I was extremely disappointed with this location and my expectations were severely let down. Sure, the activities are varied and the views are beautiful, but those lost its worth for me when my family and I were met with poor and unorganized management. What's the point of owning and running a beautiful campsite/adventure site if you don't know how to manage it. The management was lazy and unpredictable. Do better, because every costumer expected so.

Nice hospitality and kids pleasure facilities. Suggest to arrive right by check in time because very less likely to get an early check in unless you plan to spend time to enjoy their another facilities. I arrived 11.30am and have to wait until 2pm to check-in but unfortunately still cannot get into room until 2.40pm. Hope this is an improvement areas they will pay attention to, to ensure positive experience of every guest. Thank you

Thank you for the hospitality.. staying 1 night here but the memories will stay forever.. kids corner on Sunday is a unique breakfast menu.. definitely will be back here again. Despite the hotel name is Jeep Station but this is a family hotel.

We spent one night at JSI on weekday, arrived at 9pm but no staff to greet the guest on lobby, just 1 receptionist, during that time was not crowded,and nobody elses beside me. We consisted with two adults (me and my wife) and 1 toddler+1 baby, yet we we're given the high floor type, with steepest ladder to reach the room 😂😂😂 Whats makes funny is nobody to guide us to the room, or simply ask to bring our luggage, we bring 1 big suitcase koper, 2 medium sized bag, 2 goodybag, only security came with motorcycle and who drove fast, so fast that we could catch and lost the sight, eventually well have to find our way to the room. Also the room is faraway from the lobby(room:gladiator,were ok with that) but since nobody to guide us we had to find our way to the room, and THERES NO SIGN, NO DIRECTION, low lighted, No body to ask and some of the road are designed to Jeep type only. After we arrived the security just pointed our room and left us without single words,before he left,i had to ask which way to go to the lobby, 😂😂😂. So then i drag my 15kg suitcase with 1 bag(since my wife stay with my childs), onto the second floor through steepest ladder ive seen in such a resorts.its so consuming, also once i reached the room i decided to change the room by made a phone call to the receptionist and guest what? I rang 4 times and no answer. We heading back to the lobby, and of course with confusing way, with no light, no direction, no sign, no map. I rushed to the receptionist to change the room, thank good he was very helpfull, but still he told us that no body to guide us to the room, the staff just wait infront of the room, which is funny. 🤣 The second room is ok, there are some of the ripped wallpaper or limited TV channel but for me its ok. My concerned was theres no brochure, no book, no menu inside the room. Its funny that we had to ask the kitchen staff whats menu available ,image the chef told every single menu and describe it like WT*😂 Heres my summary 1.Put your staff infront of the lobby to help the guest 24 atleast 1 staff, I know these hotel are meant to be an adventure themed, but that doesnt mean downgraded the standart hospitality, do you expect to guest getting lost or injured while bringing their on stuff in their hotel? Educate them to guide your guest to their room, and make sure your room is fine, check the electricity, hot water, TV, wifi, then ask "is there anything I can do sir?" 2.PUT SIGN AND DIRECTION, for god sake your resorts is so huge, and many of the road are meant to be used only for jeep and atv. How hard it is to put traffic sign and traffic direction to the room? 3.i know that put book, menu, brochure or map inside every room on resort is a massive cost especially after pandemic hits. But how hard is it to make BARCODE on sticker available to every room that linked to your GOOGLE DRIVE ACCOUNT where you can put PDF / JPG file that consisted with MAP of the resort, Book with emergency number,resort facilites and TV channel, also food menu. Even of you dont have, Its not that hard/needs to break the bank to pay some of the graphic designer and IT to make those stuff. I do appreciate : 1.very delicious breakfast with so many variaties 2.very high internet speed ,which is odd why they dont put android box/android TV instead of giving us local channel 3.clean and neat places also many things to do with my family like feeding the ostrich, chimps and deer. 4.fresh air Its sad to see these resort potential must be hindered with some issues

Rooms are nice, we had the Rubicon with two bedroom. Staff are nice and responsive when we had problems. We tried to order from restaurant, but our call was rejected multiple times. Thankfully, we can visit the lobby and had nice dinner there. The Rubicon have some cooking utensils, you can bring your own food and cook here, although there's no soap to wash the dishes. Room facilities also complete. Overall, it's a nice visit with family.

