It's great for 2 stars hotel. I booked for family room + superior room for family vacation. Plus : staff are so friendly, located near main street but it's not noisy. You can easily find convenience store and food around the hotel. Minus : toilet lil bit smelly, bed sheet yellowish, and the AC place is not in the center of the room. Also under the bed not so clean. The location near Cimory Dairyland and the weather still hot here.

Good family room that suits our need travelling with elderly and kids. Very delicious simple breakfast (We had ketupat) with a number of choices of menus. Affordable room service menus. A small clean swimming pool good for kids and a bit of stretching. Affordable cozy hotel with lots of facilities nearby. Oh.. And free karaoke.. Thats the real bonus for me.. :)

The location is nice, and the roomboys were extremely helpful and friendly. The front desk staff wanted to charge us a full price (Rp125k) for a kid aged 8 yo and half price (Rp75k) for a child aged 2 yo to enjoy the new year dinner. Decided not to get the dinner in the end. The view is good, I love the koi pool and the garden. The playground is dull. They have slide, swing and a small house for kids to play pretend, but the color was woody brown. I think it should be more colorful. Oh by the way, the fence around the playground makes it looks like a chicken coop, especially with the tall and unattended grass around it. The swimming pool is pretty nice, although I personally think that the kids swimming pool is way too small, not attractive, and it was crammed right in front of the window of a standard room. It was very dirty. Maybe it will be better if they don't have it at all. We ordered family room, but what we got seemed like a standard or superior room which was crammed with 3 single beds. The light switch and electrical plug was located right behind the bed. So we need to move the bed first to be able to use the plug or when we wanted to switch on/off the light. Oh and there were about 5 ants on the bed. The bathroom glass door slide was broken as well, and it was smelly. The TV channel was very limited. The wifi was terrible, didn't have connection at all from our room (105). Breakfast is fine. At least they didn't charge more money from us for having an 8 yo and a 2 yo joining the breakfast. Although it could be better actually. The rice and french fries was already cold although it was only 7.30 in the morning. The big plus of the hotel is the friendly staffs. They quickly gave us some fish food when the kids wanted to feed the koi. However, I don't think we'll go back to this hotel.

Good location, near to many famous please, in front of hote there is mini market

Hotel is quite good, there is a swimming pools for kids to enjoy and rooms are clean. Also we were especially nicely welcomed

Affordable and worth the money. Not well mantained, water heater didn't work well I guess. It only provide too hot, or too cold, not warm water as we expected. Room was veeeerry small, came with coffee & tea but no electric jug!! They only gave us an insulated bottle which could only be used for 1 time serving. Overall, I appreciate the good and friendly service.

Very satisfied with the hotel, the room is clean, the bathroom also is clean. The bell boy very helpful, he right away took our luggage to the room. The building is not old and well maintained. I will come back to stay later

the hotel is on the edge of a main road, many convenience stores around the hotel. Hotel has a clean, family friendly and comfortable atmosphere.

I booked the hotel out of the blue due to some unfortunate events but surprisingly the hotel is good. The room is not too big but comfortable and clean. The bathroom is clean and has water heater. They offered welcome drink and breakfast. The amenities are tootbrushes, toothpastes, and soap. They also have tea and coffee in the room. But most of all, they have excellent staffs and service! Always very responsible, responsive, and helpful. I think I will go back to this hotel one day if I ever need to stay around Cipayung again :)
