As other reviewers said, not worth 700k+. Firstly, the staff weren't friendly. No smiles were offered during check-in. The room we stayed in was Deluxe King and we paid 760k. On the surface the room looks clean enough. However at night time, I had an allergy rash all over my body, which I never get when I stay at hotels above 3 star. Usually I get it from dust in the blanket or insect bites. Bed bugs, perhaps? I couldn't sleep for most of the night since I would wake myself up, scratching. There was also a lingering smell in the room before the AC turned on, which is not an experience we commonly encounter at nice hotels. Before I was able to finally fall asleep, I thought to myself "Well, the breakfast tomorrow better be good." ...It wasn't. Breakfast was severely lacking in variety and unappetizing. I was surprised to see there wasn't any chicken or fish option available. Really? Instead, they only serve squid in black ink and 'paru goreng' as their meat option. Sausages are basic staple food you'd expect at every buffet breakfast, but you won't find it in this one. Is this a 4-star hotel or warteg? Actually, saying that would be an insult to wartegs. Any warteg will have better cooking and breakfast variety than this hotel! There is no vegetable option other than the soto. You can get fried tofu and tempe, but they overcooked the batter and it was hard to chew. The omelette bar was passing, but hardly professional standard. And don't let me get started on the state of the cutlery. When we wanted to get spoon and fork it was empty and they did not refill the cutlery for a long time. We ended up eating with a porridge spoon and no fork or knife. When we went to get cereal, there was no bowl available and it wasn't refilled immediately either. So we had to use porridge bowl all the way from the other side. The plates weren't in good condition, a lot of them had a permanent stain. This hotel isn't worth the amount of money I paid for it. In fact, even if I had only paid half the money I did, I would still be left feeling cheated. Too bad because the hotel actually has a decent location and nice interior, but it's been let down by awful, awful management. We've been to several other Horison hotels in Indonesia with no issue, but this experience has put us off Horison hotels entirely. We will not be coming here again.

“Not too kids friendly on weekdays and staff’s attitude can be improved” First impression was good, the hotel is located very well and have spacious space. Upon check-in, they upgraded our room to executive room which is more spacious. But the joy stopped there. The executive room has only 1 bed, queen size, while we ordered twin bed, so definitely smaller bed. At night then we realized that the lights were too few and dim, so uncomfortable to read or work. Then, there’s no bedside electrical plug, in fact only 1 plug in the room for the TV, and none in living room area, so weird for a modern hotel. I said it’s not kids friendly because there’s only 2 pools, each 140cm and 40cm, nothing in between, which means my kids cannot swim comfortably (their heights 110-120cm), and they charge breakfast for kids above 6 y.o. We asked for room service instead but have to argued before they finally granted it. The problem is there was no option w/o breakfast when I made the booking, so I have to pay for the breakfast and so automatically I have to pay additional for my kids (unless I leave them in the room which doesn’t make sense). I know rules are rules, but does it make sense to get bad customer experience because of small matters? Food taste are also a bit plain, and fruits are not so fresh, part of the reason why I was reluctant to pay additional fee. They have outbound area which is a treat to kids, but it’s not maintained well, the woods looks rusty and fragile. It’s an okay hotel for me, not too bad, but there are other 4-star hotels better than this around the area, I don’t think I will come back.

Invited by a relative. They got nice big room. Situated on a fave road for weekenders - Ciawi-Puncak.

The room was nice, large and spacy. There's even a piano but when I was playing it, I was rudely asked to stop. No hospitality at all. One year ago I was staying here and playing it, and it's fine. I think it's the staff that need to be educated. The cutlery also seems a bit old for a four star hotel. Some three star hotels use 18/0 or even 18/10 cutlery. This hotel uses some not-so-good cutlery.

Love the view of the mountain from my balcony. The room is big, clean and has nice amenities. This hotel is very recommended for family and children, they have a playroom, outbound area, and mini zoo.

Got a nice room at 11th floor clean n neat. But i don't think they're ready to serve the breakfast on the first day of NY 2022. 1:100 The food taste so awful, the quality food is definitely not a four star hotels standard. Even they've ran out of mineral water and else, the glass is still dirty and oily, too crowded and we need to wait to get our meals. We pay for 1,5 million for a night is ok, but i expect a better quality service for the breakfast. Won't come back again, very disappointed.

I think they upgraded my room if I'm not wrong. The room is very spacious and clean, and the lighting is good for work. The bathroom is equipped with showers and various amenities.