In general the place is pretty good, clean and well-organized. However the area is a little bit isolated from the main road and the access is a little bit difficult. The management is not responsive about room inquiries as I was promised check in time at 2 pm but the room wasn't ready until 3.45 pm (although they apologized for it). There are also loud mosque prayers at early hours (around 4 am) from the nearby area which woke me up from my sleep. The water heater at both of my bathrooms were also not working at all.

Their hospitality is super! Food : taste and variety are ok. Minus: hot water sometimes may be rather tricky but u can call the technician and they will help. Buy a spa package and can enjoy jaccuzi, warm water pool and sauna. This is our choice of short escpae.

We have a new experience in staycation at JSI Resort. With a good view and landscape, convenient villas, and satisfying food. We also got many discount for activities. Thank you for all performance in Jeep Show too, so entertaining 👍. JSI Resort have excellent staff,even housekeeping too. Also the approachment from General Manager when we got a little bit accident. We really appreciate it. For a little suggestion: Hope you can change the water heater unit in Rubicon villas, often malfunction because it never happened in Hummer villas. Provide water dispenser in Rubicon villas, doesn't need the hot & cold one, regular water dispenser is alright. Last, bathrooms in Rubicon villas, some of them not in perfect condition. I know it can be fixed. I hope you do. Thank you very much JSI Resort, you gave us great experience and will be back again. We will.

Tried d container types, love d experience but upstairs room consist of 3-4 pax with metal stairs next to us, they've been running up n down often until 2am, cant complain, later they said groups of people have events there🙈 no phone connect to front office! Have bugs in d bathroom n ants on d bed.. we got uprade to glamping area for additional 300k... ok nice new room in d adventure site but d noise couldnt let us sleep peacefully as we came here to rest😥. Breakfast great!

Got myself a room in Rubicon suite. It was actually pretty good on par with 4 stars hotel. The room is big and good amenities too. But if you stay here you are pretty much stuck with the resort since it is pretty far from any tourist spots or food spots.

Love the helpfulness from all staff, they give us room that easy to my parent, fast response when we chat to pick us up for breakfast. Breakfast was great, but kinda boring for 3 days, I suggest there is a live cooking esp Sundanese food to give more attractive. Bubur ketan hitam very sweet, I can't finish it even a spoon, sauteed vegetable really tasty (not plain like other), also my all time favorite there is the kerupuk jengkol. Resto staffs are also friendly.

Great place to stay, I took the glamping tent room and it was great. If only they could make the glamping tent with queen/king size bed it would be magnificent. The facility is top notch, you got the mini zoo, pool, resto, outdoor gym and even a mini soccer field. The breakfast was fabulous with a wide range menu to choose

Location a bit far from main road, however this resort is well maintained. Outdoor activities quite fun however if possible reduce price especially for hotel guests. Breakfast location quite far and mostly equipped with big tables, so sometimes couples or small families occupied table for ten people. Breakfast quality and menus good. Parking lot at gladiator quite limited.

Built in 2021 i believe, its still new fresh face. Quite nice hotel, good value for money. Looks like they are serious about running the resort business. Room quite nice and comfy with plenty of amenities. Area quite big with many outdoor activities being offered and they still not done adding into the area. Breakfast is quite nice. If there is a complain then its the access into the resort is the road quite far, narrow and dangerous. Not for beginners. Don't check in after sunset. Be aware of buka tutup on the mainroad.

Very large open area and also clean. It has convention hall too for 3,500 pax. Great resort.

We stayed at 2 bedrooms villa, the exact same villa we stayed in 5 years ago. We came back because we had an amazing first stay. -Villa vibe was aging, different from the pictures displayed in JSI’s booking sites. Could really use some renovation here and there, especially on all bedroom and bathroom doors. Couldnt close them properly without making a screech-wooden-noise. -Glass windows looked dirty and cloudy. Balcony window couldn’t be closed properly too, thus large mosquitoes got into our villa in the evening. -Kitchen utensils were minimum. No microwave, no water dispenser. Only 2 sets of eating utensils were provided, despite the capacity of 4pax in our villa. -There were discrepancies in the informations provided about the unit facility. Booked the unif for its sofabed, but turned out there was no sofabed. -Jeep ride rent was 600rb rupiahs per 30minutes ride. Talk about inflation. -There were only 2 gokarts avail during our stay. I can only suggest better maintenance, such as replacing the bald tires in time. -Super loud mosque prayer from nearby area at early hours (continuously starting 4am till 5.30am) it could wake the whole resort. Imagine young children awoken at these hours too. This was the ultimate downpoint when all we needed was a restful night. +Outdoor playground was excellent +Pool area is well-maintained +Despite some miscom earlier about water dispenser availability, we’re grateful that all staffs were friendly, polite, and helpful. Regret that such excellent services got gloomed by rather poor management. Looking at overall stay experience, this shall be our last stay in JSI. However, we always wish JSI continuous improvement and of course, success in future. Thanks for the memories.

