😠 Firstly none of the rooms were worth the price. Every other activity other than the swimming pool like billiards cost separate money, the route to the hotel is also very hard to reach. the morning breakfast had minimal options which is not to be expected from a hotel this costly.

😠 Incredibly poor service. It's been over a week since my reservation was cancelled and they haven't given me a refund. They don't have a landline to call to, their WhatsApp is inactive most of the time and they barely respond to my texts, rsvp process is quite tedious as it's pretty much still manual...