The hotel is so good, i’m lucky to have experience staying in this hotel because of work. F&B is delicious, nice services, big and cozy room. Only the air conditioner is leaked and need to be repaired. Additionally the service is so niceee, look at this cute message even though i’ve came here for a business trip😍👍

The hotel is okay for decent price. The rooms are nice, but the swimming pool makes my skin red and itchy. The location is kinda bad, it is located near the neighbourhood.

Got a good view from the balcony. There are also many street food and restaurants around the hotel if you want something else to eat or need souvenirs

We ordered 3 Junior Suite but room confirguration is different with one of the rooms and not very consistent. One of the rooms has more chairs to sit around than the other. Balcony was not mop. There-fore going out to the balcony is not an option. A pity when the view was really good

Good price for value. The staff were very friendly and responsive from before our check-in untill we checked-out. Good cleanliness throughout the hotel area. Convenient location, easy access from the nearest toll-gate. Plenty of other option for dining outside. We stayed at a family suite and its spacious for two adults and two children. The room was simple with an apartment/condominium-like interior. The breakfast menu were varied and tasted good. Convenient restaurant space and ambience. One think to note is the pool did not have a warm water facility, so the water is quite cool in the morning and in late afternoon.

The staffs were nice and helpful. The access isn't far form exit ciawi. There are lots of activities for kids. Also there are many local resto around hotel. The hotel location is strategic, such as hospital, markets, police station not far from hotel. For the hotel room (junior suite) was spacious. The room was clean enough but i found a snack (piece of chips under the table). If you're planning on going there or any hotels, always check upon arrival.

My stay at Horison Ultima Bhuvana Hotel was truly remarkable. The warm and inviting ambiance, along with the attentive and friendly staff, created a memorable experience. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The hotel's outstanding amenities, including the rooftop pool and restaurant, added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Its convenient location caters perfectly to both business and leisure travelers. I highly recommend the Horison Ultima Bhuvana Hotel and eagerly anticipate my next visit.

Overall good 👍🏻 Lucky me got free upgrade to this room. Somethings that need improvements are the foods and parking lots.

nice place and the staffs were very welcoming. quite shocked by the kids playing in the pool early on saturday morning -- not sure if they were visitors or the pool is indeed open for public. the food was alright but the cakes were easily the winner. probably should've bought some home. aside of everything, i am loving the view and easy access from toll road.

It was a great stay. Our room was sparkling clean, spacious and had balcony with pool view and a mountain. The interior also nice. The outdoor playground and the swimming pool was good. Try to swim in the morning, because it usually raining in the afternoon. The food was 7/10, ordered pasta carbonara and mie Tektek but the mie tektek is a bit too salty for me. I ordered for room service but it took so long, so we ate at the restaurant instead. The staff was friendly and there's one staff were really helpful, her name is Winda, I gave her 10/10 for helped me with something. Thanks Ms/Mrs. Winda from the receptionist.

Honest review: Not worth 700k+ hotel at all. Staff play their phone all over the place, Lack of smile from staff (multiple of them not friendly), food was bad 5 out of 10, no complains for bedroom. Lot of 500k hotel are better than this hotel. You’re welcome!

Overall good experienxe its a new hotel 2019 just right before corona. Too bad the breakfast was not tasty but the service was good, the staff are very helpful and hospitable and the room is clean. I think they are still not done with renovation as the roof top cafe is not ready yet

the rooms are good, the sheets and bed covers are stained (perhaps it is a stain that cannot be removed if washed), the mattress is comfortable (king koil) but there are some drawbacks: - the taste of the food in the restaurant is not so good, if you order food in the room, order will come 45 minutes later. Housekeeping is in a hurry to clean the room so there are some parts that are not cleaned. they don't have a schedule for which rooms have been cleaned and haven't , because from morning to evening there is no house keeping coming to my room to clean so i have to request to the receptionist

I had a lovely stay here with my family. The staffs were friendly. The room was clean and neat. My son really enjoyed the park and seeing some animals provided by the hotel. It was really fun. What suprised me the most was the quality of the food. We ordered pasta carbonara, nasi bakar, and mie tek tek by room service, and each cost around 25-35k and they were really tasty. They also had various kinds of food for breakfast. We also enjoyed the pool, although it wasn't a warm pool. Overall, we'd love to go back.

🫤 The resort was actually very nice and comfortable. Unfortunately, I had to give two stars for the service since was very poor and disappointing. 😠 Stayed for 2 nights. We thought that we would get the whole villa but it’s actually a quarter of a main building with 4 rooms within. 🫤 I booked a suite. Initially when I first arrived, I occupied a second floor room. But first I made illfeel directly with a room key that could not be locked from the inside because the key was broken. Then, I finally moved to the lower room right in front of the pool. But, again I was disappointed...