Really fun experience when I stayed here with big family. Room was unique with container-made, maybe several detail related to cleanliness in bathroom coule be improved, also water heater could not functioning well, but overall OK. Parking park very large. Food in restaurant was great, delicious, and offer many kind of varieties. There were also indoor & outdoor playground for kids, nice swimming pool. Mini zoo. This plase is also suitable for company to set gathering / outing here.

Went here to the restaurant only. For a resort, this place is full with activities, even the restaurant provide room for children to play. The view from the second floor is great and the chilly air is very refreshing. Love the tasty food and the helpful staffs. Would really want to try the resort some other time.

This is my first review and we have been stayed at JSI for the 3rd Time. 2 Bedroom BRUTE is excellent. Our Kids can enjoy playing their time , big fields to exercise and Feeding Animals is TOP Favorite Activities. 2nd The Playground - 3rd. ATV Time :) - Overall we enjoyed our stay at JSI and we are looking forward to come back for Next Holiday. Thanks

Overall service was good. But a little advice for service in breakfast time...when your occupancy is high,please give your guest choice time for breakfast..it make the other guest have not waiting to long for table. And for waitress in breakfast please clear up the tablè not in from of guest and not put dirty plate on your table guest for tidy up. Its not polite when your guest still eaten... Please more staff for room service en kitchen because we order some food and it takes 1hour 30menits...we should go to restaurant for take the food coz too long for waiting.. For room is clean only when we step the floor will sounded... But overall your service is excelent and alot of variety food in breakfast time....good job...keep it agood work..

The breakfast is good. Our villa 1 bed room Rubicon is a bit strange since tie stairs located outside. So if you want to go to the room you have to go out.. Prefer the 2 bedroom layout..

Had a great time in JSI Resort. This place is clean, tidy, very kids friendly, and has great scenery (from mountain to river). Definitely will go back to JSI Resort sometime in the future. And thank you for all JSI Resort team for the hospitality.

Pros: staffs are nice and polite, mini zoo is quite entertaining for kids, location is ok, not alot of traffic jam Cons: please beware, 2 bedroom rubicon is directly infront of a mosque. So be prepared to hear noises throughout your stay even at 4AM. The condition of the villa is actually quite bad, it needs serious refurbishment as the space actually looks deteriorated. Would appreciate proper bathroom with separate shower instead of wet bathroom considering the price paid for this villa. Also, the villa is not soundproofed at all. So you can actually hear your neighbor, street noises, etc. definitely not going back. Would rather spend my money elsewhere. Not worth it.

Love to stay in JSI. It was our 2nd visit to JSI, previously in 5 years back. There's many improvement on the sites now. This time, I brought my extended family to enjoy in Hummer. The cottage is clean and spacious with a private pool, cool bath tub and warm rooms. My Mom also love the kitchen island. Thing that can be done better was the check-in time. We've been waiting quite long to get in the room and that's not a nice one if you bring cranky kids and elderly. However, the receptions were kind and calming, so it helps our tense. Hope we can visit JSI next in the future. Will be really glad if there's any promo updates hahaa :) Happy new year 2022 and success!

Good place for family and corporate gathering i think, just need do a bit maintenance room.. i stayed at Rubicon 13 A found leaking ceiling at 2nd floor bathroom not touch up yet and shaky wastafel which is dangerous for kids .... however, we were enjoying the holiday there! 👍

We stay for one night at Hummer Private Pool Villa. Room is well maintained. However, the pool needs to be more maintained, as it is not very cleaned for a private pool villa. Service for room service is okay. However, there are no one direct us to the vila as well as helping for the luggage. Overall experience is good, my children likes to play at the mini zoo and outdoor playground. We did try the Spa, it is also very good.
