My father & mother has been living in Indonesia for last 25 years and we never had such an experience where after confirming with Restaurant Manager/Staff that there is NO BEEF/PORK in the nasi goreng , we served in our plates and after having couple of spoons of Nasi Goreng , we were shocked to see BEEF pieces in Nasi Goreng. This has seriously hurt our religious beliefs and the response we got was IGNORING Sorry :( Second --> The rooms must have definitely seen beautiful days but not anymore. - There is strong smell coming from bathroom and we have even got our room changed but no luck. - The dustbin has no covers. - The bedsheets and pillow covers had stains all over. - There is no fan so after they make up the room the floor will be slippery for a long time and my 2.9 year old kid fell down as well luckily not hurt. Third --> Our room was not made up on the 2nd day and after we complained to reception, they housekeeping staff did make our room. The positives on other side is - - Location - Location And Location You also get an discount to Taman Safari if you stay in this resort. I very well understand that this is not a star hotel/resort but I was expecting a good and sincere service. But this resort service didnt meet my expectations. Happy Travelling

The price is expensive for 2 stars hotel. Good point its near Taman Safari, get discount and bought ticket once and you can get in as long as you stay. Breakfast at weekdays can be delivered to the room i stay (treehouse). But the bad thing is the bed is smell bad, i asked to get replace but i guess they didnt do it, my kids cannot sleep because of the bad smell of the bed. The toilet also wet so its slippery. Should have better hygiene for almost 2 million per night. And i ask for early check in but the staff didnt help, really much different service than first time i go there, at 2019 when the name still safari lodge the staff give much better service and also better food.

The only reason I gave one-star is because its service, which very friendly and polite. In terms of room, it is very dirty and lack of air circulation. My bathroom has red stain like a blood everywhere. The floor was wet when we arrived. They have slide in the house. My kids really enjoyed it. We also got 70K discount per person for Taman Safari tickets, plus, we can enter and exit Taman Safari as much as we wanted without buying new tickets, during our stay period. The sounds of rainforest, the animal, the streams, the leaves of the trees. Clean and cool air. Amazing! Little note to management: Please pay some more attention to cleanliness. The slides, and some part of the tree house a bit dusty. Also slight bad smell on sofa cushions, bed sheets and the pray matt. More light in the living room would be great. A proper hd tv channel maybe?

Best experience imo, i stayed at the panda and it took a lot of time to get there from the main entrance but it's nice and we had to walk A LOT in the morning to get to the dining area but hey it's healthy and worth it, we got to see meerkat and zebras. Theres a lot variety of food and the dining area huge and beautifully arranged. The room itself is very comfortable, clean and neat, surrounded by trees and fresh air, you couldn't ask for any better than this! but maybe for improvement, i ordered dinner by phone to the resto and had to wait idk like 2 hours plus another 15 minuets for them to deliver the cutlery and the food was already cold and hard, so sad i was starving HAHA but okay no problem because I get to enjoy mini version if safari and met a lot of cute birdies and animals.

We stay at Caravan for one night. Best value with Boogey Journey, Safari Park Tickets for 4 person and we can use it for 2 days. The service was excellence. I have one more request for management to get better TV quality (the picture noises).
