Stay 1 Night on a Tulip Superior Room and the room was huge. Plus: Great balcony with synthetic grass covering the balcony floor. If you decide to book a room here for 2 then I suggest pick the tulip superior or at least tulip deluxe, coz the other room looks a bit creepy especially after sunset. Two thumbs up for tulip superior room. It's huge for that kind of price. Minus: 1.No telephone in room. 2.Receptionist located hundreds meter far away from room. I suggest asking for whatsapp or contact number for receptionist before check in, in case you need anything. 3. The view looks a lil bit creepy at night because lack of lighting around. 4. Lack of employees to handle a resort that big. 5. You have to call the receptionist to deliver the breakfast, otherwise no breakfast coming in. 6. No cable tv. 7. I suggest use a motorcycle to drive around, because the roads are not friendly to cars.

The romm spacious. Family friendly. Great view. Warm staff. Communiative staff. Only need to improve the amenities. Not every roon get electric cattle.

When I checked in, the checked in process was smooth and fast. The place is greenery place and very relaxing. Just need to remember the place is also using for camp and gathering for a huge group. That case will be noisy at night with the group who has their activity. When I checked in, my room was full of dust and ants like they didn't clean it properly before I arrived. I called housekeeping, and the start cleaning plus needs to change the light bulb (which they should check it before I come) and I checked in at 17.00 that is already late for check in any way. When I was already in the room, the staff came to my room and asked for the payment. I told them i would pay with card and he didn't bring the EDC machine to swipe my card. I said to him I would come back to reception and spend when I am going out in 30 min. The staff insisted on taking my ID for a guarantee (i mean, is not my mistake that they forgot to ask about the payment upon check-in, and now I need to give my ID to them). The need to understand about security reason about ID. There is no telephone in the room, so you need to ask their WhatsApp number upon check-in if you need anything, because the room to the reception is quite far. They will deliver your breakfast around 8 am to your room. I am pretty much enjoying the place.

I am writing the most valid review, in order to make the Cansebu management could improve: 1. You know abandoned building...well this is worse, dark, fungi, moss, everywhere. 2. Damped air, worse air circulation, fan is clogged by thick dust. 3. Zero cleanliness, especially the worst part of the room, yes, the shower/toilet indeed. Drain was clogged, most probably with sand/hair or whatever... 4. Do not trust the pics in the ads...that was most probably years and years ago. 5. Not sure if there is staff around, dirty plates, wares, abandoned trash all around 6. Again, dirty water on the pool, no maintenance. Well, if i can give input, just do small rework on the theme, to spooky building, uka uka, or uji nyali, the place is already on the correct path. *you have huge potential area for doing hospitality business, loan your capital investment from a bank* Cheers

Lovely place, friendly staff but not all rooms are comfortable

Nice place to stay. They have swiming pool for children and for adult. But not easy to access especially on weekend. The road is extreme...

I cant recommend this hotel for you guys, because the service is so bad and between the pic and the real condition is really different.

As a school camper here, we stayed for 4 days 3 nights. The campsite is separated into different parts and areas (e.g. Tent area is different from the playing area) but it won't take a long time to walk from one area to another. The bathroom is decent because it has no dirts, the water is clean and cool and as a campsite it is something you can be comfortable with. The tents were big too, it can fit maximum of 5 people and has a height of about 1.8m from it's base. And for additional fun, there are outbound activities available & a football court. 4 days 3 nights completely worth it.

the road access to location is quite far from the main road, the road is damaged with holes and extreme uphill roads, but the resort is quite good, the building is old and not maintained, the children are happy to be here with the outdoor facilities from the resort.

The access is quite challenging, the place is nice but not so clean. This place was meant for family, there is a decent Swimming pool,and play area. Well you can try for a new experience. Also the receptionist place and the room is in different location.
