. But the management is responsible and gave complimentary stay. Apart from the problem i had, everything else are good. Good for kids with many facilities such as warm water pool and playground. The hotel complex is big, good to have a morning walk.

Staying 1 night in deluxe corner view room (upgraded from deluxe mountain view, thanks! :) Good option for those looking to just stay in the room and enjoying mountain view. Spacious balcony. Make sure you book at least Deluxe type of you come for the view. If not, Superior also ok. The place also have diverse facilities for kids: pool, playground, badminton, mini golf, petting farm. Good distance from Taman safari, and road access is good. Recommended :)

Rooms ok but a bit old fashioned. I dont really like recycle bottle of water in rooms. In the time of pandemic, we prefer clean new unopened bottle. In term of service, staff is not friendly at all, esp in restaurant. Not responding to question, no smile even they look irritated when we ask questions. Pool is too small. The only good thing here is location and the view. Food is okay, especially soto betawi and bubur. The rest are so so

Best accomodation in cisarua puncak so far.. of course kids choice for warm pool and jacuzzi with best view. The architecture was nice ,the rooms is neat, garden for kods and great buffet..definitely will comeback

A true healing place 🧘‍♀️ Where you can be together with nature. We enjoyed the morning walk thru the surrounding forest breeze, get some fresh air for your city-polluted lungs 😁 Rooms are okay and clean. Some of the equipments in the room can be improved. We have a broken trash bin in the bathroom so it is quite uncomfortable to open-close the lid manually. The toiletries also not quite I expected to be for a resort with a spa. The bath gel and shampoo are quite standard, maybe the hotel can upgrade them a bit to promote the spa. Breakfast is tasty and with wide spread of food variety. Your family will not be bored staying inside the hotel or roaming around the hotel complex as there are plenty facilities to entertain your kiddos so this is a truly family-resort at it best!

We stayed at Pesona Alam for a night. The location is easy to find. It's close to Taman Safari. The room is clean. Food is good. There are many activities that children can do at the hotel. Check in & check out process is fast. The staffs are very helpfull. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

I didn't made any prior reservation since I went directly to hotel as I decided to change the hotel on last minute that day. The nature landscape is amazing and well maintained for a hotel in puncak. The view from lobby was very nice and the check-in/check-out process was quick (eventhough no reservation). The room was ok. Had issue with the bathroom as the water was flooded but they fixed it the next day. Had dinner at Bayan restaurant which the food and services were superb. Ordered 4 different meals and all were delicious. Dessert were outstanding (banana pop & choco coconut delight). However, had 2x buffet breakfast in same restaurant but was dissapointed with the variety and quality of the food (porridge was too salty, too many middle east food that no one was interested). Enjoyed the view, jogging, activities (tried all: atv, archery, shooting, horse riding, mini golf - multiple times). Tried all the two resto/cafe there and all food was ok, not great but the view was breath taking. We definitely will come back soon and already gave recommendations to my friends that they have to come here. Well done. Hopefully you can maintain/improve the quality of the hotel facility.

The room is a bit worn out. The beds are very uncomfortable, not recommended if you have backache. The towels and bed sheets are old with permanent stains. The view is OK not the best mine was overlooking the carpark, the playground and the mountains. The breakfast has a wide selection. Room service is good answer all my needs.

The Botanica Sanctuary is a good place to getaway. They have jacuzzi, warm pool for children on the rooftop. Many parking lot and shuttle to lake house restaurant.

Returning stay with family this time, took 3BR villa. it exceeds our expectations, kids had a blast, parents also enjoy the views and clean environment. shout out to Bima that helped us with smooth check in and went beyond with his hospitality, well done. Locations is perfect if you have kids and visiting safari. I suggest to take 2 nights if you are going to visit safari. Breakfast and facilities are great

They earn that 4 star rating through and through. The resort is located very close to Taman Safari Indonesia (perhaps around 10 min drive) and it is within an estate. So it's still about 5 min drive away from the entry gate. It is linked with Botanica Resort, a 5 star resort and nearby the place there are Club Huis and The Lake House that you can visit if you want to have some western meal or light bites. One night stay definitely won't be enough here as they have plenty of facilities and activities complimentary to your stay. They have hot water pool (for kids), ping pong table, karaoke (for Fri-Sun only), Game Console, Billiard, Mini Golf, Bicycle for free rent, and so many more. You can also take a horse ride within the complex, try on archery, do some planting, spa, and many other activities with a reasonable additional fee. The hotel also provides you with free shuttle service around the complex so you don't need to get on your car to look around or if you want to go to the cafe for example. The room is good. I'd say their bathroom is awesome. Big mirror inside. One part of the sofa that we had was kind of mushy. They provide you with extra pillow and iron in each room which is super nice. Overall, no complain on the room or the service at all. The staffs are also very affable. Plenty of middle eastern guests and Indonesian families when i came. And they seemed to anticipate that based on the menu they provided for their breakfast line. Breakfast menu is very extensive. You can get anything from the Indonesian basic comfort breakfast such as bubur ayam, to middle eastern fallafel and biryani, to sushi, dim sum, etc. FYI, the Banyan Restaurant inside the resort specializes in Indonesian Cuisine. Parking is plenty, although the place is rather hidden, but the staffs will direct you to it. All facilities are quite well maintained. Overall, very satisfied with my stay there. One of the best stays i've had.

Room is clean, good if you bring children along plenty of outdoor playground. There are 2 pools, shallow one is hot. Parking can be a challenge during busy time.

Nice *4 hotel, Located near Taman Safari Indonesia. Services from staff are good. Have kids playground, sport area, and kids club. Foods are good also, i love the coffee! Please pay attention in the adult swimming pool, there are some rocks that can bit hurt your feet. Also, the stair pattern are same with the floor. If you do not pay attention, can hurt your foot.

My experience at this place was really great! The service was amazing. The most beautiful thing is that everyone from the workers are always very kind and smiling. Especially mister Ridwan from the coffee bar. He always putted a smile in our faces. We enjoyed it so much, we really think about coming back for another great experience here.

Perfect place to stay! At first, I didn't get a room like what I expected and told the CS. Good response, I moved to such a great room, worth the price. Various menu for breakfast, and smooth checkout process by Rachel. I promise myself to back with my family, together with my newborn baby.
